According to the drawings of fig. 1 to 10, the mute key assembly comprises a pressing shaft 5, the pressing shaft 5 moves back and forth along the length direction of the pressing shaft, the mute key assembly further comprises a first elastic sheet 6, one end of the first elastic sheet 6 is fixed on the circuit board 2, the other end of the first elastic sheet 6 extends towards the direction far away from the circuit board 2 to form a suspension end 62, the projection of the suspension end 62 is intersected with the projection of the pressing shaft 5 on a plane perpendicular to the moving direction of the pressing shaft 5, and the pressing shaft 5 pushes the suspension end 62 to abut against the mute contact on the circuit board 2 along the length direction of the pressing shaft 5 so that the first elastic sheet 6, the mute contact and the circuit board 2 form a loop. It comprises a base 3 which is arranged according to a shaft 5 and is in a cylinder shape, a transverse plate 34 which divides the base 3 into two spaces is fixed on the inner wall of the base 33, a waterproof hole 45 is arranged on the transverse plate 34, a waterproof piece is arranged on the waterproof hole 33, the waterproof hole 33 is sleeved according to the shaft 5, the shaft 5 reciprocates in the waterproof hole 33 along the thickness direction of the transverse plate 34, a first elastic sheet 6 and a second elastic sheet 7 which are arranged at intervals are fixed at the bottom end of the base 3, one end of the first elastic sheet 6 and one end of the second elastic sheet 7 are electrically connected with a circuit board 2, that is, the first elastic sheet 6 and the second elastic sheet 7 are electrically connected with the copper exposed area 21 of the circuit board 2, the other end of the first elastic sheet 6 extends towards the transverse plate 34 to form a suspension end 62, the suspension end 62 is positioned on one side of the bottom end of the waterproof hole 33, and the waterproof hole 33 is extended along the direction towards the bottom end along the shaft 5 to extrude the suspension end 62 to abut against the second elastic sheet 7 to form a loop.
Through the mute key assembly, the mute and waterproof functions of a user during key pressing are realized. Meanwhile, the mute key assembly occupies a small space and can reduce the space occupancy rate, so that more keys can be installed on the shell 1, and the structural member cost is also reduced.
Specifically, according to fig. 2, for the mute key assembly, it includes a pressing shaft 5, the pressing shaft 5 moves back and forth along its length direction, that is, when a user presses a key cap 9, the key cap 9 will push the pressing shaft 5 to move along its pressing direction under the action of pressure, that is, the length direction of the pressing shaft 5 is the pressure direction. In addition, this silence key subassembly still includes shell fragment 6, the one end of shell fragment 6 is fixed in on circuit board 2, the other end of the shell fragment 6 towards keep away from the direction of circuit board 2 extends and forms suspension end 62. The first elastic sheet 6 can transmit signals and is electrically connected with the circuit board 2. Optionally, the circuit board 2 is a PCB board, and a chip and a circuit are disposed thereon to control the switching function of the mute key of the terminal. And two copper exposing areas 21 are arranged on the PCB, and the first elastic sheet 6 is fixed in one copper exposing area 21. In addition, it may be exemplarily set up that: the first elastic sheet 6 can be fixed in the copper exposed area 21 through a screw (such as a screw), in this embodiment, it is only necessary that the first elastic sheet 6 and the copper exposed area 21 always form an electrical connection, and any fixing manner therebetween falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, on a plane perpendicular to the moving direction of the pressing shaft 5, the projection of the floating end 62 is intersected with the projection of the pressing shaft 5, and the pressing shaft 5 pushes the floating end 62 to abut against a mute contact on the circuit board 2 along the length direction of the pressing shaft 5, so that the first elastic sheet 6, the mute contact and the circuit board 2 form a loop. The mute contact is another copper exposing area 21 arranged on the PCB.
Therefore, when the pressing shaft 5 receives pressure from the keycap 9, the pressing shaft 5 moves along the length direction of the pressing shaft 5 to press the first elastic sheet 6 to deform, so that the suspension end 62 of the first elastic sheet 6 moves to be in contact with the mute contact, namely the suspension end 62 of the first elastic sheet 6 is electrically connected with the other copper-exposed area 21 arranged on the PCB, and thus the first elastic sheet 6, the mute contact and the circuit board 2 form a loop. Thus, the mute function during key pressing is realized. Meanwhile, the mute key assembly occupies a small space, the space occupancy rate can be reduced, more cases can be installed on the shell 1, and the structural member cost is reduced. Of course, after the pressure on the keycap 9 is removed, the first elastic sheet 6 resets, and the loop is disconnected.
Optionally, the mute key assembly further comprises a second elastic sheet 7 having a gap with the first elastic sheet 6, the pressing shaft 5, the suspension end 62, the second elastic sheet 7 and the mute contact are sequentially distributed in the moving direction of the pressing shaft 5, one end of the second elastic sheet 7 is fixed to the mute contact, so that the second elastic sheet 7 is electrically connected with the mute contact, namely, the second elastic sheet 7 is electrically connected with another copper-exposed area 21 arranged on the PCB. On a plane perpendicular to the moving direction of the pressing shaft 5, the projection of the second elastic sheet 7 is intersected with the projection of the floating end 62, that is, when the pressing shaft 5 moves along the moving direction, the floating end 62 pressed by the pressing shaft 5 enables the floating end 62 to abut against the second elastic sheet 7, which means that the pressing shaft 5 pushes the floating end 62 to abut against the second elastic sheet 7 along the length direction of the pressing shaft 5, so that the first elastic sheet 6, the second elastic sheet 7, the mute contact and the circuit board 2 form a loop. Because one end of the second elastic sheet 7 is fixed on the mute contact, and the other end of the second elastic sheet is positioned in the space, the deformation of the first elastic sheet 6 can be reduced, so that the communication of the loop can be realized, the service life of the first elastic sheet 6 is prolonged, and the contact between the suspension end 62 and the second elastic sheet 7 can be simpler, so that the first elastic sheet 6, the second elastic sheet 7, the mute contact and the circuit board 2 can form the loop only by contacting the suspension end 62 with the second elastic sheet 7, and the suspension end 62 is not required to be contacted with the mute contact, thereby effectively increasing the efficiency of forming the loop. Of course, after the pressure on the keycap 9 is removed, the first elastic sheet 6 resets, and the loop is disconnected. In addition, it may be exemplarily set up that: the second elastic sheet 7 may be fixed to the another copper exposing area 21 by a screw (e.g., a screw), in this embodiment, it only needs to be satisfied that the second elastic sheet 7 and the another copper exposing area 21 always form an electrical connection, and any fixing manner therebetween falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
Optionally, one end of the second elastic sheet 7, which is far away from the mute contact, extends towards the first elastic sheet 6 to be close to the first elastic sheet 6, so that the first elastic sheet 6 can be abutted against the second elastic sheet 7 by further reducing the deformation of the first elastic sheet 6.

Namely, in the moving direction of the pressing shaft 5, the floating end 62, the attaching end 71, the fixing piece 8 and the mute contact are distributed in sequence. And the fixing piece 8 is clamped between the first elastic piece 6 and the second elastic piece 7. And because the attaching end 71 is attached to the fixing plate 8, and the projection of the attaching end 71 intersects with the projection of the suspending end 62 on the plane perpendicular to the moving direction of the pressing shaft 5, when the first elastic sheet 6 is deformed under the action of the pressing shaft 5 until the suspending end 62 abuts against the second elastic sheet 7, the suspending end 62 abuts against the attaching end 71 on the second elastic sheet 7, and the attaching end 71 is pressed by the suspending end 62. The attaching end 71 is attached to the fixing piece 8, and the fixing piece 8 is clamped between the first elastic piece 6 and the second elastic piece 7, so that the fixing piece 8 can support the attaching end 71 to prevent the second elastic piece 7 from deforming or greatly deforming under the pressure of the first elastic piece 6, and the service life of the second elastic piece 7 is prolonged. Meanwhile, when the suspension end 62 abuts against the fitting end 71 fitted on the fixing plate 8, the movement path of the suspension end 62 is limited, and the deformation of the first elastic sheet 6 can be limited, so that the service life of the first elastic sheet 6 is prolonged.
