Technical Field
The invention relates to the sealing technology of an automobile body, in particular to a composite sealing structure of a passenger compartment and a transmission cover of a wheeled armored vehicle.
Background
The body of the load-bearing armored vehicle is formed by welding bulletproof steel plates and generally divided into a power cabin and a passenger cabin. In order to repair power components (such as an engine, a transmission and the like) of a chassis and improve the maintainability of a whole vehicle, an access cover (cover) is generally required to be added in a passenger compartment, which relates to the problem of sealing the access cover (cover) and a vehicle body. The good sealing can prevent water and dust, cut off noise, improve man-machine efficiency and improve the comfort of the environment in the vehicle. The traditional sealing mode of the access cover and the vehicle body is a structural form of connecting a flat rubber gasket and a bolt, water is often leaked, and the sealing performance required by the whole vehicle cannot be met.

Preferably, the first seam allowance of the passenger compartment and the second seam allowance of the transmission cover are close to being perpendicular to each other in space.
Further preferably, the second weather strip has a jacket portion and an elastic sealing portion; at the first seam allowance, the clamping sleeve part of the second sealing strip is clamped and sleeved on the first seam allowance, and the elastic sealing part is embedded into a U-shaped space surrounded by the first seam allowance, the mounting surface of the passenger compartment and the inner wall of the transmission cover for sealing; and at the second seam allowance, the clamping sleeve part of the second sealing strip is clamped and sleeved on the second seam allowance, and the elastic sealing part is embedded into a space surrounded by the second seam allowance, the inner wall of the transmission cover and the first seam allowance for sealing.
According to the structural description, the whole set of composite sealing structure adopts three layers of sealing, namely the second stop, the first stop and the mounting joint surface of the passenger cabin and the transmission, has compact structure, simple and convenient mounting, safety and reliability, is particularly suitable for sealing when an armored vehicle wades, and meets the use requirement of the whole vehicle.

The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
referring to fig. 1, the structure is mainly composed of a vehicle body passenger compartment 1, a transmission cover 2, first and second weather strips 6, 7, and first and second seam allowances 4, 5.
Referring to fig. 3, the passenger compartment 1 has an opening at a position corresponding to the transmission, the opening is formed with a step 11, the step surface is a mounting surface fixedly connected with the transmission cover 2, and the edge of the step has a first spigot 5 perpendicular to the mounting surface.
Referring to fig. 4, the transmission cover 2 covers the opening of the passenger compartment 1, the opening of the transmission cover 2 has an L-shaped flange 21 as a mounting surface for fixedly connecting with the passenger compartment 1, and the transmission cover 2 is provided with a second seam allowance 4 on the inner side of the opening, which is higher than the first seam allowance 5 of the passenger compartment 1 and is perpendicular to the inner wall of the transmission cover 2.
The passenger compartment 1 and the transmission cover 2 are fixedly connected by bolts, and a first weather strip 6 is sandwiched between the mounting surfaces which have sufficient rigidity and flatness.
The first seam allowance 5 of the passenger compartment 1 and the second seam allowance 4 of the transmission cover 2 are close to being perpendicular to each other in space. A second weather strip 7 is attached to the first spigot 5 of the passenger compartment 1 and the second spigot 4 of the transmission cover 2, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1, the second weather strip 7 has a jacket portion 71 and an elastic seal portion 72. At the first spigot 5, the clamping part 71 of the second sealing strip is clamped on the first spigot, and the elastic sealing part 72 is embedded in a U-shaped space surrounded by the first spigot, the mounting surface of the passenger compartment 1 and the inner wall of the transmission cover 2 for sealing; at the second spigot 4, the jacket portion 71 of the second weather strip is clamped and sleeved on the second spigot, and the elastic sealing portion 72 is embedded in the second spigot, and a space surrounded by the inner wall of the transmission cover 2 and the first spigot for sealing.
The mounting surfaces of the passenger compartment 1 and the transmission cover 2 have enough rigidity and flatness, the first seam allowance 5 is formed by stamping, and the second seam allowance 4 is formed by integral casting, so that the mounting errors of two sealing strips can be effectively reduced.
The assembly process of the structure is as follows: the second sealing strip 7 is respectively arranged on a first spigot 5 at the opening of the passenger compartment 1 and a second spigot 4 at the lower opening of the transmission cover 2, the first sealing strip 6 is arranged on the installation surface of the passenger compartment 1, the transmission cover 3 is fixedly connected with the passenger compartment 1 through the bolt 3, and the sealing strips are compressed to form a closed space in the passenger compartment 1.
