Abstract

本发明提供一种空气清新剂及其制备方法。本发明的空气清新剂,其特征是:按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油2‑4重量份、薰衣草精油3‑6重量份,柠檬精油4‑8重量份,葡萄柚精油5‑9重量份,金银花提取物10‑20重量份、海洋提取物15‑25份、连翘提取物15‑22份、1‑氯‑2,2,6,6‑四甲基哌啶醇5‑10份、乙醇25‑30份、蒸馏水500份。本发明能将挥发性有机化合物的含量降到最低,且不含氯氟烃,对人体和环境均无害,清新空气的同时达到杀菌的目的。

一种空气清新剂及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种空气清新剂及其制备方法,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术:
现有的空气清新剂一般是由乙醇、香精、去离子水等成分组成,通过散发香味来掩盖异味,减轻人们对异味不舒服的感觉的一种气雾或喷雾。目前市场上销售的空气清新剂种类很多,传统的都是由乙醚、香精等成分组成,罐装产品中又加入了丙烷、丁烷、二甲醚等化学成分,使用这种空气清新剂只能通过喷发弥散的香气来暂时掩盖室内异味,却不能真正改善空气的质量,因为它的成分不能分解有害气体,难以真正的清新空气。而人体吸入带有某种馨香气体的挥发性溶剂后,很快被吸引并侵入神经系统,使人产生“镇静”感。
据药物依赖专家分析,这种药效与中枢神经镇静剂相近,当嗅者体验到某种感受后,会产生精神依赖。成瘾者选择自己喜欢的溶剂,强制性的每日重复吸入,结果引起慢性中毒。像汽油中添加的铅、苯能够引起神经炎、神经中枢或外周神经瘫痪,还能导致贫血、肌无力等症状;乙烷类的挥发性溶剂,如圆珠笔油和油漆清除剂中的溶剂,是再生障碍性贫血、消化不良、血尿、肝肿大的原凶。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种空气清新剂及其制备方法,将挥发性有机化合物的含量降到最低,且不含氯氟烃,对人体和环境均无害,清新空气的同时达到杀菌的目的。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种空气清新剂,按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油2-4重量份、薰衣草精油3-6重量份,柠檬精油4-8重量份,葡萄柚精油5-9重量份,金银花提取物10-20重量份、海洋提取物15-25份、连翘提取物15-22份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇5-10份、乙醇25-30份、蒸馏水500份。
所述的空气清新剂,按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油3重量份、薰衣草精油5重量份,柠檬精油6重量份,葡萄柚精油7重量份,金银花提取物15重量份、海洋提取物20份、连翘提取物17份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇8份、乙醇27份、蒸馏水500份。
一种空气清新剂的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用醇提的方法分别制备薄荷挥发油、薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、葡萄柚精油备用;
(2)采用水煮的方法分别制备金银花提取物、海洋提取物、连翘提取物备用;
(3)按重量份数取步骤(1)中制备的薄荷挥发油2-4重量份、薰衣草精油3-6重量份,柠檬精油4-8重量份,葡萄柚精油5-9重量份,步骤(2)中制备的金银花提取物10-20重量份、海洋提取物15-25份、连翘提取物15-22份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇10份、乙醇25-30份,加入蒸馏水500份,充分搅拌混合均匀即可。
所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,步骤(1)中所述的醇提的方法具体是,将中药材原料分别粉碎到60目,分别加入其重量3倍的乙醇,浸泡7-15小时以后,分离滤渣,对滤液进行低温蒸发回收乙醇至滤液体积的10%即可;所述的中药材原料为薄荷、薰衣草、柠檬、葡萄柚。
所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,所述的低温回收是采用旋转蒸发器在40-45℃下蒸发回收。
所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,步骤(2)中所述的水煮的方法,具体是,将中药材原料清洗干净以后,分别加入中药材原料10倍重量的水,烧沸之后小火烧至液体的量为加入的水量的15%-20%,过滤滤液即可,所述的中药材原料为金银花、海洋提取物、连翘。
有益效果:
1本发明将挥发性有机化合物的含量降到最低,且不含氯氟烃,对人体和环境均无害,清新空气的同时达到杀菌的目的。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
空气清新剂,按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油3重量份、薰衣草精油5重量份,柠檬精油6重量份,葡萄柚精油7重量份,金银花提取物15重量份、海洋提取物20份、连翘提取物17份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇10份、乙醇27份、蒸馏水500份。
一种空气清新剂的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:

实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,本实施例中空气清新剂,按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油4重量份、薰衣草精油3重量份,柠檬精油8重量份,葡萄柚精油5重量份,金银花提取物20重量份、海洋提取物15份、连翘提取物22份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇6份、乙醇25份、蒸馏水500份。

1.一种空气清新剂,其特征是:按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油2-4重量份、薰衣草精油3-6重量份,柠檬精油4-8重量份,葡萄柚精油5-9重量份,金银花提取物10-20重量份、海洋提取物15-25份、连翘提取物15-22份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇5-10份、乙醇25-30份、蒸馏水500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气清新剂,其特征是:按重量份数包括薄荷挥发油3重量份、薰衣草精油5重量份,柠檬精油6重量份,葡萄柚精油7重量份,金银花提取物15重量份、海洋提取物20份、连翘提取物17份、1-氯-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇8份、乙醇27份、蒸馏水500份。
3.一种空气清新剂的制备方法,其特征是:该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)采用醇提的方法分别制备薄荷挥发油、薰衣草精油、柠檬精油、葡萄柚精油备用;
(2)采用水煮的方法分别制备金银花提取物、海洋提取物、连翘提取物备用;

4.根据权利要求3所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)中所述的醇提的方法具体是,将中药材原料分别粉碎到60目,分别加入其重量3倍的乙醇,浸泡7-15小时以后,分离滤渣,对滤液进行低温蒸发回收乙醇至滤液体积的10%即可;所述的中药材原料为薄荷、薰衣草、柠檬、葡萄柚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,其特征是:所述的低温回收是采用旋转蒸发器在40-45℃下蒸发回收。
6.根据权利要求3所述的空气清新剂的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(2)中所述的水煮的方法,具体是,将中药材原料清洗干净以后,分别加入中药材原料10倍重量的水,烧沸之后小火烧至液体的量为加入的水量的15%-20%,过滤滤液即可,所述的中药材原料为金银花、海洋提取物、连翘。
