Abstract
The invention relates to a pipeline carrying device and a sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, wherein the pipeline carrying device comprises: a carrier; the base is arranged on the carrier; and the bracket is arranged on the base and comprises at least one hosting position, and the hosting position is used for supporting the pipeline. The invention is convenient for carrying the pipeline, is convenient to take and use, and can carry a plurality of pipelines according to the needs so as to meet the demands of different working conditions.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of environmental sanitation mechanical equipment, in particular to a pipeline carrying device and a sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle.
Background
With the continuous development of economy, urban construction investment is larger and larger, urban process is faster and faster, urban water consumption is increased and drainage is larger and larger, because sewer pipe networks are very complex, if sewer silts up, serious waterlogging can occur to cause personal casualties, and dredging of sewer pipes is particularly important.
The sewage suction pipe of the conventional sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle is generally placed in a sludge tank for carrying along with the vehicle, and the carrying of the sewage suction pipe is affected due to the existence of sludge in the sludge tank; furthermore, the space in the sludge tank is limited and cannot carry enough dirt suction pipes. Therefore, the sewage suction pipe is required to be transported by a matched vehicle, and manpower and material resources are wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a pipeline carrying device and a sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, which are used for solving the problems that a sewage suction pipe cannot be carried and the carrying quantity is limited.
Some embodiments of the invention provide a pipe carrying apparatus comprising: a carrier; the base is arranged on the carrier; and the bracket is arranged on the base and comprises at least one hosting position, and the hosting position is used for supporting the pipeline.
Optionally, the bracket comprises at least two hosting positions, and each hosting position is arranged up and down in sequence.
Optionally, the pipe carrying device comprises: the turnover frame is rotatably arranged on the base, and the bracket is arranged on the base through the turnover frame.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a schematic diagram of a pipe carrying device according to some embodiments is provided.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrier comprises a carrier 1. The carrier 1 may be a sludge tank of a sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, but is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrier comprises a base 2, the base 2 being provided on the carrier 1.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrier comprises a cradle 3, the cradle 3 being provided on the base 2. The carrier 3 comprises at least one escrow location for the escrow pipe 20 therein. The pipe 20 may be a sewage suction pipe of a sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, but is not limited thereto.
Further, the escrow location includes at least two curved plates spaced apart, the curvature of the curved plates matching the curvature of the conduit 20. The pipe 20 is held by the bending plates arranged at intervals.
In some embodiments, the carrier 3 comprises at least two escrow positions, each of which is arranged one above the other. Each pipe carrying device is capable of carrying at least two pipes 20.
In some embodiments, the bracket 3 is provided with strapping for further restraining the duct 20 within the escrow location.
In some embodiments, carrier 1 is located through base 2 to bracket 3, and bracket 3 is equipped with at least one host position, can carry at least one pipeline 20, and convenient operation takes conveniently, can carry many pipelines 20 as required to satisfy the demand of different operating modes.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrying device comprises a roll-over stand 4, the roll-over stand 4 being rotatably provided to the base 2. The bracket 3 is arranged on the base 2 through the roll-over stand 4. The roll-over stand 4 can roll upwards relative to the base 2 to retract the bracket 3 upwards without affecting the height and width of the equipment in which the carrier 1 is located; and the roll-over stand 4 can roll downwards relative to the base 2, and the bracket 3 is lowered, so that the pipeline 20 is convenient for operators to assemble and disassemble.
Further, the first end of the bracket 3 is hinged with the roll-over stand 4, and the second end of the bracket 3 is a free end. The first end of the bracket 3 is arranged opposite the second end.
Further, the first end of the roll-over stand 4 is hinged with the base 2. The second end of the roll-over stand 4 is hinged to the bracket 3. The first end and the second end of the roll-over stand 4 are arranged opposite.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrier comprises a drive assembly for driving the roll-over stand 4 to roll up relative to the base 2 to retract the carriage 3 upwardly without affecting the height and width of the equipment in which the carrier 1 is located; and the driving component is used for driving the turnover frame 4 to turn downwards relative to the base 2 and lowering the bracket 3, so that an operator can load and unload the pipeline 20 conveniently.
In some embodiments, the drive assembly includes a push rod 5, the push rod 5 including a telescoping structure. The first end of the push rod 5 is hinged with the base 2, and the second end of the push rod 5 is hinged with the roll-over stand 4.
Further, a first end of the push rod 5 is hinged to a middle position of the base 2, and a second end of the push rod 5 is hinged to a middle of a second end of the roll-over stand 4.
In some embodiments, the base 2 is provided with a bar-shaped hole, the position of the first end of the push rod 5 in the bar-shaped hole is adjustable, and after the adjustment is completed, the push rod 5 is hinged with the base 2, so as to facilitate adjustment of the overturning action of the overturning frame 4 and the retraction and lowering positions of the bracket 3.
In some embodiments, the drive assembly includes a power member drivingly connected to the push rod 5 for driving the push rod 5 out to flip the roll-over stand 4 downward relative to the base 2, and for driving the push rod 5 back in to flip the roll-over stand 4 upward relative to the base 2.
Alternatively, the power element includes an electric power element, a hydraulic power element, or a pneumatic power element, or the like.
In some embodiments, the push rod 5 is a device with telescopic function, which can be driven electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically. The push rod 5 stretches and contracts to control the movement of the roll-over stand 4 and the bracket 3, so that the lifting of the pipeline 20 is realized.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrier includes a locking mechanism for locking the cradle 3 to the base 2 after the cradle 3 is retracted after the roll-over stand 4 is turned up into place.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism includes, but is not limited to, a groove-projection structure provided on the bracket 3 and the base 2, which cooperate with each other.
Optionally, the locking mechanism includes a hook 6, and the hook 6 is disposed on the base 2. The locking mechanism comprises a cylindrical part 7, the cylindrical part 7 is arranged on the bracket 3, the bracket 3 is turned upwards to be in place at the turning frame 4, and after the bracket 3 is retracted upwards, the cylindrical part 7 is limited in the clamping hook 6, so that the bracket 3 and the base 2 are locked and limited.
When the bracket 3 needs to be lowered, the locking limit of the clamping hook 6 and the cylindrical piece 7 is released, and the turnover frame 4 turns downwards.
In some embodiments, the bracket 3 is provided with a bar hole, the position of the columnar member 7 in the bar hole is adjustable, and after the position adjustment is completed, the columnar member 7 is fixed in the bar hole, so as to facilitate the locking limit and unlocking of the hook 6 and the columnar member 7.
Alternatively, the columnar member 7 is fixedly provided in the bar-shaped hole of the bracket 3 by a bolt.
In some embodiments, the locking mechanism comprises a resilient member 8. The first end of the elastic element 8 is connected to the base 2, and the second end of the elastic element 8 is connected to the hook 6.
The clamping hook 6 is hinged to the base 2, and the elastic piece 8 is used for adjusting the position of the clamping hook 6 so as to realize locking limit and separation of the clamping hook 6 and the cylindrical piece 7 and control locking and unlocking of the base 2 and the bracket 3.
Further, one or both sides of the hook 6 are provided with elastic members 8.
Alternatively, the elastic member 8 comprises a spring.
As shown in fig. 3, some embodiments provide a sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, which includes a sludge tank and the above-mentioned pipe carrying device 10, the sludge tank is a carrier 1 in the pipe carrying device 10, and a base 2 in the pipe carrying device 10 is arranged on the outer wall of the sludge tank, so that the problem that the sludge in the sludge tank is inconvenient to carry a sewage suction pipe is solved.
Further, the pipeline 20 carried by the pipeline carrying device 10 is a sewage suction pipe of the sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle.
In some embodiments, the pipe carrying device 10 is arranged on the outer wall of the sludge tank, the lifting of the bracket 3 is realized through the extension and retraction of the push rod 5, a worker stands on the ground to take the sewage suction pipe, the sewage suction pipe is connected to the sludge tank, and the sewer dredging and cleaning operation is performed, so that the operation is convenient and quick.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the sludge tank is provided with more than two pipe carrying devices 10. Each of the pipe carriers 10 is capable of carrying a plurality of dirt pickup pipes.
In some embodiments, the sewer dredging cleaning vehicle comprises two pipe carrying devices 10, the two pipe carrying devices 10 being arranged opposite to the outer wall of the sludge tank.
The sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle can carry a plurality of dirt sucking pipes through the pipeline carrying device 10 so as to meet different working condition demands (including ultra-long dirt sucking operation), and the carrying capacity and the working capacity of the whole vehicle are greatly improved.
In sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, pipeline carrying device installs in the lateral wall of mud jar, and is liftable, can make whole device not influence the height and the width of vehicle, and does benefit to the workman to stand and realize the taking of dirt absorbing pipe on ground, convenient operation.

Claims (6)
1. A pipe carrying apparatus, comprising:
a carrier (1);
a base (2) arranged on the carrier (1);
a bracket (3) arranged on the base (2), wherein the bracket (3) comprises at least one hosting position for supporting a pipeline (20) in the hosting position; the bracket (3) comprises at least two hosting positions, and the hosting positions are sequentially arranged up and down;
the turnover frame (4) is rotatably arranged on the base (2), and the bracket (3) is arranged on the base (2) through the turnover frame (4); and
a driving assembly for driving the roll-over stand (4) to roll up and down with respect to the base (2) to retract the tray (3) upward, and to lower the tray (3); the drive assembly includes:
the push rod (5) comprises a telescopic structure, a first end of the push rod (5) is hinged to the base (2), and a second end of the push rod is hinged to the roll-over stand (4); and
the power piece is in driving connection with the push rod (5) and is used for driving the push rod (5) to extend and retract so as to enable the turnover frame (4) to turn downwards and upwards relative to the base (2).
2. The pipe carrier of claim 1, comprising: the locking mechanism is used for locking the bracket (3) and the base (2) after the turnover frame (4) turns upwards to be in place and the bracket (3) is retracted.
3. The pipe carrier of claim 2, wherein the locking mechanism comprises:
a clamping hook (6) arranged on the base (2); and
the column-shaped piece (7) is arranged on the bracket (3), and after the turnover frame (4) is turned upwards to be in place and the bracket (3) is retracted, the column-shaped piece (7) is limited in the clamping hook (6).
4. A pipe carrier as claimed in claim 3, wherein the locking mechanism comprises: an elastic piece (8), the first end of which is connected with the base (2) and the second end of which is connected with the clamping hook (6); the clamping hook (6) is hinged to the base (2), and the elastic piece (8) is used for adjusting the position of the clamping hook (6) so as to limit and separate the clamping hook (6) from the cylindrical piece (7).
5. A sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle, characterized by comprising a sludge tank and a pipeline carrying device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the sludge tank is a carrier (1) in the pipeline carrying device, and a base (2) in the pipeline carrying device is arranged on the outer wall of the sludge tank.
6. The sewer dredging cleaning vehicle as described in claim 5, comprising two pipe carrying devices, the two pipe carrying devices being oppositely disposed to the outer wall of the sludge tank.
