However, in the ironing table described in patent document 1, when the position of the ironing table is changed from the use position to the folded position, that is, when the leg is opened and closed, the stopper needs to be slid and moved first, and then the engagement between the notch portion and the engaging portion needs to be released. Therefore, the gesture changing operation is very complicated and time-consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the present invention provides an ironing table in which the opening and closing operation of the support legs can be easily performed and the posture can be smoothly changed.
That is, the ironing table of the first embodiment of the present invention includes: a top plate on which an object to be ironed can be placed; and a pair of support legs that support the top plate from below in a use state in which the support legs extend obliquely from the top plate with respect to a vertical direction and intersect each other, and that are disposed along a back surface of the top plate in a storage state, wherein a first support leg of one of the pair of support legs includes: a base end portion connected to the top plate; and a leg front portion connected to the base end portion so as to be relatively rotatable about a first axis line extending along a back surface of the top plate, and connected to the second support leg of the other of the pair of support legs so as to be relatively rotatable about an axis line parallel to the first axis line, wherein one of the base end portion and the leg front portion is provided with an engaging portion, and the other is provided with a receiving portion that engages with the engaging portion in the use state to fix the base end portion and the leg front portion, and wherein the engagement with the engaging portion is released when the base end portion is shifted from the use state to the storage state.
According to the ironing board, when the position is changed from the storage state to the use state, the first support leg is opened from the state where the first support leg is arranged along the back surface of the top board. At this time, the base end portion and the leg front portion of the first support leg are bent about the first axis, and the base end portion and the leg front portion are protruded from the back surface of the top plate. Thus, the engaging portion is engaged with the receiving portion, and the base end portion is fixed to the front leg portion. At this time, the second support legs connected to the leg front portions are also opened from a state of being arranged along the back surface of the top plate in accordance with the movement of the leg front portions. As a result, the first support leg and the second support leg are disposed in a crossing state, and the support legs are fixed at predetermined positions so that the ironing table is in a use state. In this way, the position of the ironing board can be changed by only opening the first support leg and fixing the base end portion and the leg front portion by the engaging portion.
Conversely, the following actions are performed: the engagement between the engaging part and the receiving part is released, the base end part and the front part of the first supporting leg are relatively rotated, and the first supporting leg is closed to be arranged along the back surface of the top plate. The second support leg connected to the front portion of the first support leg is also folded and closed in accordance with the operation of the first support leg, and the first support leg and the second support leg are arranged on the back surface of the top plate. Thus, the position of the ironing table can be changed only by releasing the engagement between the engaging portion and the receiving portion and engaging the first support leg and the second support leg.
In the ironing table according to the above-described embodiment, the engaging portion may include a pin-shaped member provided at the base end portion, and the receiving portion may include a hook-shaped member provided at the front portion of the leg and hooked to the pin-shaped member in the use state.
In this way, the base end portion and the leg front portion can be fixed by a simple operation of opening the first support leg and hooking the hook-shaped member to the pin-shaped member, and the ironing table can be easily put into a use state.
In the ironing base according to the above-described embodiment, the receiving portion may further include an operating portion that is provided integrally with the hook-shaped member and is provided so as to be capable of moving forward and backward along the extending direction of the leg front portion, and that moves forward toward the front end of the leg front portion in the use state, so that the engagement between the pin-shaped member and the hook-shaped member can be released.
By providing such an operation portion, the engagement between the pin-shaped member and the hook-shaped member can be easily released and the first support leg and the second support leg can be closed by only the operation of moving the operation portion forward and backward in the extending direction of the leg front portion, that is, in the extending direction of the first support leg in the use state, so that the posture can be easily changed from the use state to the storage state.
In the ironing table according to the above-described embodiment, the second support leg may further include a rotating body provided at a front end of the front portion of the leg and rotatable in contact with the floor surface, or a sliding body sliding in contact with the floor surface.
By providing such a rotating body, the second support leg can be slid on the ground with the first support leg as an axis by the rotation of the rotating body or the sliding of the sliding body, and the closing operation of the second support leg can be performed with a small force. In this way, by smoothly opening and closing the second support leg, the opening and closing operation of the first support leg associated therewith can be easily performed, and the posture of the ironing table can be smoothly changed.
In the ironing board according to the above-described embodiment, the first support leg and the second support leg may be provided so that the leg front portion and the second support leg are disposed on the same end portion side of the top board and protrude from the top board in the stored state, and the leg front portion and the second support leg can stand on the floor surface.
In this way, since the ironing table can stand in the storage state, it is not necessary to lean the ironing table against a wall or the like, and options of storage areas are expanded.
According to the ironing table, the engaging portion and the receiving portion are provided on the first support leg, so that the support leg can be easily opened and closed, and the posture can be smoothly changed.

As shown in fig. 4, in the use state, the locking surface 53 of the groove 46a of the hook-shaped member 46 contacts the pin-shaped member 42 from below, and the pin-shaped member 42 is locked in the groove 46 a. In the above state, the notch 32a of the leg front portion 31 is covered by the guide surface 51 from the inside of the leg front portion 31, and the locking surface 53 is pressed from below against the pin-shaped member 42 by the elastic force of the spring member 65. Therefore, the pin-shaped member 42 does not come out of the notch portion 32 a.
From the above state, as shown in fig. 5, the operation button 64 is pushed downward, the hook member 46 moves downward, and the pin member 42 moves upward away from the locking surface 53. At this time, the guide surface 51 also moves downward to open the cutout 32a, so that the pin-shaped member 42 can be pulled out to the outside of the leg front portion 31 through the cutout 32 a. Further, in order to pull out the pin-shaped member 42 from the notch 32a, the base end portion 21 and the leg front portion 31 are folded in different directions by relatively rotating the base end portion 21 and the leg front portion 31 about the first axis O1.
With this operation, the second support leg 3b and the leg front portion 31 of the first support leg 3a rotate relative to each other about the third axis O3, and the leg front body 32 of the leg front portion 31 presses the connecting portion 72 of the second support leg 3b to fold and close the second support leg 3b, thereby bringing about the storage state of fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 6, the leg front portion 31 and the base end portion 21 of the first support leg 3a are relatively rotated about the first axis O1, and the pin-shaped member 42 is moved toward the notch 32 a.
In this state, as shown in fig. 7, the pin-shaped member 42 enters the inside of the cutout portion 32a, and the pin-shaped member 42 is guided upward along the guide surface 51. At this time, the pin-shaped member 42 presses the hook-shaped member 46 downward against the elastic force of the spring member 65, and is guided to a position where it contacts the locking surface 53.
In this way, the hook-like member 46 is lifted upward by the elastic force of the spring member 65, and the guide surface 51 covers the notch 32a from the inside of the leg front portion 31. Thereby, the proximal end portion 21 and the leg front portion 31 of the first support leg 3a are fixed, and the usage state shown in fig. 1 is assumed.
According to the ironing board 1 of the embodiment described above, when the position is changed from the storage state to the use state, the engaging portion 41 is engaged with the receiving portion 45 only in the use state, so that the first support leg 3a and, accordingly, the second support leg 3b can be easily fixed in the use state.
Conversely, by releasing the engagement between the engaging portion 41 and the receiving portion 45 by the operating portion 47, the proximal portion 21 of the first support leg 3a and the leg front portion 31 can be relatively rotated, and the posture of the ironing board 1 can be changed from the use state to the storage state.
In the present embodiment, the base end portion 21 and the leg front portion 31 are fixed by a simple operation of hooking only the hook member 46 to the pin member 42, and the ironing board 1 can be easily put into a use state. Further, by separating the pin-shaped member 42 from the hook-shaped member 46, the ironing table 1 can be easily put in the storage state.
In particular, in the present embodiment, in the use state, the engagement between the pin-shaped member 42 and the hook-shaped member 46 can be easily released and the support legs 3 can be closed into the storage state only by the operation of advancing and retreating the operation button 64 in the extending direction of the base end portion 21, that is, in the extending direction of the first support leg 3 a.
Further, the turning body 73 is provided in the second support leg 3b, and the second support leg 3a can be easily slid on the floor surface about the first support leg 3a by the turning of the turning body 73, so that the opening and closing operation of the second support leg 3a can be easily performed, and the posture of the ironing table 1 can be smoothly changed. Particularly, when the user turns the turning body 73 on the floor surface to the storage state, the second support leg 3b can be smoothly closed with a small force, and accordingly, the second support leg 3a can be easily closed.
In the present embodiment, in particular, since the rotating body 73 does not contact the floor surface in the use state, the support legs 3 do not slide on the floor surface during ironing.
Further, the ironing table 1 can stand in the storage state, and therefore, there is no need to lean the ironing table 1 against a wall or the like at the time of storage, and options of a storage place are expanded.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention can be designed with a slight change without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the engaging portion 91 may be formed in a U-shape. That is, the engaging portion 91 has: a pair of support rod portions 93, the pair of support rod portions 93 protruding from the leg receiver 25 and provided to be spaced apart in the width direction; and a pin-shaped member 92, the pin-shaped member 92 connecting the support rod portions 93 to each other and extending in the width direction. Further, instead of the above-described notch portion 32a, a notch portion 95a smaller than the width dimension of the notch portion 32a may be provided on the outer surface of the leg front main body 32. This can increase the strength of the leg front body 32.
In contrast to the above, the engaging portion 41 (pin-shaped member 42) may be provided on the leg front portion 31, and the receiving portion 45 (hook-shaped member 46) may be provided on the base end portion 21. The engaging portion 41 and the receiving portion 45 are not limited to the above, and any configuration may be employed as long as the proximal end portion 21 and the leg front portion 31 can be fixed. The engaging portion 41 may be formed integrally with the leg receiver 25, or may be formed as another member and then fixed to the leg receiver 25 by a stopper such as a rivet or a bolt.
In addition, the support legs 3 may be not only cylindrical tubes but also square tubes.
The operation unit 47 is not limited to the case of having the operation button 64, and for example, a handle or the like that can grip the operation unit 47 forward and backward may be provided.
In the above description, the case where the turning body 73 that turns in contact with the ground is provided at the tip of the second support leg 3b has been described, but instead of the turning body 73, a sliding body that slides in contact with the ground may be provided. The slider may be made of synthetic rubber coated with a fluororesin, for example. In addition, a rotating body or a sliding body may be provided not in the second support leg 3b but in the first support leg 3 a.
In the above embodiment, the case where the first support leg 3a has the pair of leg main bodies 22 and the pair of leg front main bodies 32 and is formed in a two-leg shape has been described. However, the first support leg may be formed in a single-leg shape. That is, the first support leg may have one leg main body 22 and one leg front main body 32 without the connection portion 23 and the leg front connection portion 33. In addition, the second support leg may also be formed in a single-leg shape. Further, the first support leg may be formed in a single-leg shape and the second support leg may be formed in a double-leg shape, or the first support leg may be formed in a double-leg shape and the second support leg may be formed in a single-leg shape.
The shape, arrangement position, and number of the longitudinal frame 12 and the lateral frame 13 are not limited to those described above, and may be appropriately changed. The shape, arrangement position, and number of the first leg support portion 17 and the second leg support portion 67 are not limited to the above, and may be appropriately changed.
As shown in fig. 9, the top plate 102 may have a diameter-reduced surface 104 recessed inward in the width direction on a pair of side surfaces 103 facing in the width direction. The bottom portion 104a of the reduced diameter surface 104 located on the width direction inner side is located on the front end side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the operation button 64. As a result, since the width of the ironing board 1 is reduced at the position of the reduced diameter surface 104, the user easily touches the operation button 64 from the reduced diameter surface 104, and the operation button 64 is easily seen from above. Therefore, the ironing of the clothes to be ironed can be facilitated by the reduced diameter surface 104 being brought into close contact with the top plate 102, and the opening and closing of the support legs 3 can be facilitated.
According to the ironing table, the supporting legs can be easily opened and closed, and the posture can be smoothly changed.
