More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

Claims (7)

1. A method for setting parameters of a television is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a software updating instruction sent by a television, acquiring version information stored in the software updating instruction, and judging whether a current version number stored in the version information is a latest version number;
when the current version number is judged to be the latest version number, acquiring a locally pre-stored empty data packet, and setting the empty data packet as a target software upgrading packet;
inquiring and acquiring the target software upgrading package according to the software updating instruction;
judging whether the software updating instruction carries a parameter setting request or not;
when the software updating instruction is judged to carry the parameter setting request, acquiring a user number stored in the parameter setting request, and matching the user number with a locally pre-stored parameter database to obtain target parameter information;
storing the target parameter information to the target software upgrading package, sending the stored target software upgrading package to the television, and correspondingly controlling the television to carry out software upgrading and parameter setting according to the target software upgrading package and the target parameter information;
the step of storing the target parameter information into the target software upgrading package and sending the stored target software upgrading package to the television comprises the following steps:
sequentially exporting the target parameter information by adopting a json file format, and storing the exported target parameter information to a customer partition of the target software upgrading package;
and the television acquires the port address stored in the software updating instruction and sends the stored target software upgrading packet to the television according to the port address.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the software update instruction sent by the television is preceded by the method further comprising:
and when a parameter storage instruction sent by the television is received, the user number and the current parameter information stored in the parameter storage instruction are respectively acquired, and the user number and the current parameter information are stored to obtain the parameter database.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the television to perform software upgrade and parameter setting according to the target software upgrade package and the target parameter information comprises:
decompressing the software upgrading packet to obtain software upgrading information, and updating the software of the television according to the software upgrading information;
judging whether the television is updated successfully;
if yes, parameter setting is carried out on the television according to the target parameter information;
if not, stopping setting the parameters of the television and sending an error prompt.
4. A television parameter setting apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for receiving a software updating instruction sent by the television, and inquiring and acquiring a target software upgrading package according to the software updating instruction;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the software updating instruction carries a parameter setting request or not;
the second judgment module is used for acquiring the version information stored in the software updating instruction and judging whether the current version number stored in the version information is the latest version number or not;
the second obtaining module is configured to obtain a locally pre-stored empty data packet and set the empty data packet as the target software upgrade packet when the second determining module determines that the current version number is the latest version number;
the matching module is used for acquiring the user number stored in the parameter setting request when the first judging module judges that the software updating instruction carries the parameter setting request, and matching the user number with a locally pre-stored parameter database to obtain target parameter information;
the setting module is used for storing the target parameter information into the target software upgrading package, sending the stored target software upgrading package to the television, and correspondingly controlling the television to carry out software upgrading and parameter setting according to the target software upgrading package and the target parameter information;
the setting module includes:
the storage unit is used for sequentially exporting the target parameter information by adopting a json file format and storing the exported target parameter information to the customer partition of the target software upgrading package;
and the sending unit is used for acquiring the port address stored in the software updating instruction and sending the stored target software upgrading packet to the television according to the port address.
5. The television parameter setting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the television parameter setting apparatus further comprises:
and the storage module is used for respectively acquiring the user number and the current parameter information stored in the parameter storage instruction when receiving the parameter storage instruction sent by the television, and storing the user number and the current parameter information to obtain the parameter database.
6. A mobile terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to cause the mobile terminal to perform the television parameter setting method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
7. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the television parameter setting method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
