本发明属于建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种屋顶裂缝防漏施工方法。首先清洁裂缝处的混凝土基面,然后以裂缝为对称中心在混凝土基面上沿着裂缝方向粘上宽度为4至7毫米的不干胶带,再以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上施以厚度为3至5毫米,宽度20至40毫米的屋顶防漏胶。

本发明属于建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种屋顶裂缝防漏施工方法。
背景技术
房屋混凝土屋顶出现裂缝时,常用一种搭桥施工方法来补漏。具体是以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上施以屋顶防漏胶(如金力架),通常屋顶防漏胶的厚度为4毫米,宽度20至40毫米,但这种施工方法的屋顶防漏胶在裂缝处只有零拉伸长度,所以很容易被拉裂。
发明内容
针对上述的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种新的搭桥施工方法,能使在裂缝处的屋顶防漏胶存在合适的拉伸长度,从而使得屋顶防漏胶不会被拉裂。
本发明是这样实现的:一种屋顶裂缝防漏施工方法,其特征在于,首先清洁裂缝处的混凝土基面,然后以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上沿着裂缝方向粘上宽度为4至7毫米的不干胶带,再以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上施以厚度为3至5毫米,宽度20至40毫米的屋顶防漏胶。
本发明的积极效果在于:本发明由于在裂缝处的混凝土基面上粘上宽度为4至7毫米的不干胶带,使得屋顶防漏胶在裂缝处存在4至7毫米的拉伸长度,从而使得屋顶防漏胶不会被拉裂。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明是一种屋顶裂缝防漏施工方法,首先清洁裂缝处的混凝土基面,然后以裂缝为对称中心在混凝土基面上沿着裂缝方向粘上宽度为4至7毫米的不干胶带,再以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上施以厚度为3至5毫米,宽度20至40毫米的屋顶防漏胶。
当然也可以用油漆代替不干胶带,但这样施工比较麻烦。

1.一种屋顶裂缝防漏施工方法,其特征在于,首先清洁裂缝处的混凝土基面,然后以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上沿着裂缝方向粘上宽度为4至7毫米的不干胶带,再以裂缝为对称中心,在混凝土基面上施以厚度为3至5毫米,宽度20至40毫米的屋顶防漏胶。
