The position of the second spring seat 6 is limited by the wire retainer 7, so that the opening pressure of the check valve is kept constant. The working process of the invention is as follows:
oil in the oil inlet P flows through an inner hole of the valve seat 1, flows through a hollow hole in the middle of the valve core 2, enters a pilot oil supply area, and acts on the main valve core through a pilot control oil way. The hydraulic pressure of oil acts on the lower end face bearing surface of the valve core 2, so that the valve core 2 is acted by an upward acting force, the compression spring 5 acts on the downward force of the valve core 2, when the hydraulic pressure of an oil inlet P is larger than the initial set pressure of the spring 5, the valve core 2 moves upwards to leave the valve seat 1, and meanwhile, the oil acts on the main valve core to push the main valve core to act, and the work of a main oil way is realized. When the oil pressure of the oil inlet P is smaller than the initial set pressure of the compression spring 5, the valve core 2 is matched with the valve seat 1 to realize linear sealing oil sealing, so that the port P can establish the minimum pilot pressure for pushing the main valve core to act.
