一种圆柱圆周感应加热机构,其特点是在平板底座上装有感应体调整系统,感应体调整系统的前面装有固定感应体,固定感应体的下侧装有铰链感应下扇,固定感应体的上侧装有铰链感应上扇,铰链感应上扇的后侧装有远红外线测温装置,铰链感应下扇、铰链感应上扇与感应体调整系统之间均装有液压紧固装置;感应体调整系统的后面装有电控箱,电控箱后侧的底座上装有加热电源。它解决由人工把电缆缠绕到工件外围,对圆柱状工件感应加热,装拆电缆操作繁琐,生产效率低,且不能适用环缝焊接与加热同时进行的问题,特别适合对圆柱状物体加热或环缝焊接使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电磁感应加热设备领域,具体地说是一种对圆柱状工件进行外周围加热处理的专用机构。
背景技术
焊接行业对较大工件都要进行焊前预热、消氢等处理,对圆柱状工件的感应加热,传统的方法都是由人工把感应电缆缠绕到工件的外围,待加热完成后再将电缆卸下,操作繁琐,生产效率低,对电缆损坏严重,而且不能适用环缝焊接与加热同时进行。
发明内容
本发明为解决由人工把电缆缠绕到工件外围,对圆柱状工件感应加热,装拆电缆操作繁琐,生产效率低,且不能适用环缝焊接与加热同时进行的问题,设计一种对圆柱状周围感应加热的专用装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种圆柱圆周感应加热机构,其特殊之处是,在平板底座上装有感应体调整系统,感应体调整系统的前面装有固定感应体,固定感应体的下侧装有铰链感应下扇,固定感应体的上侧装有铰链感应上扇,铰链感应上扇的后侧装有远红外线测温装置,铰链感应下扇、铰链感应上扇与感应体调整系统之间均装有液压紧固装置;感应体调整系统的后面装有电控箱,电控箱后侧的底座上装有加热电源。
工作时,先根据工件的高度和直径,通过感应体调整系统调好固定感应体的高度和前后位置,通过液压紧固装置调整铰链感应上扇和铰链感应下扇的弧度,使固定感应体、铰链感应上扇、铰链感应下扇贴合到工件的表面,再通过电控箱启动加热电源,给固定感应体、铰链感应上扇、铰链感应下扇供电即可。工件的温度由远红外测温装置监测。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种操作方便灵活,并能在加热的同时进行环缝焊接的感应加热机构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例,对本实施新状进一步说明。
如图所示,在平板底座1上装有感应体调整系统7,感应体调整系统7的前面装有固定感应体3,固定感应体3的下侧装有铰链感应下扇2,固定感应体3的上侧装有铰链感应上扇4,铰链感应上扇4的后侧装有远红外线测温装置6,铰链感应下扇2、铰链感应上扇4与感应体调整系统7之间均装有液压紧固装置5;感应体调整系统7的后面装有电控箱8,电控箱8后侧的底座1上装有加热电源9。
工作时,先根据工件的高度和直径,通过感应体调整系统7调好固定感应体3的高度和前后位置,通过液压紧固装置5调整铰链感应上扇4和铰链感应下扇2的弧度,使固定感应体3、铰链感应上扇4、铰链感应下扇2贴合到工件的表面,再通过电控箱8启动加热电源9,给固定感应体3、铰链感应上扇4、铰链感应下扇2供电即可。工件的温度由远红外测温装置6监测。

1.一种圆柱圆周感应加热机构,其特征是:在平板底座上装有感应体调整系统,感应体调整系统的前面装有固定感应体,固定感应体的下侧装有铰链感应下扇,固定感应体的上侧装有铰链感应上扇,铰链感应上扇的后侧装有远红外线测温装置,铰链感应下扇、铰链感应上扇与感应体调整系统之间均装有液压紧固装置;感应体调整系统的后面装有电控箱,电控箱后侧的底座上装有加热电源。
