The invention not only can ensure that the sewage is effectively collected and drained into the sewage tank when the vehicle works, but also can ensure the closed transportation of the sewage in the transportation process by closing the valve, thereby avoiding secondary pollution in the transportation process.

In order to solve the problem, in the prior art, a sewage water receiving tank is arranged at the lower end of the joint surface of the tank body and the filler, leaked sewage is led to the sewage tank of the filler, so that the problem of sewage dripping in the garbage collection process is solved, but when a vehicle turns and brakes in the transportation process, the sewage in the sewage tank of the filler reversely gushes out from a channel of the sewage water receiving tank, and secondary pollution in the transportation process can be caused.

As shown in fig. 1 or 2, the invention comprises a sewage tank 2, a water receiving tank 3 and a water collecting tank 4 which are arranged on a filler 1, wherein a water outlet at the bottom of the water receiving tank 3 is connected with a water inlet at the top of the water collecting tank 4, and a water outlet at the bottom of the water collecting tank 4 is connected with the sewage tank 2 through a sewage channel 5; the sewage channel 5 is connected with a valve 6, the valve 6 is controlled to be opened and closed by a control circuit, the control circuit comprises a storage battery 7 and a valve switch 8, the positive electrode end of the storage battery 7, the valve switch 8, the valve 6 and the negative electrode end of the storage battery 7 are sequentially connected to form a loop, an electric control branch circuit is connected to the circuit between the valve switch 8 and the valve 6, and the electric control branch circuit is connected to the positive electrode end of a power takeoff switch 9.
An indicator lamp 10 is connected in parallel with two ends of the valve 6. The state of the valve 6 is indicated by the indicator light 10, and when the indicator light 10 is turned on, the valve 6 is indicated as being in an open state.
A diode 11 is connected to the electrical control branch, and the cathode of the diode 11 is connected to the valve 6.
In order to improve the safety of the control circuit, a first fuse 12 is connected between the diode 11 and the positive terminal of the power take-off switch 9, and a second fuse 13 and a circuit breaker 14 are connected in series between the positive terminal of the battery 7 and the valve switch 8.
The valve switch 8 is a push button switch.
The control principle of the invention:
when the vehicle stops working, the power takeoff switch 9 is connected (the power takeoff on the chassis of the garbage truck drives the garbage collection equipment to work), the valve 6 and the indicator lamp 10 are automatically opened accordingly, the sewage channel 5 is opened at the moment, leaked sewage can flow into the sewage tank 2 of the filler through the sewage channel 5 during the vehicle working, and sewage spillage is avoided.
When the valve switch 8 is opened, the valve 6 and the indicator light 10 are powered. After the valve 6 is electrically opened, the sewage channel 5 is opened. In addition, the diode 11 is added on the electric control branch, and the unidirectional conductivity of the diode 11 can avoid influencing the signal of the power takeoff switch 9 when the valve switch 8 is opened.
When the power takeoff switch 9 and the valve switch 8 are simultaneously closed, the valve 6 and the indicator lamp 10 are powered off, and the sewage channel 5 is closed.
