In the scheme, the N, N '-ethylene bis-stearamide is used as a lubricant, and compared with the traditional lubricants such as paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, stearate and the like, the N, N' -ethylene bis-stearamide has good external lubricating effect and good internal lubricating effect, so that the fluidity and the demolding property of the melt-insulating plastic are improved in plastic molding processing, the processing efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, and the product has extremely high surface smoothness. The component is added into the layering, so that the layering product has good antistatic property, the layering is not easy to be stained with dust, and the layering product is used together with other lubricants as a lubricant, has very obvious synergistic effect, and improves the dispersibility of other components such as pigment and filler in plastics.
The antioxidant can be any one of 4-dodecanoyl aminophenol, 4-octadecanoyl aminophenol, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-dimethyl amino methyl phenol and beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid n-octadecyl carbonate; the foaming agent can be any one of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and azodicarbonamide.
The main resin is a mixed resin composed of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyvinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride of both the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and the polyvinyl chloride. Wherein the white oil mainly plays a role in binding the components.
The preparation process includes stoving and heating main resin acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, adding foaming agent, adding N, N' -ethylene bis stearamide and antioxidant, mixing, extruding with extruder, vacuum molding, cooling with soft water to obtain foamed layering product, and final cutting into foamed layering of preset length. The following describes in detail specific embodiments.
Ten groups of examples are arranged, and the layering products obtained by different component ratios are tested for corrosion resistance, wet heat resistance, dry resistance, cold and heat temperature difference resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and harmful substance limit through GB28007-2011 general technical Condition for furniture for children, and the results are shown in the following table 1.

Experiments show that the main resin adopts acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, foaming agent azodicarbonamide, N' -ethylene bis stearamide, antioxidant beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid N-octadecyl carbonate, white oil and corresponding pigment are added, and the performance detection of the layering product obtained through final foaming is better than that of layering products obtained by other components in terms of corrosion resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance through mixing and extrusion processes.
The foaming layering manufacturing method is simple, solves the problem of low production speed, solves the environmental protection problem, has no peculiar smell, can be recycled, saves resources, solves the problem of large difference between physical properties and natural wood, has strong flexibility and good bending degree, has moderate nail absorption, and solves the problem of high manufacturing cost of the raw wood layering. The product is mainly used for replacing the existing wood pressing strip in the furniture assembling process, the plastic pressing strip and the rubber pressing strip are also available in the market at present, when the plastic pressing strip is connected with other components by using a pneumatic gun nail, obvious nail holes are easy to appear, and fig. 5 is a comparison diagram of the plastic pressing strip (a) in the market and the foaming pressing strip (b) in the invention when in use, the nail holes of the plastic pressing strip in the market are not obvious after the plastic pressing strip is used, and the nail holes of the plastic pressing strip in the market are obvious. The rubber batten is easy to age and soft in hardness, and for some wooden furniture, the consistency of the whole structure after long-time use cannot be ensured.
In the actual furniture production, in order to fully utilize the advantages of the foaming layering, a furniture assembling structure matched with the foaming layering can be designed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the furniture assembly structure furniture body 10, a first assembly hole 10a and a second assembly hole 10b are formed in the furniture body 10, a first assembly 20 is installed in the first assembly hole 10a, a foaming pressing strip 30 is arranged between the first assembly 20 and the first assembly hole 10a, a second assembly 21 is installed in the second assembly hole 10b, and a partition plate 12 is arranged between the second assembly hole 10b and the first assembly hole 10 a. The furniture body 10 is provided with a frame 11, one side of the first assembly hole 10a, which is close to the frame 11, is provided with a frame pin hole 13, and an elastic pin which is in contact fit with the edge of the first assembly 20 is arranged in the frame pin hole 13. The partition plate 12 is provided with a partition plate pin hole 14 penetrating through the first module hole 10a and the second module hole 10b, and the partition plate pin hole 14 is provided with double-ended elastic pins respectively abutted against the edges of the first module 20 and the second module 21.
The furniture body 10 is typically of wood or plastic material, and the edges of the first component 20 and the second component 21 may be of a glass embossed or decorative component construction that is different from the material of the furniture body 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the elastic pin includes a first pin body 40, a first pin body opening 402 is formed at one end of the first pin body 40, a spring 41, an elastic pad 42, a counterweight steel ball 43, a sliding body 44, and a sealing cap 45 are sequentially disposed in the first pin body opening 402, a sealing cap opening 451 through which the sliding body 44 passes is formed at one end of the sealing cap 45, a soft elastic cushion 46 is covered on the surface of the sealing cap opening 451, and the spring 41 sequentially pushes the counterweight steel ball 43 and the sliding body 44 and forces the soft elastic cushion 46 to be tightly attached to the edge of the first assembly 20.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the joints of the first component 20 and the second component 21 and the furniture body 10 are all provided with the foaming batten 30, and because the foaming batten 30 has flexibility, in order to improve the reliable fixation of the first component 20 and the second component 21 between the respective first component hole 10a and the second component hole 10b, the auxiliary fixation is performed by means of elastic pins or double-headed elastic pins respectively. The spring 41, the elastic pad 42, the counterweight steel balls 43 and the sliding body 44 are integrally accommodated by the elastic pin through the first pin opening 402, then the first pin opening 402 is closed through the sealing cap 45 and the soft elastic cushion 46, after the assembly structure of the furniture is assembled, the soft elastic cushion 46 is positioned between the elastic pin and the first component 20, and the soft elastic cushion 46 is soft, so that the friction resistance is larger, the elastic pushing force can be continuously applied to the first component 20 under the elastic support of the spring 41, and the fixing firmness of the first component 20 is improved. After the furniture is used for a period of time, the counterweight steel balls 43 generate certain inertial pushing force to the sliding body 44 along with the movement of the furniture, so that the sliding body 44 presses the soft elastic cushion 46 to further cling to the first component 20, and the auxiliary foaming batten 30 fixes the first component 20.
Further, a snap ring 47 for fixing the soft cushion layer 46 is provided on the sealing cap 45, and the snap ring 47 in this preferred embodiment serves to fix the soft cushion layer 46 to the sealing cap 45. A sliding body arc groove 441 is arranged on one side of the sliding body 44 close to the counterweight steel balls 43, and a serrated protrusion 442 is arranged on one side of the sliding body 44 close to the soft elastic cushion 46. In this preferred embodiment, the sliding body arc-shaped groove 441 and the counterweight steel ball 43 are attached better, and the saw-tooth-shaped protrusions 442 can increase the friction resistance to the first component 20 after contacting the soft elastic cushion 46.
As shown in fig. 4, the double-ended elastic pin comprises a first pin body 40 and a second pin body 50, wherein a first pin body connecting screw 401 is arranged at one end of the first pin body 40 far away from a first pin body opening 402, and a second pin body threaded connecting end 51 which is in threaded fit with the first pin body connecting screw 401 is arranged on the second pin body 50. In the preferred scheme, a second pin body 50 is added on the basis of a first pin body 40, the second pin body 50 is in threaded connection with the first pin body 40, a second pin body opening 52 is formed in one end, far away from a second pin body threaded connection end 51, of the second pin body 50, a spring 41, an elastic pad 42, a counterweight steel ball 43, a sliding body 44 and a sealing cap 45 are sequentially arranged in the second pin body opening 52, a sealing cap opening 451 penetrating through the sliding body 44 is formed in one end of the sealing cap 45, a soft elastic cushion 46 is covered on the surface of the sealing cap opening 451, and a clamping ring 47 for fixing the soft elastic cushion 46 is arranged on the sealing cap 45.
The second pin opening 52 of the second pin 50 in the above-mentioned solution works similarly to the first pin opening 402 of the first pin 40, and can accommodate the spring 41, the elastic pad 42, the weight ball 43, the sliding body 44 and the sealing cap 45, and the fixing action of the second pin 50 on the second component 21 is similar to that of a pin 40 on the first component 20, wherein, because the double-ended elastic pin is directly connected with the first component 20 and the second component 21, the application range is that for the case of more installation components in some furniture, if only one component is provided in the furniture, the elastic pin can be directly used for fixing.
Further, the cap 45 on the first pin 40 side is threadedly engaged with the first pin opening 402, and the cap 45 on the second pin 50 side is threadedly engaged with the second pin opening 52.
