the handheld terminal photographs the current mechanical character wheel reading on the window of the prepaid metering water meter, extracts the mechanical character wheel reading of the prepaid metering water meter end from the picture through image recognition software in the handheld terminal, and transmits the mechanical character wheel reading to the prepaid metering water meter in digital information;
3) Correcting the electronic count value to ensure the synchronization of electromechanical count
