Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly garden pavement material and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of high production cost, poor environment friendliness and low mechanical strength of the existing pavement material. The environment-friendly garden pavement material is prepared from 20-50 parts by weight of asphalt, 10-30 parts by weight of ABS rubber powder, 15-40 parts by weight of high-strength ceramsite, 5-10 parts by weight of coconut shell powder, 3-10 parts by weight of bagasse, 5-8 parts by weight of sepiolite powder, 3-10 parts by weight of limestone mineral powder, 1-3 parts by weight of plasticizer and 0.5-2 parts by weight of vulcanizing agent DCP; the environment-friendly garden pavement material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, low in cost and suitable for application and popularization.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garden materials, in particular to an environment-friendly garden pavement material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In modern garden construction, materials such as cement, asphalt, colored pebbles, culture stones, and the like are widely used by garden workers in various forms, in addition to the continuing use of traditional materials.
At present, the existing garden pavement materials in China have poor performance, high raw material cost and environmental pollution, and cannot meet the requirements of current sustainable development. the environment-friendly garden pavement material is designed and prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of asphalt, 10-30 parts of ABS rubber powder, 15-40 parts of high-strength ceramsite, 5-10 parts of coconut shell powder, 3-10 parts of bagasse, 5-8 parts of sepiolite powder, 3-10 parts of limestone mineral powder, 1-3 parts of plasticizer and 0.5-2 parts of vulcanizing agent DCP.
Preferably: the coconut shell powder and the bagasse are carbonized and processed by the following steps: firstly, mixing coconut shell powder and bagasse, and then mixing the coconut shell powder and the bagasse according to the proportion of 1: adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the mixture according to the mass ratio of 0.3-0.8, filtering out liquid after the reaction is complete, and washing solid residues with water and ethanol in sequence to obtain the catalyst.
Preferably: the reaction temperature is controlled to be 120-240 ℃, and the reaction time is controlled to be 1-3 h.
Preferably: the plasticizer is at least one of dimethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate.

(2) firstly, heating and stirring the asphalt uniformly, then adding ABS rubber powder, a plasticizer and a vulcanizing agent DCP, and continuously stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(3) adding high-strength ceramsite, sepiolite powder, limestone mineral powder, coconut shell powder and bagasse carbide into the mixture A, heating, and continuously stirring to obtain a mixture B;
(4) and pressing and forming the mixture B, maintaining for 9-12 h, cooling and drying in the shade to obtain the material.
Preferably: in the step (2), the heating temperature is 120-150 ℃, the stirring speed is 200-400 rad/min, the stirring time is 5-10 min, and the continuous stirring time is 15-30 min.
Preferably: in the step (3), the temperature is increased to 121-240 ℃, the continuous stirring speed is 300-600 rad/min, and the continuous stirring time is 15-30 min.
Preferably: in the step (4), saturated steam curing is adopted for curing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
1. the garden pavement material has the advantages of wide raw material source, no toxicity, no smell, environmental friendliness, simple manufacturing method, low cost and suitability for application and popularization.
2. The vulcanizing agent DCP added into the garden pavement material can improve the heat resistance, pressure resistance, crack resistance and mechanical strength of the material; the added high-strength ceramsite can make the material impervious and wear-resistant.
3. The carbides of the coconut shell powder and the bagasse added in the garden pavement material have porous and strong adsorbability, and can enhance the crack resistance and the mechanical strength of the material.
4. The raw materials in the formula are matched for synergism, so that the formed garden pavement material is environment-friendly, high in mechanical strength and excellent in crack resistance and stability.

The following examples are given to illustrate specific embodiments of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
The instruments and devices referred to in the following examples are conventional instruments and devices unless otherwise specified; the industrial raw materials are all conventional industrial raw materials which are sold on the market if not specifically indicated; the processing and manufacturing methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
Example 1: environment-friendly garden pavement material
Weighing 5kg of coconut shell powder and 5kg of bagasse, mixing, adding 3kg of concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting at 120 ℃ for 1h, performing suction filtration, washing with water for multiple times, finally washing with ethanol, and drying to obtain carbide of 5kg of coconut shell powder and 5kg of bagasse.
Weighing 25kg of asphalt, adding the asphalt into a reaction kettle, heating to 121 ℃, stirring for 6min at the rotating speed of 210 rad/min, adding 15kg of ABS rubber powder, 1kg of plasticizer and 0.6kg of vulcanizing agent DCP, and continuously stirring for 16min to obtain a mixture A; adding 20kg of high-strength ceramsite, 5kg of sepiolite powder, 5kg of limestone mineral powder, 5kg of coconut shell powder and 5kg of bagasse carbide into the mixture A, heating to 125 ℃, and stirring for 16min at the rotating speed of 310 rad/min to obtain a mixture B; and pressing and molding the mixture B, curing the molded blank in a saturated steam curing furnace for 9 hours, naturally cooling and drying in the shade to obtain the material.
Example 2: environment-friendly garden pavement material
Weighing 8kg of coconut shell powder and 7kg of bagasse, mixing, adding 9kg of concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting at 180 ℃ for 2 hours, performing suction filtration, washing with water for multiple times, finally washing with ethanol, and drying to obtain carbides of 8kg of coconut shell powder and 7kg of bagasse.
Weighing 35kg of asphalt, adding the asphalt into a reaction kettle, heating to 135 ℃, stirring for 8min at the rotating speed of 300 rad/min, then adding 20kg of ABS rubber powder, 2kg of plasticizer and 1.3kg of vulcanizing agent DCP, and continuously stirring for 22min to obtain a mixture A; adding 27kg of high-strength ceramsite, 6kg of sepiolite powder, 7kg of limestone mineral powder, 8kg of coconut shell powder and 7kg of bagasse carbide into the mixture A, heating to 180 ℃, and stirring for 22min at the rotation speed of 450 rad/min to obtain a mixture B; and pressing and molding the mixture B, curing the molded blank in a saturated steam curing furnace for 11h, naturally cooling and drying in the shade to obtain the material.
Example 3: environment-friendly garden pavement material
Weighing 10kg of coconut shell powder and 9kg of bagasse, mixing, adding 15.2kg of concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting at 240 ℃ for 3h, performing suction filtration, washing with water for multiple times, finally washing with ethanol, and drying to obtain carbides of 10kg of coconut shell powder and 9kg of bagasse.
Weighing 45kg of asphalt, adding the asphalt into a reaction kettle, heating to 145 ℃, stirring for 10min at the rotating speed of 390 rad/min, then adding 25kg of ABS rubber powder, 2.5kg of plasticizer and 1.9kg of vulcanizing agent DCP, and continuously stirring for 29min to obtain a mixture A; adding 35kg of high-strength ceramsite, 8kg of sepiolite powder, 9kg of limestone mineral powder, 10kg of coconut shell powder and 9kg of bagasse carbide into the mixture A, heating to 235 ℃, stirring for 29min at the rotation speed of 590 rad/min to obtain a mixture B; and pressing and molding the mixture B, curing the molded blank in a saturated steam curing furnace for 12 hours, naturally cooling and drying in the shade to obtain the material.
Comparative example: conventional asphalt pavement material
The performance test is carried out by taking examples 1-3 as a test group and taking a comparative example as a control group, the test is carried out by referring to a T0728-2000 asphalt mixture bending creep test in JTC E20-2011 road engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture experimental regulation, a wheel track forming test piece is cut into small beams of 40mm x 200mm, the test temperature is-10 ℃, the loading rate is 50mm/min, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

From table 1, it can be seen that the maximum bending strain values of the environment-friendly type garden pavement materials prepared in examples 1 to 3 are all greater than those of the conventional asphalt pavement materials of the control group, and the bending stiffness modulus values of the environment-friendly type garden pavement materials prepared in examples 1 to 3 are all less than those of the conventional asphalt pavement materials of the control group, i.e., the environment-friendly type garden pavement materials prepared in examples 1 to 3 have high mechanical strength and excellent crack resistance and stability.
