When the cloth is completely rolled up, an operator can pull the first inserting rod 257 to move outwards, the fifth spring 258 is stretched, the first inserting rod 257 moves outwards to be separated from the first slot 255, then the movable rod 254 is pulled to move upwards to drive the press roller 256 to move upwards to return to the original position, the first inserting rod 257 is released, and the first inserting rod 257 moves inwards to be inserted into the first slot 255 to fix the movable rod 254 due to the action of the fifth spring 258.
