Abstract

本发明公开了一种高性能射频连接器,包括第一外导体、第二外导体、绝缘介质和内导体,内导体通过绝缘介质支撑在第一外导体和第二外导体内孔中;绝缘介质包括筒状基体和螺旋支撑体,螺旋支撑体环绕在筒状基体外圆上,内导体中部支撑在筒状基体内,螺旋支撑体、筒状基体以及内导体三者为整体结构;第二外导体内孔壁上设有螺旋槽,螺旋支撑体卡接在螺旋槽内。本发明可在薄壁螺旋支撑体的螺旋面间引入大量空气介质,加上螺旋支撑体上设有多个空气孔,增加了产品横截面上的空气介质,可保持绝缘介质和空气介质结合处的阻抗连续性,并与两端空气界面保持基本一致的径向尺寸,减少了阻抗不连续点,保证了产品电气指标。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种射频连接器,尤其是一种阻抗连续性好的射频连接器,属于电子元器件技术领域。
背景技术
射频同轴连接器是无线电电子系统、电子设备和仪器仪表中不可缺少又是非常关键的机电元件。它既起到机械连接作用,又要保证电磁信号和电磁能量顺利传输。VSWR(电压驻波比)是衡量射频同轴连接器电气性能优劣的关键电气参数,VSWR实质上是传输线(射频同轴连接器)传输系统特性阻抗均匀程度和反射大小的反映,它也反映了该连接器在电子系统中与系统是否匹配和匹配程度,因此,射频同轴连接器VSWR性能的好环,直接影响到应用射频连接器的系统的性能。
如图1所示,目前普遍使用的连接器中,内导体1和外导体2之间均设有绝缘介质3,由图可以看出,在绝缘介质3与空气介质10结合处发生了介质种类的改变,由于空气介质10与绝缘介质3介电常数不同,为了使连接器每个截面保持统一50欧姆阻抗匹配,将外导体2内径及内导体1外径设计成可变结构以进行匹配,同时在空气介质10与绝缘介质3结合面处,即绝缘介质3两端面上分别设置共面补偿槽31,通过相关计算及经验参数来调整改变该槽的径向及轴向尺寸来进行补偿,以保持该处尽量阻抗连续,从而保证产品整体电气性能。上述结构存在以下不足:
设计时需对共面补偿处进行细致的计算和调整,尽量将该处的阻抗不连续对产品整体电性能的影响降到最低。这需要扎实的理论基础和丰富的实践经验才可以完成,对产品设计阶段要求较高,若设计出现偏差将会出现产品指标不合格的情况,废品率增高。此外,绝缘介质3通常采用车床加工成型,其中调机误差、刀具磨损、机床精度误差等因素均会导致绝缘介质3关键尺寸加工误差大,从而对产品整体电性能产生影响,甚至会引起指标不合格。同时由于绝缘介质体积大,其虽然能有效连接固定内导体和外导体,但会引起产品整体损耗增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、绝缘介质体积小、加工误差小、且能保持绝缘介质和空气介质结合处阻抗连续的高性能射频连接器。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高性能射频连接器,包括第一外导体、第二外导体、绝缘介质和内导体,所述第一外导体和第二外导体螺接成外导体,内导体通过绝缘介质支撑在外导体内孔中;所述绝缘介质包括筒状基体和螺旋支撑体,所述螺旋支撑体环绕在筒状基体外圆上,内导体中部支撑在筒状基体内,螺旋支撑体、筒状基体以及内导体三者为整体结构;所述第二外导体内孔壁上设有与螺旋支撑体旋向相配的螺旋槽,螺旋支撑体卡接在所述螺旋槽内。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。

前述的高性能射频连接器,其中所述的螺旋支撑体壁厚b为0.4mm~0.6mm。
前述的高性能射频连接器,其中所述的螺旋支撑体、筒状基体以及内导体三者注塑成整体结构。
前述的高性能射频连接器,其中所述的绝缘介质采用聚醚酰亚胺制成。
本发明中绝缘介质采用高强度绝缘材料制成的薄壁螺旋支撑结构,并将内导体与薄壁螺旋支撑结构注塑成一体后,卡接在第二外导体的螺旋槽中,不仅结构简单紧凑,成本低,而且内导体和外导体之间的同轴度好,内导体支撑稳定可靠。由于绝缘介质采用注塑工艺整体注塑而成,提高生产率的同时,保证了绝缘介质加工误差小,绝缘介质尺寸一致性好,从而确保了产品的电性能。另外由于薄壁螺旋支撑体体积小,可在螺旋面间引入大量空气介质,加上螺旋支撑体上设有多个空气孔,大大增加了产品横截面上的空气介质,这样就可保持绝缘介质和空气介质结合处的阻抗连续性,并与两端空气界面保持基本一致的径向尺寸,减少了阻抗不连续点,降低了产品的驻波和插损指标,保证了产品电气指标,提高了产品电气性能。本发明适用于精密测试连接器的结构设计。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图2、图3和图4所示,本发明包括第一外导体4、第二外导体5、绝缘介质6和内导体7,第一外导体4和第二外导体5螺接成外导体20,内导体7通过绝缘介质6支撑在外导体20内孔中。绝缘介质6采用聚醚酰亚胺制成,绝缘介质6包括筒状基体61和螺旋支撑体62,螺旋支撑体62环绕在筒状基体61外圆上,螺旋支撑体62上均布十二个空气孔63,螺旋支撑体62壁厚b为0.4mm~0.6mm,本实施例中b为0.47mm。内导体7中部支撑在筒状基体61内,螺旋支撑体62、筒状基体61以及内导体7三者注塑成整体结构。第二外导体5内孔壁上设有与螺旋支撑体62旋向相配的螺旋槽51,螺旋支撑体62卡接在螺旋槽51内。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种高性能射频连接器,包括第一外导体、第二外导体、绝缘介质和内导体,所述第一外导体和第二外导体螺接成外导体,内导体通过绝缘介质支撑在外导体内孔中;其特征在于:所述绝缘介质包括筒状基体和螺旋支撑体,所述螺旋支撑体环绕在筒状基体外圆上,内导体中部支撑在筒状基体内,螺旋支撑体、筒状基体以及内导体三者为整体结构;所述第二外导体内孔壁上设有与螺旋支撑体旋向相配的螺旋槽,螺旋支撑体卡接在所述螺旋槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的高性能射频连接器,其特征在于:所述螺旋支撑体上均布多个空气孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的高性能射频连接器,其特征在于:所述螺旋支撑体壁厚b为0.4mm~0.6mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的高性能射频连接器,其特征在于:所述螺旋支撑体、筒状基体以及内导体三者注塑成整体结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的高性能射频连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘介质采用聚醚酰亚胺制成。
