The fixing of the fixing member 5 and the middle shell 11 is realized by the cooperation of the third screw 300 and the screw hole 1141 on the fixing column 114, the connection is stable, and the assembly is convenient. In another embodiment, the fixing member 5 can also be fixed to the middle shell 11 by means of a snap connection, and only the fixing member 5 and the middle shell 11 need to be provided with mutually matched snaps.
Referring to fig. 11, the fixing member 5 includes a body 51 and a protrusion unit, the protrusion unit is protruded at a middle position of one side surface of the body 51 to press the main board 2, and the protrusion unit includes a left abutting portion 52, a right abutting portion 53 and a connecting portion 54; the left abutting part 52 and the right abutting part 53 are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of one side surface of the body 51 in a protruding way, and both the left abutting part 52 and the right abutting part 53 abut against the main board 2; the connecting portion 54 is provided between the left contact portion 52 and the right contact portion 53 and connects one side surface of the main body 51. When the fixing member 5 is fixed to the middle case 11, the left abutting portion 52 and the right abutting portion 53 abut against the main board 2 to clamp the main board 2. Further, the fixing part 5 is an injection molding part and is made of plastic materials; the connecting portion 54 is a flange protruding from one side of the body 51, and the thickness of the connecting portion 54 is about one third of the thickness of the body 51; by providing the through hole 541 in the connecting portion 54, the difficulty of processing can be reduced, and the production and processing can be facilitated. Referring to fig. 6, 11 and 12, the fixing member 5 further includes an insertion portion 55, the insertion portion 55 is protruded from the bottom of the main body 51, the left abutting portion 52 and the right abutting portion 53 are formed on two sides of the insertion portion 55 and form a step shape with the insertion portion 55, the main board 2 is provided with an insertion port 23 adapted to the insertion portion 55, the insertion portion 55 is inserted into the insertion port 23, and the left abutting portion 52 and the right abutting portion 53 abut against the surface of the main board 2 on the side of the insertion port 23. When the fixing member 5 is fixed to the middle case 11 to clamp the main board 2, only the left abutting portion 52 and the right abutting portion 53 abut against the main board 2, and the insertion portion 55 is inserted into the insertion opening 23, so that the contact area between the main board 2 and the fixing member 5 is reduced, the main board 2 is firmly clamped, the main board 2 can be prevented from swinging due to the cooperation of the insertion portion 55 and the insertion opening 23, and the main board 2 is more firmly fixed.
Referring to fig. 11, the through hole 541 is opened in the connecting portion 54, a first notch 511 is disposed on the body 51 corresponding to the through hole 541, and the first notch 511 is matched with the third screw 300. The first notch 511 is provided to prevent the body 51 from blocking the third screw 300 from being inserted into the through hole 541, and to shorten the height of the connecting portion 54 protruding from the side of the body 51, so as to save the inner space of the middle case 11, and further reduce the size of the middle case 11, and the electronic device is smaller.
Referring to fig. 11, a second notch 551 is formed in the insertion portion 55 corresponding to the through hole 541, and the second notch 551 is matched with the fixing post 114. Set up second notch 551, can avoid insert portion 55 to block connecting portion 54 and fixed column 114 butt so that through-hole 541 matches the intercommunication with screw 1141, second notch 551 can also play spacing and prepositioning's effect with the cooperation of fixed column 114 in addition, when the installation third screw 300, can avoid mounting 5 to shift, and the assembly is more convenient. Referring to fig. 12, the fixing member 5 further includes a limiting portion 56, the limiting portion 56 includes a first abutting piece 561 and a second abutting piece 562, the first abutting piece 561 is vertically connected to the second abutting piece 562, the second abutting piece 562 is connected to one end of the left abutting portion 52, and the first abutting piece 561 and the second abutting piece 562 respectively abut against two adjacent sides of the battery 3. In the present embodiment, the second abutting piece 562 is flush with one side of the body 51, one side of the battery 3 abuts against the second abutting piece 562 and one side of the body 51, and the other side of the battery 3 abuts against the first abutting piece 561, so that the battery 3 can be limited in the space of the housing 1 between the limiting portion 56 and the body 51, and the battery 3 can be stably mounted.
Referring to fig. 5, a third abutting piece 126 is provided on the bottom cover 12 on the side opposite to the fixing member 5, and after the bottom cover 12 is closed with the middle case 11, the third abutting piece 126 abuts against one side surface of the battery 3. When the bottom cover 12 closes the middle case 11, the third abutting piece 126 abuts against one side surface of the battery 3, and the movement of the battery 3 in two opposite directions of the third abutting piece 126, the body 51 of the holder 5, and the second abutting piece 562 is restricted.
Referring to fig. 8, a fourth contact piece 115 is provided on the opposite side of the middle case 11 from the first contact piece 561, and the fourth contact piece 115 contacts the battery 3. The fourth contact piece 115 restricts movement of the battery 3 on opposite sides thereof together with the first contact piece 561, and restricts the degree of freedom of the battery 3 in four directions, i.e., front-rear, left-right, together with the body 51, the second contact piece 562, and the third contact piece 126, so that the battery 3 is stably fixed in the case 1.
Referring to fig. 8 and 13, the fourth contact piece 115 is spaced apart from the side wall of the middle case 11, two ends of the fourth contact piece 115 are connected to the side wall of the middle case 11 to form a receiving groove 116, a vibration motor 800 is disposed in the receiving groove 116, and the vibration motor 800 is electrically connected to the motherboard 2. The vibration motor vibrates to drive the middle shell 11 to vibrate so as to play a role in prompting, such as alarm clock prompting, information prompting and the like. In the present embodiment, the supporting bars 1161 are disposed at intervals on the side wall of the middle shell 11 located in the containing groove 116, and the supporting bars 1161 abut against the vibration motor 800; after the vibration motor 800 is inserted into the receiving groove 116, the support bar 1161 and the fourth contact piece 115 are clamped in the receiving groove 116 from two opposite sides, so that the vibration motor 800 is stably installed.
Referring to fig. 8, 13, and 14, the electronic device further includes a power button 700, a button hole 117 is disposed on a side wall of the middle case 11 on one side of the fourth contact piece 115, and the power button 700 is disposed in the button hole 117 and connected to the main board 2. Specifically, the power key 700 includes a pressing member 7001, a silicone sleeve 7002 and a flexible circuit board 7003, the inner side wall of the middle housing 11 is provided with a clamping groove 118, the clamping groove 118 is communicated with the key hole 117, the flexible circuit board 7003 is inserted into the clamping groove 118 and electrically connected with the main board 2, the silicone sleeve 7002 is sleeved on the pressing member 7001, and the pressing member 7001 is clamped in the key hole 117 and can reciprocate along the key hole 117; the pressing member 7001 is pressed to press the silicone sleeve 7002 so that the silicone sleeve 7002 contacts the flexible circuit board 7003, so that the flexible circuit board 7003 is conducted and transmitted to the main board 2, and the electronic device can be started or closed. More specifically, the clamping groove 118 includes a left side plate 1181, a right side plate 1182 and a baffle 1183, the left side plate 1181 and the right side plate 1182 are arranged on the inner side wall of the middle shell 11 at intervals, the baffle 1183 is arranged at intervals with the left side plate 1181 and the right side plate 1182 to form a left gap 1184 and a right gap 1185, the flexible circuit board 7003 is inserted into the left gap 1184 and the right gap 1185, one side surface of the flexible circuit 7003 abuts against the left side plate 1181 and the right side plate 1182, and the other opposite side surface abuts against the baffle 1183; the clamping groove 118 further includes a left connecting plate 1186 and a right connecting plate 1187, the length of the baffle 1183 is greater than the distance between the left side plate 1181 and the right side plate 1182, and two ends of the baffle 1183 are connected with the left side plate 1181 and the right side plate 1182 through the left connecting plate 1186 and the right connecting plate 1187 respectively. Furthermore, the height of the baffle 1183 is smaller than the heights of the left side plate 1181 and the right side plate 1182, the supporting plate 127 is arranged on the bottom cover 12, and after the bottom cover 12 covers the middle shell 11, the supporting plate 127 abuts against one side surface of the flexible circuit board 7003, which is away from the key hole 117, so as to limit the flexible circuit board 7003 to move in a direction away from the key hole 117, and ensure that the power key 700 is normally used. Preferably, the supporting plate 127 is provided with barrier strips 1271 at intervals, and the barrier strips 1271 abut against the flexible circuit board 7003; the arrangement of the barrier 1271 can reduce the contact area between the supporting plate 127 and the flexible circuit board 7003, thereby reducing the friction force between the supporting plate 127 and the flexible circuit board 7003 in the process that the bottom cover 12 covers the middle case 11, and better protecting the flexible circuit board 7003.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the electronic device further includes a GSM antenna, and the GSM antenna includes an antenna body 40 disposed on an inner side wall of the housing 1; the antenna body 40 comprises straight line parts 401, bent parts 402 and first pin parts 403, wherein the straight line parts 401 are arranged at intervals along an inner side wall of the shell 1 and are fully distributed on the inner side wall, the straight line parts 401 are connected with each other through the bent parts 402, and the first pin parts 403 are connected with the straight line parts 401; the main board 2 is disposed in the housing 1 and electrically connected to the antenna body 40 through the first lead portion 403. Specifically, the antenna body 40 can be etched on the inner side wall of the shell 1 through laser etching; the antenna body 40 is disposed on an inner sidewall of the middle case 11, and the linear portion 401 extends toward two sides adjacent to the inner sidewall along a horizontal direction. Through locating antenna body 40 in a casing 1 inside wall, the space of make full use of casing 1 inside wall to make antenna body 40 keep away from the electronic component on mainboard 2, avoid antenna body 40 to receive the interference of the electronic component on mainboard 2, signal reception is more sensitive.
Referring to fig. 16, the straight line portion 401 includes a high frequency band 4011 and a low frequency band 4012, the high frequency band 4011 and the low frequency band 4012 are connected by a bent portion 402, and the first lead portion 403 is connected to the high frequency band 4011. Preferably, low band 4012 and high band 4011 are all extended towards two inside walls adjacent to this inside wall with casing 1 along the horizontal direction to enlarge signal reception's area, be favorable to the collection of signal, the performance of GSM antenna is better.
Referring to fig. 16, the first pin portion 403 includes a first ground feeding point 4031 and a signal feeding point 4032, and the first ground feeding point 4031 and the signal feeding point 4032 are spaced apart and vertically connected to the high frequency segment 4011, respectively. In this embodiment, the first ground feeding point 4031 and the signal feeding point 4032 are both connected to the main board 2 to transmit signals onto the main board 2 and to emit signals output by the main board 2.
Referring to fig. 16, the high-frequency segment 4011 includes a first high-frequency straight line segment 40111, a second high-frequency straight line segment 40112, and a first bent segment 40113; the first high-frequency straight line segment 40111 is connected with the bending part 402, and the other end of the first high-frequency straight line segment is vertically connected with the first bending segment 40113; the second high-frequency straight line segment 40112 is connected to the first bent segment 40113 and is parallel to the first high-frequency straight line segment 40111. In this implementation, the first high-frequency straight line segment 40111 and the second high-frequency straight line segment 40112 both extend horizontally along an inner side wall of the housing 1, the first high-frequency straight line segment 40111 and the second high-frequency straight line segment 40112 are arranged at intervals, and the first bending portion and the bending portion 402 are respectively arranged at corners of the inner side wall and two adjacent side faces, so that the surface of the inner side wall is fully utilized.
Referring to fig. 17, the low frequency segment 4012 comprises a first low frequency straight line segment 40121, a second low frequency straight line segment 40122 and a second bend segment 40123; the first low-frequency straight line segment 40121, the second bent segment 40123 and the second low-frequency straight line segment 40122 are sequentially connected to and enclose the high-frequency segment 4011. In this implementation, first low frequency straightway 40121 and second low frequency straightway 40122 all extend along 1 inside wall level of casing, and first low frequency straightway 40121, first high frequency straightway 40111, second high frequency straightway 40112 and second low frequency straightway 40122 interval in proper order set up to be covered with this inside wall, enlarged the received signal's of the antenna body 40 of GSM antenna area, the GSM antenna is more sensitive.
Referring to fig. 16, the antenna body 40 further includes a second pin portion 404, the second pin portion 404 includes a second feed point 4041 and an extension 4042, the extension 4042 is perpendicularly connected to the second feed point 4041, and the second feed point 4041 and the first feed point 4031 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the signal feed point 4032. The addition of the second pin portion 404, the coupling of the second feed point 4041 to the signal feed point 4032 can generate a higher frequency resonance to increase the bandwidth of the GSM antenna. In this embodiment, the distance between the second ground feed point 4041 and the signal feed point 4032 is 0.5-2mm, preferably 1.5 mm.
Referring to fig. 5, the motherboard 2 is provided with a connection elastic sheet 50, and the connection elastic sheet 50 is electrically connected to the motherboard 2 and abuts against the first lead portion 403 and the second lead portion 404. Preferably, the connecting elastic piece 50 includes a first elastic piece 501, a second elastic piece 502 and a third elastic piece 503, and the first elastic piece 501, the second elastic piece 502 and the third elastic piece 503 respectively abut against the first ground feed point 4031, the signal feed point 4032 and the second ground feed point 4041. When the main board 2 is installed, the main board 2 is placed in the middle case 11, the first elastic sheet 501, the second elastic sheet 502 and the third elastic sheet 503 are respectively abutted to the first ground feed point 4031, the signal feed point 4032 and the second ground feed point 4041, then the fixing member 5 is fixed in the middle case 11 to compress the main board 2 and/or the main board 2 is fixed to the middle case 11 by matching the second screw 200 with the inner screw hole column 113, so that the first elastic sheet 501, the second elastic sheet 502 and the third elastic sheet 503 are tightly connected with the first ground feed point 4031, the signal feed point 4032 and the second ground feed point 4041, and the reception and transmission of signals are ensured.
Referring to fig. 15, the middle case 11 is provided with a support surface 120 around one end, and the first lead part 403 and the second lead part 404 are extended to the support surface 120. In this embodiment, the connection column 111, the inner threaded column 113 and the fixing column 114 are disposed on the support surface 120. By providing the supporting surface 120, the area of the inner side wall surface of the middle case 11 is enlarged, and the first lead portion 403 and the second lead portion 404 extend to the supporting surface 120, which is more convenient for connection with the motherboard 2.
Referring to fig. 15, a protrusion 1201 is disposed on the supporting surface 120, the first ground feed point 4031, the signal feed point 4032, and the second ground feed point 4041 are disposed on the protrusion 1201, and the connecting elastic piece 50 abuts against the protrusion 1201. By providing the protrusions 1201, the distance between the first lead portion 403 and the second lead portion 404 and the motherboard 2 can be shortened, and the influence of the excessive wall thickness of the supporting surface 120 on the injection molding of the middle shell 11 can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 15, two separation grooves 1202 are spaced apart from each other on the protrusion 1201, and the two separation grooves 1202 are respectively disposed between the first ground feed point 4031 and the signal feed point 4032 and between the signal feed point 4032 and the second ground feed point 4041. The provision of the separation groove 1202 can avoid interference between the first ground feed point 4031 and the signal feed point 4032 and between the second ground feed point 4041 and the signal feed point 4032, and facilitate laser etching.
Referring to fig. 17, the electronic device further includes a three-in-one antenna, the three-in-one antenna includes a main antenna 60, the main antenna 60 is used for receiving or transmitting dual-frequency WIFI signals and BT signals, the main antenna 60 is disposed at a chamfer of an inner side wall of the housing 1 and partially extends to two adjacent inner side walls connected to the chamfer; the main board 2 is provided with an antenna elastic sheet 70; the fixing member 5 is fixed in the housing 1 and abuts against the main board 2, so that the antenna spring 70 abuts against the main antenna assembly 60. In this embodiment, the main antenna 60 is processed to the inner sidewall chamfer of the middle shell 11 by laser etching. Specifically, the main antenna 60 is disposed at a chamfer of an inner sidewall of the middle shell 11 on a side opposite to the GSM antenna, and the speaker hole 112 is disposed on the inner sidewall. The main board 2 is tightly pressed by the fixing part 5, so that the antenna elastic sheet 70 on the main board 2 is tightly abutted to the main antenna assembly 60, the antenna elastic sheet 70 is prevented from being separated from the main antenna assembly 60 due to looseness of the main board 2, the electronic equipment can normally receive or transmit dual-frequency WIFI signals and BT signals, and the electronic equipment keeps normal network connection; in addition, the main antenna 60 is arranged at the chamfer of the inner side wall of the middle shell 11 on the side opposite to the GSM antenna, the main antenna 60 is far away from the GSM antenna, the interference is small, and the high sensitivity can be kept.
Referring to fig. 18, the main set antenna 60 includes a radiation line 601 and a connection line 602; the radiation circuit 601 is arranged at a chamfer of the inner side wall of the middle shell 11 and extends towards two inner side walls adjacent to the chamfer; the connection line 602 is connected to the radiation line 601, and the antenna spring 70 abuts against the connection line 602. In this embodiment, the radiation line 601 extends to two inner side walls adjacent to the chamfer along the horizontal direction, and the space of the inner wall surface of the middle housing 11 at the chamfer is fully utilized to enlarge the radiation area, so that the sensitivity of the main collector antenna 60 is higher.
Referring to fig. 18, a radiation line 601 includes a first horizontal segment 6011, a second horizontal segment 6012, and a vertical segment 6013, the first horizontal segment 6011 and the second horizontal segment 6012 are vertically connected to both ends of the vertical segment 6013 at intervals, and a connection line 602 is connected to the second horizontal segment 6012. In this embodiment, the first horizontal segment 6011 is configured to receive a low-frequency WIFI signal (2.4GHz) and a BT signal (2.4GHz), the second horizontal segment 6012 is configured to receive a high-frequency WIFI signal (5.0GHz), the first horizontal segment 6011 and the second horizontal segment 6012 are disposed at an interval, and the first horizontal segment 6011 is located above the second horizontal segment 6012, so that mutual interference can be prevented, and signal reception is more sensitive.
Referring to fig. 17, the connection wire 602 includes a first connection segment 6021 and a second connection segment 6022, the first connection segment 6021 and the second connection segment 6022 are connected to the second horizontal segment 6012 at intervals and extend to the supporting surface 120, and the antenna spring piece 70 is connected to the first connection segment 6021 and the second connection segment 6022. The first connection segment 6021 and the second connection segment 6022 extend to the supporting surface 120, and the antenna spring piece 70 can be connected to the connection line 602 when abutting against the supporting surface 120, which is convenient to assemble.
Referring to fig. 17, a first boss 1203 is formed on the support surface 120, the first connection section 6021 and the second connection section 6022 extend onto the first boss 1203, and the antenna dome 70 abuts against the first boss 1203 to be connected with the first connection section 6021 and the second connection section 6022. Through setting up first boss 1203, can shorten the distance between first linkage segment 6021, second linkage segment 6022 and the antenna shell fragment 70, avoid holding surface 120 thickness too big and influence the injection moulding of mesochite 11, the bounce when antenna shell fragment 70 butt is to the boss is bigger, and antenna shell fragment 70 can keep closely butt with first linkage segment 6021, second linkage segment 6022, and signal transmission is more stable.
Referring to fig. 17, a first separation groove 1204 is formed on the first boss 1203, and the first separation groove 1204 is formed between the first connection section 6021 and the second connection section 6022. The first separating groove 1204 can reduce the interference between the first connecting section 6021 and the second connecting section 6022, and is convenient for laser etching.
Referring to fig. 18, the electronic device further includes a diversity antenna 80, the diversity antenna 80 is disposed at a chamfer adjacent to the main diversity antenna 60 on the middle case 11 and extends to the supporting surface 120, and the diversity antenna 80 is connected to the antenna spring 70. The diversity antenna 80 is provided, so that the data transmission speed can be improved, and the antenna performance is more excellent.
Referring to fig. 17, a second boss 1205 is further formed on the supporting surface 120, the diversity antenna 80 extends to the second boss 1205, and the antenna spring 70 abuts against the second boss 1205 to connect with the diversity antenna 80. Through setting up second boss 1205, can shorten the distance between diversity antenna 80 and the antenna shell fragment 70, avoid holding surface 120 thickness too big and influence the injection moulding of mesochite 11, the bounce when antenna shell fragment 70 butt is to the boss is bigger, and antenna shell fragment 70 can keep inseparable butt with diversity antenna 80, and signal transmission is more stable.
Referring to fig. 19, the electronic device further includes a display assembly 90, the display assembly 90 includes a display screen 901 and a touch screen 902, the housing 1 further includes an upper cover 13, the upper cover 13 is provided with a display window 131 adapted to the display screen 901, the touch screen 902 and the display screen 901 are sequentially stacked and in the middle case 11, the touch screen 902 and the display screen 901 are electrically connected to the motherboard 2, the touch screen 902 is located above the display screen 901, and the upper cover 13 covers the middle case 11 to limit the touch screen 902 and the display screen 901 in the middle case 11. By arranging the touch screen 902 and the display screen 901, the electronic equipment can display image information, character information and the like, so that the electronic equipment has more functions and better user experience; the touch panel 902 can operate the electronic device to cause the display 901 to display content desired by the user.
Referring to fig. 11 and 20, the upper cover 13 is formed with a clamping buckle 132, the top of the middle shell 11 is formed with a buckle position 130 matched with the clamping buckle 132, and the upper cover 13 is fixed on the middle shell 11 through the matching of the clamping buckle 132 and the buckle position 130, so that the connection is stable and the assembly is convenient.
Referring to fig. 11 and 20, the upper cover 13 is formed with guide posts 133, and the middle case 11 is provided with guide holes 140 engaged with the guide posts 133. The upper cover 13 is easily closed to the middle case 11 by the engagement of the guide posts 133 with the guide holes 140.
Referring to fig. 19, a horizontal plate 400 for supporting a display panel 901 and a touch panel 902 is provided on the middle case 11, and the touch panel 902 and the display panel 901 are sequentially stacked on the horizontal plate 400. Set up diaphragm 400, can avoid display screen 901 and mainboard 2 direct contact, avoid display screen 901 and the electronic component contact on the mainboard 2 and damage display screen 901 or electronic component when casing 1 bumps. the clamping seat comprises a plug connector and a chuck, the chuck is connected with the end part of the plug connector, the mounting groove is formed in the chuck, the chuck is inserted into the shell from the jack, and the plug connector is inserted into the jack and fixed on the shell through the locking piece;
the plug connector comprises a plug connection part and a clamping part, a groove is formed in the shell, the jack is arranged in the groove, the clamping part is clamped in the groove, the plug connection part is inserted into the jack, the plug connection part is provided with a reserved notch, and the end face of the main board part is inserted into the reserved notch.
2. The SIM card mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein the housing has ribs thereon, the ribs surrounding the groove.
3. The SIM card mounting assembly of claim 2, wherein the rib has a first notch, the engaging portion has a second notch, and the first notch and the second notch enclose to form an accommodating opening.
4. The SIM card mounting assembly of claim 2, wherein the locking member is a screw, the locking portion has a fixing hole, the recess has a screw hole, and the screw passes through the fixing hole and fits with the screw hole.
5. The SIM card mounting assembly of claim 1, further comprising a waterproof ring, wherein the inserting portion is provided with a fixing groove, and the waterproof ring is sleeved on the fixing groove.
6. The SIM card mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein the housing includes a bottom cover and a middle case, and the middle case has openings on opposite sides thereof, and the bottom cover covers the openings to form an inner space with the middle case for accommodating the motherboard.
