Abstract

Background
In recent years, liquid crystal displays and liquid crystal televisions have been rapidly popularized, and consumers have made higher demands on the size and quality of liquid crystal panels, which have been required to perform related detection during the production process of large-sized liquid crystal panels, so as to ensure the quality of outgoing products. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a light box turning mechanism, including: a fixing plate 1; two parallel slide rails 2 arranged on the fixed plate 1; the bottom of the driving plate 3 is provided with sliding blocks respectively arranged on the two sliding rails 2; the driving device 4 is arranged on the fixed plate 1, the driving plate 3 is driven to move along the sliding rail 2 through the screw rod 41, the screw rod 41 is connected with the driving plate 3 through a coupler 42, the driving device 4 can be a servo motor or an air cylinder, preferably a servo motor, and is connected with the air cylinder through the coupler, the driving device 4 transmits torque to the screw rod 41, and the ball screw transmission pair converts the rotary motion of the motor into linear motion so as to drive the linear motion of the driving plate 3;
the two connecting rods 5, one ends of the two connecting rods 5 are respectively and rotatably arranged at two sides of the driving plate 3;
the middle parts of the two driving rotary rods 6 are respectively and rotatably connected with the other ends of the connecting rods 5;
the two driven rotating rods 7 are respectively adjacent to the driving rotating rods 6 positioned on the same side of the driving plate 3 and are in linkage arrangement with the driving rotating rods 6; the number of driven rotating rods 7 may be 2, 3 or more; the rotation angle of the driving rotation lever 6 and the driven rotation lever 7 ranges from 0 ° to 90 °, i.e., the front ends of the driving rotation lever 6 and the driven rotation lever 7 are movable between the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.

The driven rotating lever 7 includes a second trapezoidal portion 71 and a second rectangular portion 72 integrally connected; the end of the first trapezoid part 61 is provided with a first shaft hole 64, the end of the second trapezoid part 71 is provided with a second shaft hole 73, and the first shaft hole 64 and the second shaft hole 73 are respectively connected with two ends of the rotating shaft 8.
In one embodiment, the fixed plate 1 is provided with two limit switches 12, the limit switches 12 are divided into two groups corresponding to the two slide rails 2, each group of limit switches 12 is provided with a front part and a rear part, the driving plate 3 is also provided with a trigger piece 13, and the driving device 4 is stopped when the limit switches 12 sense the trigger piece 13; the rotation angles of the driving rotary rod 6 and the driven rotary rod 7 are controlled through the limit switch 12 so as to achieve the overturning effect of the lamp boxes on the driving rotary rod 6 and the driven rotary rod 7, and therefore the liquid crystal display on the lamp boxes can be observed from different directions.
In an embodiment, the fixing plate 1 is provided with a fixing groove 11 in a direction parallel to the sliding rail 2, the limit switch 12 is fixed on the fixing groove 11 by a screw, and the limit switch 12 can be installed along the fixing groove 11, so that the setting position of the limit switch 12 can be conveniently adjusted.
In an embodiment, two limiting members 32 are disposed on the fixing plate 1 in the moving direction of the driving plate 3, a limiting plate 31 (for conveniently displaying the driving plate 3 in fig. 2 is hidden) disposed at the bottom of the driving plate 3 and located on the two limiting members 32, the position of the limiting plate 31 is limited by the limiting members 32, so as to prevent the fixing plate 1 from moving excessively, and when the fixing plate 1 moves excessively, the limiting plate 31 will strike the limiting members 32, thereby stopping the fixing plate 1.
In one embodiment, the rotation angle of the driving rotation lever 6 and the driven rotation lever 7 ranges from 0 ° to 90 °, i.e., the flip angle of the flip mechanism ranges from 0 ° to 90 °, preferably from 0 ° (the state shown in fig. 7) to 85 ° (the state shown in fig. 1). a limit switch (12) is arranged on the fixed plate (1), a trigger piece (13) is arranged on the driving plate (3), and the driving device (4) is stopped when the limit switch (12) senses the trigger piece (13);
a fixed groove (11) is formed in the fixed plate (1) in the direction parallel to the sliding rail (2), and the limit switch (12) is arranged on the fixed groove (11);
