Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solutions claimed in the claims of the present application may be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to an atomization device of an electronic cigarette atomizer, which includes a smoke chamber, the atomization device including an oil guide pipe as an oil guide member, and a heating member for heating the smoke, one end of the oil guide pipe being inserted into the smoke chamber, a part of the heating member being located on an oil path formed by the smoke in the smoke chamber entering the oil guide pipe by capillary action. When one end of the oil guide pipe is inserted into the oil cavity, capillary phenomenon can be generated, under the action of the surface tension of the oil, the oil can ascend along the oil guide pipe until the heating component is positioned at the part inside the oil guide pipe, and therefore the heating component heats and atomizes the oil.
It is to be understood that in the embodiments of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the oil conduit may be a circle, a polygon, or the like, and a circular oil conduit is taken as an example for explanation. In the present embodiment, a plurality of oil pipes may be included to guide oil simultaneously.
It will be appreciated that in embodiments of the invention where the height of the rise of the tobacco tar along the conduit is related to the radial inner diameter of the conduit, the radial inner diameter of the conduit is less than 2mm, the inner diameter of the conduit may be selected to be between 0.04mm and 0.5 mm. In order to make the tobacco tar rise along the oil guide pipe, the material of the oil guide pipe should be selected from materials which can infiltrate with the tobacco tar and are non-conductive, such as quartz, ceramics, glass and the like with certain strength and toughness.
It will be appreciated that in embodiments of the invention, the heating element is located within the conduit at a level not exceeding the maximum level of capillary action to ensure that the heating element is located on the path of the tobacco smoke flowing into the conduit by capillary action.
In the embodiments of the present invention, the specific form of the heating member is not limited, and for example, the heating member may be a wire-shaped heating wire, and the heating member may be constituted by only one heating wire or by a plurality of heating wires twisted together. The heating wire can be bent in any shape and is arranged inside the oil guide pipe.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, in a specific application example, the heating wire may be disposed in a spiral shape inside the oil guide pipe, wherein the solid arrows indicate the flow direction of the tobacco tar, and when the oil guide pipe 1 is inserted into the tobacco tar cavity, the tobacco tar flows into the oil guide pipe 1 under the action of surface tension and rises along the oil guide pipe 1, so as to wrap the heating wire 2, and when the heating wire 2 heats, a part of the tobacco tar is caused to evaporate. Therefore, the contact area between the spiral heating wire 2 and the tobacco tar can be increased, so that the atomization amount of the tobacco tar is increased, and the smoke generating effect is better.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, in another specific application, the two ends of the heating wire 2 are led out from the top end opening of the oil guiding pipe 1, i.e. are placed in the U-shaped shape in the oil guiding pipe 1, wherein the solid arrows indicate the flow direction of the tobacco tar. When the oil guide pipe 1 is inserted into the oil smoke cavity, the oil smoke flows into the oil guide pipe 1 under the action of surface tension and rises along the oil guide pipe 1, so that the heating wire 2 is wrapped, and when the heating wire 2 heats, part of the oil smoke is promoted to evaporate.
Further, it will be appreciated that in various embodiments of the invention, the heating element size may be selected so as to extend into the conduit in the desired shape. For example, the maximum diameter of the heating element in the radial direction of the oil conduit may be selected between 0.02mm and 0.05mm, and when the heating element is helical, the coil diameter should be sufficiently small, at least smaller than the inner diameter of the oil conduit.
Because a part of the heating component is arranged in the oil guide pipe, the capillary action of the oil guide pipe guides the tobacco tar to the heating component, the heating component directly contacts the tobacco tar and heats, and the oil guide pipe serving as the oil guide component is not heated, so that the oil guide component can be effectively prevented from being carbonized, and the oil supply amount is stable and sufficient.
The second embodiment of the present invention further improves the heating wire of the first embodiment, and other features are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a part of the heating wire 2 is placed in the oil guide pipe 1, two openings are formed in the side wall of the oil guide pipe 1, and two ends of the heating wire 2 are led out from the openings in the side wall of the oil guide pipe 1 to the outside, wherein solid arrows indicate the flow direction of the tobacco tar.
In this embodiment, one heating wire may pass through the opening on the side wall of the oil guide pipe, or a plurality of heating wires may be twisted into one strand to pass through the opening on the side wall of the oil guide pipe. In addition, the heating wire may be a spiral heating wire having a small coil diameter.
The third embodiment of the present invention further improves the oil guide pipe in the second embodiment, and other features are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a part of the heating wire 2 is placed in the spiral oil guide pipe 1, two openings are formed in the side wall of the oil guide pipe 1, and two ends of the heating wire 2 are led out from the openings in the side wall of the oil guide pipe 1 to the outside.
In this embodiment, the heating wire may be formed of only one heating wire, or may be formed by twisting a plurality of heating wires into one strand. In addition, the heating wire may be a spiral heating wire having a small coil diameter.
In this embodiment, the spiral shape of the oil guide pipe increases the contact area between the heating wire and the tobacco tar, so that the atomization amount of the tobacco tar is increased, and the fuming effect is better.
The fourth embodiment of the present invention further improves the oil guide pipe in the second embodiment, and other features are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a part of the heating wire 2 is placed in the curved oil guide pipe 1, two openings are formed in the side wall of the curved oil guide pipe 1, and two ends of the heating wire are led out from the openings in the side wall of the curved oil guide pipe 1 to the outside. In addition, the middle side wall of the curved oil guide pipe 1 is provided with an opening. When the two ends of the curved oil guide pipe 1 are inserted into the oil smoke cavities, the oil smoke flows into the oil guide pipe 1 from two sides under the action of surface tension and rises along the oil guide pipe 1, so that the heating wire 2 is wrapped, and when the heating wire 2 heats, a part of the oil smoke is caused to evaporate, and the smoke flows out from the opening at the upper part of the oil guide pipe.
In this embodiment, the curved oil guide tube allows the tobacco tar to rise from both sides to the heater wire, thereby allowing faster oil guide.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to an electronic cigarette atomizer, including any one of the atomizing devices described in the above embodiments.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to an electronic cigarette, including the electronic cigarette atomizer according to the fifth embodiment.
