Technical Field

Background
The current water purifier mainly comprises:
1. a PP cotton filter element water purifier: the single-tube water purifier with various PP cotton filter elements is simple in structure and convenient to install, but the filter elements are easy to block, the replacement frequency is high, the filtering precision is not high, and the single-tube water purifier is only used for primary filtering of water and cannot be directly drunk.
2. The composite sintered active carbon water purifier comprises: the main filter medium is an activated carbon rod. The activated carbon rod is generally formed by sintering activated carbon powder with different particle sizes and a bonding material at a high temperature.
The method is characterized in that: due to the porous structure of the activated carbon powder (according to estimation, the specific surface area of 3-5 g of the activated carbon powder is equivalent to the size of a standard American football court), the activated carbon rod after being fired is very compact, has high removal efficiency on pollutants such as peculiar smell, residual chlorine, volatile organic matters and the like in tap water, can filter spore cysts even according to the American NSF53 standard by part of activated carbon rods produced by manufacturers, can retain mineral substances in water, and does not need to use extra filtering media such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration and the like.
In addition, in the firing process of the activated carbon rod, other filter media can be added through a special process formula, so that the activated carbon rod is compounded with more functions of removing indexes such as volatile organic compound pollutants (VOC), heavy metals and the like.
Due to the excellent performance of the composite sintered activated carbon rod, the product can be directly used for occasions with high filtering requirements such as drinking, cooking and the like.
However, the product has high manufacturing cost, and the activated carbon rod filter element is easy to block and needs to be replaced frequently.
3. RO reverse osmosis water purification machine: the water purifier can completely remove harmful substances in water and simultaneously remove mineral substances in the water, and the purified water is pure water. The water is not at its working pressure and therefore requires a booster pump, with the aid of electricity and pressure. The method has the great disadvantage that the waste water is more, and about 50 percent of the waste water is generally filtered. Its advantages are high cleaning cost and low water output.
4. The composite filtering design of the imported non-woven fabric, the Japanese ultrafiltration membrane and the imported coconut shell activated carbon can effectively filter bacteria in water and various harmful substances such as chlorine, pathogenic microorganisms and the like, and the external kettle can also avoid drinking water with heavy metals exceeding the standard. The purification effect of direct drinking of tap water is ensured to be realized, the integrated design is adopted, secondary pollution can be prevented, materials are imported, and the manufacturing cost is high.
5. An ultrafiltration machine: the ultrafiltration water purifier can effectively remove silt, suspended matters, rust, bacteria, colloid, macromolecular organic matters and the like in water, and can effectively retain some beneficial mineral substances, trace elements and the like. Its advantages are long service life of filter core, high output of water, no need of pressurization, and low cost. The major disadvantage is the complete lack of removal of heavy metals and organic pollutants.
6. A ceramic filtering water purifier. The water purifier adopts the plug-in ceramic filter element, has large water yield, meets the requirement of water for kitchens, and has the membrane pores of the double-control membrane ceramic filter element with the highest precision of 0.1 mu m smaller than bacteria, so that the bacteria are completely isolated outside the filter element, but water can pass through the filter element, and beneficial mineral substances and trace elements in the water are reserved. Meanwhile, the water purifier does not produce secondary pollution in the using process, is not afraid of blockage, and realizes the terminal water purification function. The disadvantages are short service life of the filter element and small water yield.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a novel filtering device and a water purifier, which are different from the filtering method of the prior art, and the filtering device and the water purifier have the filtering effect that water in a groove overflows and flows through frosted layers with different densities to permeate purified water.
In order to achieve the above object, a filter device is designed, characterized by comprising: at least one filter disc, the filter disc comprises a plurality of filter disc recesses and the crisscross range upon range of arrangement of filter disc frosting, and the filter disc recess is used for retaining water, and the filter disc recess is full of water back, gets into next stage filter disc recess through filter disc frosting.

The water purifier comprises an upper cover, an upper water cup, a water leakage plug, a filtering device and a big water cup, and is characterized in that the upper water cup is arranged below the upper cover, a through hole is formed in the bottom of the upper water cup, the water leakage plug is arranged at the through hole, at least one group of filtering device is arranged at the bottom of the upper water cup, the water leakage plug of the upper water cup corresponds to the step on the uppermost layer of the filtering disc on the filtering device, and the round hole at the bottom of the lower filtering disc corresponds.
The water purifier is provided with one or more filtering devices, and the filtering devices are vertically stacked in the filtering group supporting frame.
Compared with the prior art, the glass-glass integrated water purifier has the advantages that the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the filter device is formed by integrally processing glass and consists of super-multi-layer filter layers, the layers of filter processes are clearly seen by eyes, no material consumption is needed, the water purifier can be used as usual after a filter disc is cleaned after being used for a period of time, the glass is not broken, the service life of the water purifier is short, the water purifier is convenient to use, and the design is light and handy.

The glass water purifier consists of an upper water cup, a water leakage plug, an upper filter disc, a lower filter disc, a filter disc support frame, a base and a large water cup. The outer surface of the upper water cup is a barrel, the upper part of the upper water cup is provided with the upper water cup and is provided with an upper cover, the bottom of the upper water cup is provided with a round hole and is matched with the water leakage plug, the water leakage plug is matched with the round hole and leaves a certain gap, the size of the gap is determined according to the requirement, and water flows out of the gap.
A filter device is arranged below a water outlet of the upper water cup, the filter device is formed by combining an upper filter disc and a lower filter disc into a filter group, the number of the filter groups is determined according to needs, and two filter groups are designed in the scheme. A plurality of filtering groups are fixed together through a filtering disc support frame, an upper water cup, an upper cover, a water leakage plug and a filtering disc in the scheme are all glass products, and the support frame is made of transparent plastics. The upper water cup and the filter device are combined and then fixed on the base. The base is of a frame structure, the middle space is used for placing a big water cup, two square holes are formed in the left vertical surface and the right vertical surface of the base, the base can be used as a handle when the water purifier is moved, the water purifier can be conveniently moved by two hands, the large trapezoidal holes in the front vertical surface of the base are the inlet and outlet of the big water cup, the big water cup is also a glass product in the case, three bottom feet are arranged at the bottom of the base, and the two bottom feet can adjust the level of the base through adjusting buttons.

When the water purifier is used, tap water is filled in the big water cup, the big water cup is poured into the upper water cup, the big water cup is placed in the base below the big water cup, water in the upper water cup flows into the top surface of the upper filter disc through the gap of the lower water leakage plug and continuously flows downwards, impurities and mineral substances in the water are adhered to the frosted layer after flowing through the frosted layer, and the rest clear water continuously flows through the next frosted layer.
The speed of the flowing water can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the water leakage plug and the lower hole of the upper water cup, and the purity of the water is directly influenced by the speed of the flowing water, so that the flowing water is not suitable to be too fast.
