背景技术
软膏剂指药物与油脂性或水溶性基质混合制成的均匀半固体外用制剂。软膏剂在医疗上主要用于皮肤、黏膜表面，起局部保护与治疗作用。分为溶液型、混悬型和乳剂型三类。
软膏剂可以长时间紧贴，粘附，辅展于皮肤表面，起局部的治疗做用，也起全身的治疗做用。比如皮肤上长一些痘，这时候可以用一些软膏剂，不用吃起全身作用的的抗炎药。所以说，对局部疾病来说，如抗感染，消毒，止痒，麻醉等等，它都有一个局部作用时间长的优点，一般来说，对于这类药物，都是要求它作用于表皮，或透过表皮到达表皮下组织，而不期望产生全身治疗作用。比如局部止痒，局麻等。
