a second silica gel pad 204 with a section formed by connecting two arcs and an arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the top side and an arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the bottom side is arranged on a second connecting sheet of the second retracting mechanism 2, and the arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the top side of the second silica gel pad 204 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the center of the bottom side of the second connecting sheet of the second retracting mechanism 2.
Preferably, a first anti-slip layer 107 with an arc smooth convex surface on the top side and an arc smooth concave surface on the bottom side is installed on the arc smooth concave surface on the bottom side of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism 1, and the arc smooth convex surface on the top side of the first anti-slip layer 107 is fixedly connected with the arc smooth concave surface in the center of the bottom side of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism 1;
the second anti-slip layer 205 with an arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the bottom side and an arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the top side is installed on the arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the top side of the second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism 2, and the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the bottom side of the second anti-slip layer 205 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the center of the top side of the second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism 2.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the internal thread of the threaded hole 108 at the center of the top side of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism 1 is connected with the external thread on the external sidewall of the axial bottom end of the supporting column 5 through a thread, and the external sidewall of the axial top end of the supporting column 5 is frictionally connected with the internal sidewall of the fixing hole 206 at the center of the bottom side of the second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism 2.

When the device works, a user holds the bottom side surface of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism 1 and the top side surface of the second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism 2 with one hand, so that the top side surface of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism 1 and the bottom side surface of the second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism 2 move oppositely, the distance between the top side surface of the first retracting handle and the bottom side surface of the second retracting handle is gradually reduced, according to the lever principle, the bottom side surface of the upper jaw abutting sheet of the first retracting mechanism 1 and the top side surface of the lower jaw abutting sheet of the second retracting mechanism 2 gradually approach, when the distance between the bottom side surface of the upper jaw abutting sheet and the top side surface of the lower jaw abutting sheet reaches the minimum, the upper jaw abutting sheet of the first retracting mechanism 1 and the lower jaw abutting sheet of the second retracting mechanism 2 are inserted into a human body, so that the arc-shaped convex surfaces of the upper jaw abutting sheet in the oral cavity abut against the upper jaw in the oral cavity and the arc-shaped convex surfaces of the oral, and then slowly releasing the pressure applied to the bottom side surface of the first retracting handle and the top side surface of the second retracting handle, under the elastic action of a return spring 4, moving the top side surface of the first retracting handle and the bottom side surface of the second retracting handle in a back-to-back manner, gradually increasing the distance between the top side surface of the first retracting handle and the bottom side surface of the second retracting handle, gradually separating the bottom side surface of the upper jaw resisting sheet of the first retracting mechanism 1 and the top side surface of the lower jaw resisting sheet of the second retracting mechanism 2 according to a lever principle until the distance between the bottom side surface of the upper jaw resisting sheet and the top side surface of the lower jaw resisting sheet reaches the maximum, abutting the upper jaw of the temporomandibular joint upwards by the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the top side of the upper jaw resisting sheet, abutting the lower jaw by the arc-shaped smooth convex surface of the lower jaw resisting sheet.

Claims (7)

1. Hand-held type temporomandibular joint retractor for mouth includes first retractor mechanism (1), its characterized in that: the first retracting mechanism (1) consists of an upper jaw abutting sheet, a first connecting sheet and a first retracting handle which are integrally formed and connected with each other in sequence, the center of the connecting end surface of the upper jaw abutting sheet with an arc smooth convex surface on the top side, an arc smooth concave surface on the bottom side and an arc smooth convex surface at the free end is fixedly connected with the first end surface of the first connecting sheet with an arc smooth convex surface on the top side and an arc smooth concave surface on the bottom side, the center of the second end on the two side surfaces of the top and the bottom of the first connecting sheet is provided with a first opening hole (101), the second end on the left side surface of the first connecting sheet is provided with a second opening hole (102) which is communicated with the first opening hole (101), the second end on the right side surface of the first connecting sheet is provided with a third opening hole (103) which is communicated with the first opening hole (101), and the second, the tangent line of the center of the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the top side of the maxilla piece and the tangent line of the center of the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the top side of the first connecting piece form an included angle of 25 degrees, and the tangent line of the center of the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the top side of the first connecting piece and the horizontal plane where the top side of the first retracting handle is located form an included angle of 100 degrees;
a second retracting mechanism (2) which consists of a lower jaw abutting sheet, a second connecting sheet and a second retracting handle which are integrally formed and sequentially connected with each other is arranged in a first opening (101) of the first retracting mechanism (1), the center of the connecting end surface of the mandible abutting sheet with the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the bottom side, the arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the top side, the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the free end and the second end surface of the second connecting sheet with the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the bottom side are fixedly connected, the second end surface of the second connecting sheet with the fourth opening (201) at the center of the second end on the left side surface and the right side surface is fixedly connected with the connecting end surface of the second retracting handle, the tangent line of the arc-shaped smooth convex surface center at the bottom side of the mandible and the tangent line of the arc-shaped smooth convex surface center at the bottom side of the second connecting sheet form an included angle of 25 degrees, and the tangent line of the arc-shaped smooth convex surface center;
the inner side wall of a fourth opening (201) of a second retractor mechanism (2) which is matched with the first retractor mechanism (1) is movably sleeved with the outer side wall of the axial center of the connecting shaft (3), the left end face of the fourth opening penetrates through a second opening (102) of the first retractor mechanism (1), extends to the left side of the second opening (102), and the right end face of the connecting shaft (3) which is fixedly connected with the center of the right end face of the first shaft base (301) penetrates through a third opening (103) of the first retractor mechanism (1), extends to the right side of the third opening (103), and is fixedly connected with the center of the left end face of the second shaft base (302);

The hand-held temporomandibular joint oral retractor of claim 1, wherein: a first silica gel sleeve (104) which is arranged in a U shape, provided with an arc smooth convex surface on the outer side of the top end, an arc smooth concave surface on the outer side of the bottom end and an arc smooth convex surface on the outer side of the closed end is arranged on the upper jaw abutting piece of the first retracting mechanism (1), the arc smooth concave surface on the inner side of the top end, the arc smooth convex surface on the inner side of the bottom end and the arc smooth concave surface on the inner side of the closed end of the first silica gel sleeve (104) are fixedly connected with the arc smooth convex surface between the center of the top side and the free end of the upper jaw abutting piece of the first retracting mechanism (1), the arc smooth concave surface between the center of the bottom side;

The hand-held temporomandibular joint oral retractor of claim 1, wherein: the bottom side surface of a first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism (1) is uniformly distributed with a first convex-concave pattern (105) consisting of a convex part and a concave part which are integrally formed and sequentially connected in a continuous and smooth manner, the section of the concave part of the first convex-concave pattern (105) is triangular, and the section of the convex part is isosceles trapezoid;
the top side surface of a second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism (2) is uniformly distributed with second convex-concave grains (203) consisting of convex parts and concave parts which are integrally formed and sequentially connected in a continuous and smooth manner, the section of the concave part of the second convex-concave grains (203) is triangular, and the section of the convex part is isosceles trapezoid.

The hand-held temporomandibular joint oral retractor of claim 1, wherein: a first silica gel pad (106) with a cross section formed by connecting two arcs and an arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the bottom side and an arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the top side is arranged on the first connecting sheet of the first retracting mechanism (1), and the arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the bottom side of the first silica gel pad (106) is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the center of the top side of the first connecting sheet of the first retracting mechanism (1);
a second silica gel pad (204) with a section formed by connecting two arcs and an arc-shaped smooth concave surface on the top side and an arc-shaped smooth convex surface on the bottom side is arranged on a second connecting sheet of the second retracting mechanism (2), and the arc-shaped smooth concave surface on the top side of the second silica gel pad (204) is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped smooth convex surface at the center of the bottom side of the second connecting sheet of the second retracting mechanism (2).

The hand-held temporomandibular joint oral retractor of claim 1, wherein: the first anti-skid layer (107) with an arc-shaped smooth convex surface on the top side and an arc-shaped smooth concave surface on the bottom side is arranged on the arc-shaped smooth concave surface on the bottom side of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism (1), and the arc-shaped smooth convex surface on the top side of the first anti-skid layer (107) is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped smooth concave surface at the center of the bottom side of the first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism (1);

The hand-held temporomandibular joint oral retractor of claim 1, wherein: the internal thread of a threaded hole (108) in the center of the top side face of a first retracting handle of the first retracting mechanism (1) is connected with the external thread on the outer side wall of the axial bottom end of the support column (5) through threads, and the outer side wall of the axial top end of the support column (5) is in friction connection with the inner side wall of a fixing hole (206) in the center of the bottom side face of a second retracting handle of the second retracting mechanism (2).
