Background
The all-metal locking nut has three major types, the first type is the side surface pressure point all-metal locking nut, the second type is the end surface pressure point all-metal locking nut, and the third type is the all-metal locking nut with the locking plate. However, in the actual use process, an installer often has difficulty in determining whether the nut is fastened in place, so that the bolt and the nut cannot automatically loosen after long-time use. The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a pressure point type all-metal locking nut which can extrude an arc-shaped bulge through a to-be-fixed piece to enable a nut body to deform along a pressure point, utilizes a deformation locking bolt with internal threads of the nut body to determine whether the arc-shaped bulge is extruded and leveled to be fastened in place or not, utilizes the deformation with the internal threads of the boss to further engage the bolt by transversely extruding the boss through a tool, and can effectively solve the problems of loosening and slipping of the nut under the vibration condition, wherein the section of the nut body is hexagonal, the pressure point is positioned on the side surface of the nut body, the pressure point is elliptical, the long axis of the pressure point is vertical to a central axis, the surface of the nut body, far away from the boss, is provided with the arc-shaped bulge, the number of the arc-shaped bulge is consistent with that of the pressure point, and the arc, the two ends of the pressure point long shaft are also provided with notches which are round.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a pressure point type all-metal locking nut which comprises a nut body and a boss located on one side of the nut body, wherein a threaded hole is formed in the nut body and the boss in a through mode along the central axis direction, a plurality of pressure points communicated with the threaded hole are arranged on the nut body, a plurality of pressure grooves are formed in the boss, the pressure grooves are parallel to the central axis, and one end of each pressure groove penetrates through one end, far away from the nut body, of the boss.
Preferably, the nut body and the boss are of an integral structure.
Preferably, the height of the boss does not exceed the height of the nut body, and the depth of the indent is at least half of the height of the boss.
Preferably, the cross section of the boss is circular, and the wall thickness of the boss is 0.2-0.3 times of the nominal diameter of the nut body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the arc-shaped bulge is extruded by the to-be-fixed piece, so that the nut body deforms along the pressure point, the bolt is locked by the deformation of the internal thread of the nut body, whether the nut is fastened in place is determined by observing whether the arc-shaped bulge is extruded to be flush, the boss is transversely extruded by a tool, and the bolt is further occluded by the deformation of the internal thread of the boss, so that the problems of loosening and slipping of the nut under the vibration condition can be effectively solved.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention relates to a pressure point type all-metal lock nut, which comprises a nut body 1 and a boss 2 positioned on one side of the nut body 1, wherein a threaded hole 3 is arranged in the nut body 1 and the boss 2 in a through manner along the central axis direction, a plurality of pressure points 4 communicated with the threaded hole 3 are arranged on the nut body 1, a plurality of pressure grooves 7 are arranged on the boss 2, the pressure grooves 7 are parallel to the central axis, one end of each pressure groove 7 penetrates through one end of the boss 2 far away from the nut body 1, the nut body 1 and the boss 2 are of an integral structure, the height of the boss 2 is not more than the height of the nut body 1, the depth of each pressure groove 7 is at least half of the height of the boss 2, the cross section of the boss 2 is circular, the wall thickness of the boss 2 is 0.2-0.3 times of the nominal diameter of the nut body 1, and the number, the quantity of indent 7 is two at least, the cross-section of nut body 1 is the hexagon, pressure point 4 is located the side of nut body 1, pressure point 4 is oval and the major axis of pressure point 4 is mutually perpendicular with the axis, the one side that boss 2 was kept away from to nut body 1 is equipped with arc arch 6, the quantity of arc arch 6 is unanimous with pressure point 4, arc arch 6 is located under pressure point 4, the both ends of pressure point 4 major axis still are equipped with breach 5, breach 5 is circular.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
