Background
The hydraulic valve block is a common hydraulic device, and a plurality of jacks are arranged on the outer wall of the hydraulic valve block and used for inserting control valves, so that integration of the control valves is realized.
In the process of manufacturing the hydraulic valve block, a fabrication hole needs to be arranged for assisting in the processing of the hydraulic valve block, and after the hydraulic valve block is processed, in order to avoid the influence of the fabrication hole on the sealing performance of the hydraulic valve block, the fabrication hole needs to be sealed and plugged by a plug.
However, the existing plug is very simple in structure, is usually installed together with a fabrication hole in a threaded fit mode, is low in plugging reliability, and is prone to sealing failure after a hydraulic valve block works for a long time.

The embodiment of the invention provides a fabrication hole plugging structure and a plugging method, which can improve the plugging reliability of a fabrication hole. The technical scheme is as follows:

When the hydraulic valve block 100 is plugged by the plugging structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, firstly, the plug 2 is screwed into the fabrication hole 1 in a thread matching manner, and the second chamfer 21 of the plug 2 is in sealing contact with the second chamfer 21 of the fabrication hole 1, so that the sealing property between the plug 2 and the fabrication hole 1 is improved. And then welding the plug 2 and the fabrication hole 1 together along the section of the third chamfer 12, and filling the welding space with the welding flux 3, so that the plug 2 and the fabrication hole 1 form a whole, and the sealing property between the plug 2 and the fabrication hole 1 is further ensured.
