Abstract
The invention relates to the field of motors, in particular to a motor and an intelligent terminal, wherein the motor comprises a shell, a stator component, a rotor component and a first circuit board, wherein the rotor component and the first circuit board can vibrate in a reciprocating manner relative to the stator component; the connecting portion is electrically connected with a second circuit board capable of being connected with an external electronic device. The intelligent terminal comprises the motor. The motor is connected with the external electronic device through the second circuit board, the second circuit board matched with the external electronic device is selected, the structure of the connecting part is not required to be changed, the motor can be made into a standard part, and the production cost of the motor is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment discloses a motor including a housing 1, a stator assembly (not shown), a mover assembly (not shown) capable of oscillating reciprocally with respect to the stator assembly, and a first circuit board 2.

The first circuit board 2 comprises a circuit board body 21 and a connecting portion 22 which are arranged at an included angle and connected with each other, the circuit board body 21 is located in the shell 1 and connected with the coil, and the connecting portion 22 is attached to the outer surface of the side wall of the shell 1. The connecting portion 22 is located outside the housing 1 and attached to a side wall of the housing 1. The connection portion 22 is electrically connected with a second circuit board 3 connectable with an external electronic device, specifically, the second circuit board 3 is an FPC.
The connecting part 22 of the motor is attached to the side wall of the shell 1, and a supporting platform is not required to be independently arranged for supporting, so that the installation space of the motor is reduced; moreover, the motor is connected with an external electronic device through the second circuit board 3, the second circuit board 3 matched with the external electronic device is selected, the structure of the connecting part 22 does not need to be changed, the motor can be made into a standard part, and the production cost of the motor is reduced.
Specifically, the connecting portion 22 is provided with a first land 221, the second circuit board 3 is provided with a second land 32 corresponding to the first land 221, and the connecting portion 22 and the second circuit board 3 are electrically conducted by soldering the first land 221 and the second land 32.
The second circuit board 3 is provided with a connection terminal 31 for connecting with an external electronic device, and the connection terminal 31 may be provided in the form of a plug-in terminal or a gold finger as long as it can be matched with an interface of the external electronic device.
The second circuit board 3 is fixed on the outer surface of the sidewall of the housing 1, specifically, an adhesive region 33 is disposed on the second circuit board 3, an insulating tape 4 is adhered on the sidewall of the housing 1, and the adhesive region 33 is adhered on the insulating tape 4, so as to fixedly connect the second circuit board 3 with the sidewall of the housing 1.
The connecting portion 22 can be closely attached to the side wall of the housing 1 and shielded by the second circuit board 3 (as shown in fig. 1 and 4 in particular); it is also possible that the connection between the second circuit board 3 and the connection portion 22 closely adheres to the side wall, and then the connection portion 22 is located on the outer side of the second circuit board 3 (as shown in fig. 5 in particular).
When the connection portion 22 is located at the end of the outer surface of the long-side wall of the housing 1, two bonding areas 33, at which the second circuit board 3 is bonded to the housing 1, are arranged perpendicular to each other, one is bonded to the long-side wall and the other is bonded to the short-side wall (as shown in fig. 1 and 4 in detail). When the connecting portion 22 is located in the middle of the outer surface of the long side wall of the housing 1, the two bonding areas 33 of the second circuit board 3 are bonded to the long side wall (as shown in fig. 5 in detail).
The connecting portion 22 can also be located on the short side wall of the housing 1, and the two bonding areas 33 of the second circuit board 3 are bonded to the two long side walls respectively.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first circuit board 2 is a PCB or an FPC, and when the first circuit board is a PCB, the connection portion of the circuit board and the connection portion 22 is connected by a flexible line array, and when the first circuit board is an FPC, the circuit board body 21 and the connection portion 22 are integrally formed.
The embodiment also discloses an intelligent terminal which comprises the motor. Specifically, the intelligent terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet, a massager, or other devices.

the first circuit board (2) comprises a circuit board body (21) and a connecting part (22) which are arranged at an included angle and connected with each other, the circuit board body (21) is positioned in the shell (1) and connected with the coil, and the connecting part (22) is attached to the outer surface of the side wall of the shell (1);
the connecting part (22) is electrically connected with a second circuit board (3) which can be connected with an external electronic device, and the second circuit board (3) is positioned on the side surface of the connecting part (22) far away from the shell (1);
the second circuit board (3) is fixed on the outer surface of the side wall of the shell (1) through the connecting part (22).
2. The motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the second circuit board (3) is provided with connection terminals (31) for connection with the external electronics.
3. The motor according to claim 1, wherein a first land (221) is provided on the connecting portion (22), and a second land (32) corresponding to the first land (221) is provided on the second circuit board (3).
4. The motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the first circuit board (2) is a PCB or FPC and the second circuit board (3) is an FPC.
5. The motor according to claim 1, wherein an adhesive area (33) is provided on the second circuit board (3), and the adhesive area (33) is adhered to an outer surface of the side wall of the housing (1).

7. The motor according to claim 6, characterized in that the second circuit board (3) is provided with two adhesive areas (33), the two adhesive areas (33) being respectively adhered to two adjacent side walls of the housing (1).
8. The motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection portion (22) is located in the middle of the outer surface of the side wall of the housing (1).
