In this embodiment, the speaker unit 20 includes a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, the vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed on one side of the diaphragm, the diaphragm includes a central portion, a corrugated portion surrounding the central portion, and a fixing portion surrounding the corrugated portion, and the diaphragm may further include a composite layer combined with the central portion. The magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic conducting yoke, wherein an inner magnetic circuit part and an outer magnetic circuit part are arranged on the magnetic conducting yoke, and a magnetic gap for accommodating the voice coil is formed between the inner magnetic circuit part and the outer magnetic circuit part. The speaker unit 20 may further include an auxiliary system including a housing for housing the fixed vibration system and the magnetic circuit system. In addition, the auxiliary system may further include a front cover coupled to an upper side of the housing, the front cover and the housing enclosing a protective frame of the speaker unit 20. Of course, in some cases, the speaker unit 20 may not include an auxiliary system.
Referring to fig. 4, the speaker module further includes a partition plate 31, the partition plate 31 partitions the rear acoustic cavity 132 into a first rear cavity 1321 and a second rear cavity 1322, and the partition plate 31 is integrally injection-molded with the housing 10. It is conceivable that a through hole is provided in the partition plate 31 to perform a communicating function since the first back chamber 1321 and the second back chamber 1322 are communicated. In this embodiment, the speaker unit 20 is located in the first rear cavity 1321, the second rear cavity 1322 is filled with sound-absorbing particles, and the partition plate 31 encapsulates the sound-absorbing particles in the second rear cavity 1322, so as to prevent the sound-absorbing particles from entering the first rear cavity 1321. In this embodiment, the sound-absorbing particles are a mixture of one or more of natural zeolite powder, white carbon black, activated carbon, and the like, and of course, the sound-absorbing particles may be made of other materials as long as the sound-absorbing effect is achieved.
In the invention, the rear sound cavity 132 of the loudspeaker module is divided into the first rear cavity 1321 and the second rear cavity 1322 by the partition plate 31, the sound absorption particles are directly filled in the second rear cavity 1322, and the sound absorption particles are not required to be independently packaged, so that the sound absorption particles can be ensured to be filled in each corner of the second rear cavity 1322, the number of the sound absorption particles can be greatly increased, and the sound absorption effect is enhanced. The second back cavity 1322 is isolated from the first back cavity 1321 by the partition plate 31, and the partition plate 31 blocks sound-absorbing particles in the second back cavity 1322, thereby preventing the sound-absorbing particles from entering the first back cavity 1321 and then entering the speaker unit 20. Meanwhile, as the partition plate 31 for isolation is integrally formed with the housing 10, compared with the split arrangement of the partition plate 31 and the housing 10, the integrated manner is formed by one step through a mold, so that the subsequent assembly process is omitted, and the installation procedure of the speaker module is simplified. For the partition plate 31 and the shell 10 being arranged separately, in some examples, in order to fix the partition plate 31, two clamping walls are arranged on the inner surface of the shell 10 to clamp the partition plate 31, and the space in the rear sound cavity 132 is reduced due to the arrangement of the clamping walls, so that the filling space of the sound-absorbing particles is reduced, and the arrangement of the clamping walls can be reduced or even eliminated by the integral forming mode, so that the occupation of the space of the rear sound cavity 132 can be greatly reduced, and the filling space of the sound-absorbing particles is increased.
Specifically, the housing 10 includes an upper shell 11 and a lower shell 12, the upper shell 11 and the lower shell 12 enclose to form an accommodating cavity 13, the speaker unit 20 and the upper shell 11 enclose to form a front sound cavity 131, and the speaker unit 20, the lower shell 12 and the upper shell 11 enclose to form a rear sound cavity 132. Alternatively, the speaker unit 20 is fixed to the upper case 11 by adhesion. Referring to fig. 5, further, the upper shell 11 is provided with a slot 112, the slot 112 is located in the rear acoustic cavity 132, and the partition plate 31 is inserted into the slot 112. Further, the insertion groove 112 further includes a portion located on the bottom wall 114, and the partition plate 31 is inserted into the insertion groove 112 on the bottom wall 114, so as to wrap all side edges of the partition plate 31 except for the side connected with the lower shell 12, thereby performing a better isolation function on the first back cavity 1321 and the second back cavity 1322, and achieving a better sealing effect. Specifically, two holding walls 111 are provided on the upper case 11, the two holding walls 111 are disposed opposite to each other at an interval, and the interval between the two holding walls 111 forms the slot 112. the baffle is arranged in the rear sound cavity and divides the rear sound cavity into a first rear cavity and a second rear cavity, the baffle and the lower shell are integrally formed by injection molding, the baffle is inserted into the slot, the loudspeaker monomer is positioned in the first rear cavity, and the second rear cavity is filled with sound-absorbing particles;
wherein the partition plate is provided to protrude from the lower case in a direction toward the upper case.

The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper housing includes a bottom wall and a peripheral wall, the bottom wall is disposed opposite to the lower housing, the peripheral wall is disposed around a periphery of the bottom wall, the lower housing is disposed at an end of the peripheral wall away from the bottom wall, and the insertion slot includes portions on two opposite wall surfaces of the peripheral wall.
3. The speaker module of claim 2, wherein the slot further comprises a portion on the bottom wall.
4. The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower case has a filling hole, the speaker module further comprises a cover plate covering the filling hole, and the cover plate is detachably connected to the lower case.
5. The speaker module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the partition board is provided with a communication hole, and the speaker module further comprises a mesh fixed to the partition board and covering the communication hole.
6. The speaker module as recited in claim 5, wherein said mesh is integrally injection molded with said baffle.
7. The speaker module as claimed in claim 5, wherein a thermal melting member is disposed on the partition, and the mesh and the partition are fixed by the thermal melting member.
8. The speaker module as recited in claim 5, wherein said mesh is adhesively secured to said baffle.
9. A loudspeaker module according to claim 5, wherein the mesh is located on a side of the baffle plate facing the first rear chamber.
10. A loudspeaker module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the baffle is provided with a plurality of air permeable mesh openings to provide a mesh-like arrangement of the baffle.
