Technical Field

Background
In the float plate glass process, molten glass enters a tin bath for forming, and a formed plate glass ribbon enters an annealing kiln for annealing through a transition roller table from a tin bath outlet and is cut into a glass plate finished product.
The transition roller table is short, narrow and open in space, and is a connecting device for transition between the tin bath and the annealing kiln. When the temperature of the plate glass belt is 600 ℃ at the outlet of the tin bath, a small amount of tin liquid can be adhered to the lower surface of the plate glass belt, and the tin liquid can be rapidly cooled and oxidized, so that pollutant tin oxide powder is formed, and then the pollutant tin oxide powder is adhered to a carrier roller of a transition roller table, and meanwhile, the tin oxide powder is adhered to the plate glass belt in a reverse way, so that the glass quality is reduced. Therefore, an online contact type roller wiping device is generally arranged on the transition roller table.
Generally, the roller wiping device comprises a graphite wiper and a spring support, wherein the graphite wiper is positioned right below the carrier roller and is axially parallel to the carrier roller, and contacts with the carrier roller to rub off pollutants on the surface of the carrier roller, but the graphite is low in hardness and easy to wear, and rubbed graphite powder can be adhered to the surface of the carrier roller, and further is reversely adhered to a flat glass ribbon to form new pollution.

The wind sweeping device 5 comprises a wind pipe 5a and a wind nozzle 5b, the wind pipe 5a and the wind nozzle 5b are axially arranged along the carrier roller 2, and the wind sweeping reflection direction of the wind nozzle 5b is downward so as to keep pollutants away from the flat glass ribbon 3 as far as possible.
The air pipe 5a is rectangular in section and is connected with the lower end of the fixed bed 4b in a matched mode so as to conveniently fix and install the air pipe 5a.
The heating device 4 is provided with a heating power regulator to improve the surface temperature of the carrier roller and further improve the surface stress of the flat glass ribbon.
The fixed bed 4b is made of refractory materials to safely protect the electric heating wires.
Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the invention, in which the graphite wiper 6 and the spring support 7 are removed, and the rest of the device is the same as the first embodiment, and only the air-sweeping device 5 and the heating device 4 are used for cleaning the carrier roller, and the cleaning of the graphite wiper 6 is not needed.
In the invention, the air sweeping device 5 carries out high-pressure air sweeping on the surface of the carrier roller 2, so that the carrier roller 2 is cleaned effectively without generating new pollution, and the heating device 4 can improve or restore the surface temperature of the carrier roller 2, thereby avoiding the change of the surface stress of the flat glass ribbon 3 and ensuring the normal operation of the subsequent annealing process.
