Description

Seepage-proofing grouting method for completely weathered granite stratum
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of geotechnical engineering foundation seepage-proofing grouting treatment, and particularly relates to an seepage-proofing grouting method suitable for a completely weathered granite stratum.
Background
The granite weathered bodies have some characteristics different from other rock-soil bodies, and the physical states of the granite weathered bodies in different areas are different. The completely weathered granite has the characteristics of being between earth and stones, is generally completely weathered on the earth surface, is mostly sandy soil with poor grading, has a loose surface structure, and is crushed by hands to form a residual parent rock structure. The fully weathered granite mass has the corresponding characteristics of loose sand and soil mass and the characteristic of higher rock mass strength. The fully weathered granite mainly comprises quartz, has a strength of hard and angular shape, and contains, in the grain size components, the content of sticky particles is generally 5% -15%, the content of angle gravel is 5% -60%, the content of sand particles is basically more than 30%, the particles are in a slightly-to-medium-density sand-soil shape, and some hard spherical boulders and irregular blocky strongly weathered rock masses or a small amount of lenticular late-stage invasion rock veins are clamped between the particles. The bearing capacity of the completely weathered granite stratum foundation is not uniform, the deviation is large, the minimum is 100KPa, the maximum is 400 KPa, and most of the bearing capacity is 100-250 KPa.
The fully weathered granite mass has the corresponding characteristics of loose sand and soil mass and the characteristic of higher rock mass strength. The prior commonly used anti-seepage grouting method comprises the following steps: plastic concrete continuous wall, high pressure jet grouting, static pressure grouting, conventional curtain grouting, pure pressure grouting, circulating grouting, etc. The plastic concrete continuous wall is mainly suitable for seepage prevention of homogeneous earth dams and earth foundations, continuous construction is difficult when spherical large rock blocks are encountered in construction, the hole wall is easy to collapse, and the rock blocks are difficult to treat in a construction groove. The high-pressure jet grouting has the defects that the completely weathered granite is dense, the hydraulic cutting is difficult, the influence radius is small, and the high-pressure jet grouting cannot be sprayed when meeting rock blocks, so that the continuity of an anti-seepage curtain body is poor, and the construction quality is influenced. The static pressure grouting can only carry out pouring, filling and compaction on cracks and weak places, so that a complete water-proof wall is difficult to form, and the seepage-proofing effect is poor. The problems of large amount of slurry leakage, pipe fixing and plug burying, no slurry absorption, slurry back concentration and the like frequently occur in the same pipe section in the conventional curtain grouting. The main reasons for the pure pressure type grouting process in the completely weathered granite stratum are that the cement grout does not circulate in the hole, the hole wall is easy to form an adhesion layer to block micro cracks, and grout cement particles are easy to precipitate or solidify among grout pipes, grout stopping plugs and the hole wall. The circulating grouting process is less than pure pressure type accidents, the efficiency is slightly improved, but the circulating grouting process still belongs to low-efficiency production, and accidents are easy to happen and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee for broken stratums or vertical fracture stratums and hole sections with uneven apertures.
