Referring to fig. 1-4, the coil pressing device includes a supporting portion 10, a transmission portion 20 and a pressing portion 40, the pressing portion 40 is installed above the supporting portion 10, a coil 30 is placed between the pressing portion 40 and the supporting portion 10, and the transmission portion 20 pulls the pressing portion 40 downward to press the coil 30.
The support portion 10 includes a base 11, a beam 12, a sliding groove 13, a lower boss 14, a through hole 15, and a tab 16. The slider 22 is connected with a lower hook 23, and the lower hook 23 passes through the sliding groove 13 of the supporting part 10 and is exposed above the cross beam 12. The cable 24 is connected to the lower hook 23 and the upper hook 42 of the pressing portion 40, and plays a role of pulling the pressing portion 40.

The pressing part 40 includes a top cover 41, an upper hook 42, an upper boss 43, and a guide bar 44, and the top cover 41 is installed above the coil 30 for transmitting a downward pressure to the coil 30. The top cover 41 is provided with upper hooks 42 around, obviously, the number of the upper hooks 42 is equal to that of the lower hooks 23, the arrangement mode is also a circumferential uniform array, and the upper hooks 42 and the lower hooks 23 form force transmission points for pressing operation and are connected through the steel cable 24. The top cover 41 has an upper boss 43 at the bottom, and the diameter of the upper boss 43 is consistent with the inner diameter of the coil 30 for relative positioning of the coil 30 and the pressing portion 40.
In order to prevent the pressing portion 40 from being displaced when moving downwards by the pulling force of the cable 24 or laterally pressing the coil 30, a guide rod 44 is provided at the bottom of the top cover 41, and the guide rod 44 is inserted downwards into the through hole 15 of the supporting portion 10 to guide the downward movement of the pressing portion 40.
The coil pressing device is simple to operate when used for pressing the coil, the coil 30 is placed on the base 11, the lower boss 14 is used for limiting, the pressing part 40 is installed on the coil 30, and the guide rod 44 and the through hole 15 are used for guiding installation. The slide 22 is moved to the inside position and the cable 24 is installed between the upper hook 42 and the lower hook 23. The power source is started to move the sliding blocks 22 outwards, the sliding blocks 22 move outwards synchronously, and the pressing part 40 moves downwards steadily and gradually, so that the coil 30 is pressed. Because the screw rod 21 is provided with the self-locking thread, when the compression amount meets the requirement, the power source stops working, and the screw rod 21 automatically keeps the slide block 22 at the position to realize pressure maintaining. After the operation is finished, the screw 21 is driven reversely to move the inner side of the slide block 22, the steel cable 24 is removed, and the pressing part 40 is removed to finish the whole coil pressing operation.
