As shown in fig. 7-1 to 7-4, the unloading cone 2 comprises a cone frame 21, a connecting piece 22, a cone body 23, a feed opening 24 and a pneumatic butterfly valve 25; a conical hopper body 23 in a conical hopper shape is arranged at the center of the hopper body frame 21, and connecting pieces 22 for connecting the unloading conical hopper 2 and the container 7 are respectively arranged at four corners, so that the bottom of each connecting piece 22 is fixed on a container corner piece 71 of the container 7 through a pin shaft 72; the center of the conical hopper body 23 is provided with a discharging opening 24 for discharging, and the discharging opening 24 is provided with a pneumatic butterfly valve 25 for controlling the on-off of discharging. The conical hopper body 23 is of a conical hopper type, and unloading is convenient.
And S4, separating the lifting appliance.
The bottom of the special lifting appliance 9 for the unloading conical hopper is separated from the top of the unloading conical hopper 2, and then the container is turned by 90 degrees to realize the output of the cargo, as shown in fig. 4-1 and 4-2.

s2, cutting the lining bag;
cutting the upper part of the lining bag by adopting a lining bag cutting mechanism;
the lining bag cutting mechanism comprises a discharging cutter walking lifting appliance, a lining bag cutter and a discharging grabbing lifting appliance;
a discharge cutter walking lifting appliance is adopted to lift the lining bag cutter to the upper part of the lining bag, and a discharge grabbing lifting appliance is lifted below the discharge cutter walking lifting appliance through a steel wire rope;
after the unloading cutter walking lifting appliance vertically moves downwards, the lining bag cutter is in contact with the upper surface of the lining bag under the action of gravity, the inner wall of the lining bag cutter is provided with an annular blade, the upper part of the lining bag is cut to form an annular notch, and the upper surface of the lining bag is separated to form a circular film;
the suction cup at the bottom of the unloading grabbing sling contacts the circular film under the action of gravity and realizes adsorption, and when the unloading cutter walks the sling to lift away, the unloading grabbing sling lifts off the cut and separated circular film;
s3, butting the unloading cone buckets;
the unloading conical hopper is hung above the lining bag through a special lifting appliance for the unloading conical hopper, a long hole is formed in a connecting piece of the unloading conical hopper, the unloading conical hopper is fixed on a corner piece of a container shell through a pin shaft, and the unloading conical hopper is connected with an opening in the top of the lining bag;
s4, separating the lifting appliance;
the bottom of the special lifting appliance for the unloading conical hopper is separated from the top of the unloading conical hopper, and the container is turned by 90 degrees to realize the output of goods;
the container liner bag pressing plate is a square plate with a circular through hole in the middle, notches are respectively machined at four corners and are correspondingly assembled at the container corner fitting positions of the container, a hoisting ring for hoisting is arranged at the upper part of the container liner bag pressing plate, a positioning lug plate for positioning is arranged on the side face of the container liner bag pressing plate, a rubber sealing strip for contacting the container is arranged at the lower side of the container liner bag pressing plate, and an inflatable sealing pipe for sealing is arranged at the inner side of the container liner bag pressing plate;
the unloading cone bucket comprises a bucket body frame, a connecting piece, a cone bucket body, a feed opening and a pneumatic butterfly valve;
a conical hopper body in a conical hopper shape is arranged at the center of the hopper body frame, and connecting pieces for connecting the unloading conical hopper and the container are respectively arranged at four corners, so that the bottoms of the connecting pieces are fixed on container corner pieces of the container through pin shafts;
the center of the conical hopper body is provided with a discharging opening for discharging, and a pneumatic butterfly valve for controlling the on-off of discharging is arranged on the discharging opening.

the four gas injection devices are respectively positioned at the four corners of the container lining bag pressing plate.

the rubber sealing strips for sealing the container are arranged circumferentially.
4. The method for docking and unloading a container liner bag according to claim 1, wherein,
and after the inflation sealing pipe is inflated into the groove on the inner side, the inflation sealing pipe is expanded, and the inflation sealing pipe is contacted with the unloading cone bucket.
