Abstract
The invention provides an ophthalmic surgery drape which is made of non-woven fabric as a basic material and comprises a main drape, a middle layer and a surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the main sheet is provided with a rectangular opening, the middle layer covers the rectangular opening area on the main sheet, the middle layer is provided with two round holes, and the surface layer covers one round hole area on the middle layer. The ophthalmologic operation drape provided by the invention has a simple structure, is suitable for various ophthalmologic operations, better meets the actual requirements in the operations, can meet the requirements of medical workers on different holes of the ophthalmologic operation drape, and is beneficial to the actual operation of the medical workers.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical care protection, in particular to an ophthalmic surgery drape.
Background
Nowadays, the development of disposable surgical kits in China is more and more mature, wherein a surgical drape is the core of the whole surgical kit, the surgical drape can effectively protect patients and medical staff, and the design concept and the production process of the surgical drape are more in line with the actual requirements in surgery. The existing disposable ophthalmic surgery drape is generally only used for a specific ophthalmic surgery type, namely, one ophthalmic surgery needs a drape. In actual surgery, special situations that various ophthalmic surgeries need to be performed are often involved, and at the moment, the drape aiming at a single ophthalmic surgery type cannot meet the requirements of the surgery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ophthalmic surgery drape, which is simple in structure, suitable for various ophthalmic surgeries, more suitable for actual needs in surgeries, capable of meeting different opening requirements of medical staff on the surgical drape in the ophthalmic surgeries and beneficial to actual operation of the medical staff.

The invention provides an ophthalmic surgery drape which is made of non-woven fabric as a basic material and comprises a main drape, a middle layer and a surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the main sheet is provided with a rectangular opening, the middle layer covers the rectangular opening area on the main sheet, the middle layer is provided with two round holes, and the surface layer covers one round hole area on the middle layer.
The ophthalmic surgery drape provided by the invention takes non-woven fabrics as a basic material; the nonwoven fabric of the present invention is not particularly limited, and those suitable for ophthalmic surgical drapes known to those skilled in the art may be used.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the vertex is based on the patient's vertex direction.
The ophthalmic surgery drape provided by the invention comprises a main drape, wherein a rectangular opening is arranged on the main drape. In the present invention, the shape of the main sheet is preferably rectangular, more preferably square; the side length of the main unit is preferably less than or equal to 200cm, and more preferably 200 cm. In the present invention, the master order is the side of the ophthalmic surgical drape proximate to the patient's skin.
In the present invention, the rectangular opening is preferably a square opening; the side length is preferably < 60cm, more preferably < 30 cm. In the present invention, the shape of the intermediate layer is preferably rectangular, more preferably square; the size of the intermediate layer is not particularly limited, and the intermediate layer can cover a rectangular opening area on the main sheet. In the present invention, the side length of the intermediate layer is preferably 80cm or less, more preferably 50cm or less, and further preferably 40cm or less. In the present invention, the top end of the intermediate layer is preferably fixed to the main sheet; the fixing means preferably comprises sewing, gluing or hot rolling. In the invention, the left side and the right side of the middle layer and the inner side of the bottom end are preferably adhered with double-sided adhesive tapes, and when the double-sided adhesive tape is needed to be used, the back lining of the double-sided adhesive tape can be torn off to be adhered on the main sheet, so that the operation is convenient.
In the present invention, the two circular openings are preferably arranged on the left and right sides of the intermediate layer, and are a left circular opening and a right circular opening respectively. In the present invention, the diameter of the circular opening in the intermediate layer is preferably independently 20cm or less, more preferably independently 15cm or less, and further preferably independently 10cm or less. The specific position of the circular opening is not specially limited, and the circular opening is arranged according to actual requirements. In the embodiment of the invention, the distance between the circular openings and the top end and the bottom end of the middle layer is preferably equal to each other in terms of the position of the circle center, the distance between the two circular openings is preferably less than or equal to 30cm, the distance between the left circular opening and the left side of the middle layer is preferably less than or equal to 25cm, and the distance between the right circular opening and the right side of the middle layer is preferably less than or equal to 25 cm.

In the present invention, the shape of the surface layer is preferably rectangular, more preferably rectangular or square; the size of the surface layer is not specially limited, and the surface layer can cover a circular perforated area on the middle layer; specifically, the surface layer covers the right circular opening or the left circular opening on the middle layer. In the present invention, the side length of the surface layer is preferably 50cm or less, more preferably 30cm or less, and further preferably 20cm or less.
In the present invention, the top end of the surface layer is preferably fixed on the main sheet or the intermediate layer; the fixing means preferably comprises sewing, gluing or hot rolling. In the invention, the inner side of the bottom end of the surface layer is preferably adhered with a double-sided adhesive tape, and when the surface layer is needed to be used, the back lining of the double-sided adhesive tape can be torn off to be adhered on the main sheet, so that the operation is convenient. In the invention, the left side and the right side of the surface layer are in an opening state, and double-sided adhesive tapes do not need to be arranged or other forms of fixing are not needed.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an ophthalmic surgical drape provided by the present invention, in which 1 is a main drape, 2 is a rectangular opening on the main drape, 3 is an intermediate layer, 4 is a fixed position of the top end of the intermediate layer and the main drape, 5 is an inner side adhesive double-sided tape position at the bottom end of the intermediate layer, 6 and 7 are circular openings on the intermediate layer, 8 is a surface layer, 9 is a fixed position of the top end of the surface layer and the main drape, and 10 is an inner side adhesive double-sided tape position at the bottom end of the surface layer; the arrows in the figure point in the direction of the patient's head.

The method comprises the following steps that a square non-woven fabric with the side length of 200cm is used as a main sheet of an ophthalmologic operation drape, a square opening is arranged on the main sheet, the side length of the square opening is 30cm, and the distances between the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the square opening and the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the main sheet are 40cm, 130cm, 85cm and 85cm respectively;
a square non-woven fabric with the side length of 40cm is used as an intermediate layer of the ophthalmologic operation drape to cover a square opening area on the main drape, the top end of the intermediate layer is sewn on the main drape, and double-sided adhesive tapes are adhered to the inner sides of the left side, the right side and the bottom end of the intermediate layer; the distances between the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the middle layer and the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the main bill are respectively 35cm, 125cm, 80cm and 80 cm; the middle layer is provided with a left circular opening and a right circular opening, and the diameters of the circular openings are both 10 cm; the distance between the circular opening and the top end and the bottom end of the middle layer is respectively 20cm and 20cm, the distance between the two circular openings is 20cm, the distance between the left circular opening and the left side of the middle layer is 10cm, and the distance between the right circular opening and the right side of the middle layer is 10 cm;
non-woven fabrics with the length of 50cm and the width of 25cm are used as the surface layers of the ophthalmologic operation drape to cover the right circular perforated area on the middle layer, the top end of the surface layers is sewed on the main drape, the inner side of the bottom end is adhered with double-sided adhesive tapes, and the left side and the right side are in an opening state; wherein, the distance between the top, bottom, left side and right side of top surface layer and the top, bottom, left side and right side of main list is 30cm, 120cm, 75cm and 75cm respectively.

a square non-woven fabric with the side length of 50cm is used as an intermediate layer of the ophthalmologic operation drape to cover a square opening area on the main drape, the top end of the intermediate layer is sewn on the main drape, and double-sided adhesive tapes are adhered to the inner sides of the left side, the right side and the bottom end; the distances between the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the middle layer and the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the main bill are respectively 30cm, 120cm, 75cm and 75 cm; the middle layer is provided with a left circular opening and a right circular opening, wherein the diameter of the left circular opening is 10cm, and the diameter of the right circular opening is 15 cm; the distances between the left circular opening and the top end and the bottom end of the middle layer are respectively 25cm and 25cm by the position of the circle center, and the distance between the left circular opening and the left side of the middle layer is 15 cm; the distance between the right circular opening and the top end and the bottom end of the middle layer is 25cm and 25cm respectively, the distance between the right circular opening and the right side of the middle layer is 12.5cm, and the distance between the two circular openings is 22.5 cm;
a square non-woven fabric with the side length of 20cm is used as a surface layer of the ophthalmologic operation drape to cover a left circular perforated area on the middle layer, the top end of the surface layer is sewn on the middle layer, a double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the inner side of the bottom end, and the left side and the right side are in an open state; and the distances between the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the surface layer and the top end, the bottom end, the left side and the right side of the middle layer are respectively 15cm, 5cm and 25 cm.

1. An ophthalmic surgery drape is made of non-woven fabric, and is characterized by comprising a main drape, a middle layer and a surface layer which are sequentially laminated; the main sheet is provided with a rectangular opening, the middle layer covers the rectangular opening area on the main sheet, the middle layer is provided with two round holes, and the surface layer covers one round hole area on the middle layer;
the two circular openings are arranged on the left and right sides of the middle layer, and the diameters of the circular openings are independently less than or equal to 20 cm;
the top end of the middle layer is fixed on the main sheet, and double-sided adhesive tapes are adhered to the left side, the right side and the inner side of the bottom end of the middle layer;
the top end of the surface layer is fixed on the main sheet or the middle layer, and a double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the inner side of the bottom end of the surface layer.
2. The ophthalmic surgical drape of claim 1, wherein said main drape is rectangular in shape, said main drape having sides less than or equal to 250cm in length.
3. An ophthalmic surgical drape as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the rectangular opening has a side length of ≤ 60 cm.
4. The ophthalmic surgical drape of claim 1 wherein said intermediate layer is rectangular in shape and has sides of 80cm or less.
5. The ophthalmic surgical drape of claim 1 wherein the securing of the top end of said intermediate layer to said main drape comprises stitching, gluing, or hot rolling.
6. The ophthalmic surgical drape of claim 1, wherein said surface layer is rectangular in shape and has sides less than or equal to 50cm in length.
7. The ophthalmic surgical drape of claim 1, wherein the top end of said skin layer is secured to said main drape or said intermediate layer by stitching, gluing, or hot rolling.
