本发明涉及一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,上、下端盖分别封装电机壳体的上、下口,电机壳体内穿接定子和转子,定子外接经压紧螺母穿接在上端盖上的电缆,转子穿接电机主轴,上端盖上锁紧连接进水室,电机主轴穿过上端盖连接置于进水室内的联轴器一端,联轴器上套有甩沙环,进水室的进水口上设有挡污网,进水室上锁紧连接并连通进水的一导叶体或两只以上依次串联连接的导叶体,联轴器另一端连接穿接在上述导叶体内的水泵主轴,水泵主轴上设有置于导叶体内的叶轮,最后一级的导叶体上外接出水管。其结构紧凑、稳定牢固,耐高温、腐蚀、防砂,使用安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种潜水电泵,具体说是一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵。
背景技术
随着人类文明的发展,工业化进程的加快,当今全球传统能源日益枯竭,而如何利用地热资源是各国正在研究的重点。如想利用地热资源发电,能高效可靠运行的井下泵是其中最关键的部件之一。井下泵是整个热力循环中最为重要的动力设备,担负着将高温高压工质抽出生产井和将冷却后的工质回灌到注入井的作用。井下泵长期处于高温高压的工作环境,循环工质是具有强烈磨损和腐蚀作用的含沙石卤水,因此对用于井下泵的潜水泵具有极高的可靠性要求,其正常工作对维持工质循环、发电效率及其重要。但是,经过井下热储层后的工质带有大量细小岩石颗粒和多种化学物质,加上井下大于100ºC的高温,对井下循环泵带来巨大挑战。传统多级潜水深井泵用于打常温清水,内部水导轴承靠清水润滑,根本不能承受高温含砂介质;单独配的潜水电机与多级水力部件连接不能防止杂质进入电机和轴承腔;且泵内结构无法设置保护装置,不利于实时监控及自动故障诊断。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种耐高温、腐蚀、防砂,使用安全的潜水电泵。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,其特征在于:包括电机壳体、下端盖、钉子、转子、上端盖、压紧螺母、电缆、进水室、电机主轴、联轴器、水泵主轴、甩沙环、挡污网、导叶体、叶轮、出水管,上、下端盖分别封装电机壳体的上、下口,电机壳体内穿接定子和转子,定子外接经压紧螺母穿接在上端盖上的电缆,转子穿接电机主轴,上端盖上锁紧连接进水室,电机主轴穿过上端盖连接置于进水室内的联轴器一端,联轴器上套有甩沙环,进水室的进水口上设有挡污网,进水室上锁紧连接并连通进水的一导叶体或两只以上依次串联连接的导叶体,联轴器另一端连接穿接在上述导叶体内的水泵主轴,水泵主轴上设有置于导叶体内的叶轮,最后一级的导叶体上外接出水管。
所述电缆经电缆线夹板靠装于进水室和/或导叶体外壁上。
所述上、下端盖上分别设有探头。
所述电机壳体内设有分隔线包与上端盖之间的档线板装置。
所述水泵主轴经轴套、铜套穿接支撑在导叶体内。
本发明通过对电机壳体上、下端探头防油水渗漏报警、内部档线板装置分隔线包加强分隔防护、进水室挡污网拦污、甩沙环防止含沙水体进入水泵、多级导叶体的叶轮串联结构提高水泵性能,综合实现防砂、耐高温、耐磨蚀的潜水使用要求。

图1所示,一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵包括下端盖1、定子2、转子3、挡线板装置4、上端盖5、电缆6、压紧螺母7、进水室8、联轴器9、电缆线夹板10、叶轮11、导叶体12、轴套13、铜套14、垫片15、出水管16、水泵主轴17、挡污网18、甩沙环19、油水探头20、探头21、电机主轴22、线包23、电机壳体24。
上、下端盖5、1分别封装电机壳体24的上、下口,下端盖上设置探头21、上端盖上设置油水探头20,电机壳体24内穿接定子2和转子3,定子2的线包23外接经压紧螺母7穿接在上端盖上的电缆6,档线板装置4分隔上端盖和线包,转子3穿接电机主轴22,上端盖5上锁紧连接进水室8,电机主轴22穿过上端盖连接置于进水室内的联轴器9一端,联轴器9上套有甩沙环19,进水室8的进水口上设有挡污网18,进水室8上锁紧连接并连通进水的两只依次串联连接的导叶体12,联轴器另一端连接穿接在上述导叶体内的水泵主轴17一端,水泵主轴上设有置于导叶体内的叶轮11,最后一级的导叶体上外接出水管16,水泵主轴17中部及另一端均经轴套13、铜套14支撑在各自导叶体内腔,水泵主轴17另一端的轴端经垫片15锁紧固定叶轮。

1.一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,其特征在于:包括电机壳体、下端盖、钉子、转子、上端盖、压紧螺母、电缆、进水室、电机主轴、联轴器、水泵主轴、甩沙环、挡污网、导叶体、叶轮、出水管,上、下端盖分别封装电机壳体的上、下口,电机壳体内穿接定子和转子,定子外接经压紧螺母穿接在上端盖上的电缆,转子穿接电机主轴,上端盖上锁紧连接进水室,电机主轴穿过上端盖连接置于进水室内的联轴器一端,联轴器上套有甩沙环,进水室的进水口上设有挡污网,进水室上锁紧连接并连通进水的一导叶体或两只以上依次串联连接的导叶体,联轴器另一端连接穿接在上述导叶体内的水泵主轴,水泵主轴上设有置于导叶体内的叶轮,最后一级的导叶体上外接出水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,其特征在于:所述电缆经电缆线夹板靠装于进水室和/或导叶体外壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,其特征在于:所述上、下端盖上分别设有探头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,其特征在于:所述电机壳体内设有分隔线包与上端盖之间的档线板装置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防砂型高温耐磨蚀潜水电泵,其特征在于:所述水泵主轴经轴套、铜套穿接支撑在导叶体内。
