As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the preferred embodiment of the multifunctional center-stitching stapler of the present invention comprises a paper folding mechanism, a binding mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a cover plate 5, a paper supporting plate 6, a limiting member 7 and a mounting seat; the paper folding mechanism, the binding mechanism and the pressing mechanism are all arranged on the mounting seat; the paper folding mechanism is used for folding paper to enable the paper to generate creases; the binding mechanism is used for binding paper. The pressing mechanism is used for pressing the paper folding mechanism and the binding mechanism. The cover plate 5 is arranged on the mounting seat, and the cover plate 5 covers the pressing mechanism, so that the phenomenon that a user clamps hands and shields dust when folding or binding can be avoided. The paper supporting plate 6 is arranged at the front end of the mounting seat, and the paper supporting plate 6 is positioned through a positioning shaft 61; the paper supporting plate 6 is used for supporting paper. The paper folding pressure lever 22 is provided with a roller 221, so that friction when the paper folding mechanism is pressed is reduced, and meanwhile, the contact time of the pressure lever and the paper folding mechanism is prolonged, namely, the stroke of the paper folding mechanism is prolonged.
The paper folding mechanism comprises a paper folding knife 31, a paper folding plate 32 and a return spring 33, the paper folding knife 31 is installed between the two side plates 11, the paper folding plate 32 is arranged in sliding grooves of the two side plates 11 in a sliding mode, one end of the return spring 33 is connected with the paper folding plate 32, and the other end of the return spring 33 is connected with the connecting plate 111. The paper folding plate 32 is provided with a paper folding groove, the cutting edge of the paper folding knife 31 is matched with the paper folding groove, and the pressing mechanism is used for pressing the paper folding plate 32; when the paper folding plate 32 presses the paper folding knife 31, the paper is folded to form a crease; when the paper folding plate 32 is no longer pressed by the pressing mechanism, the return spring 33 drives the paper folding plate 32 to return. In other embodiments, the positions of the paper folding knife 31 and the paper folding plate 32 can also be interchanged, i.e. the return spring 33 is connected with the paper folding knife 31; a bearing plate can be arranged on the side wall of the side plate 11 and bears a return spring 33, the upper end of the return spring 33 is connected with the paper folding plate 32, and the lower end of the return spring 33 is connected with the bearing plate.
The binding mechanism comprises two staplers which are arranged on two shafts side by side. Each stapler comprises a stapler body 41, an extension arm 42 and a nail plate seat 43, wherein the stapler body 41 is connected with the extension arm 42, the extension arm 42 is connected with the nail plate seat 43, a nail plate 44 is arranged on the nail plate seat 43, the nail plate seat 43 is arranged on the supporting shaft 12, and the nail plate seat 43 can slide on the supporting shaft 12 to adapt to paper sheets with different specifications; a reinforcing plate 431 is further arranged below the nail plate seat 43 and used for supporting the nail plate seat 43 and increasing the strength of the nail plate seat 43. The limiting piece 7 is clamped on the nail plate seat 43. The extension arm 42 is arranged to facilitate the paper retaining space needed for binding and folding the middle part, and the extension arm 42 has elasticity to facilitate the pushing of the pressing device to reset. The limiting part 7 is sleeved on the nail plate seat 43, and the nail plate seat 43 is provided with a paper folding positioning line and a binding positioning line, so that the limiting part 7 can be positioned quickly, and the positioning efficiency of the limiting part 7 is improved. In other embodiments, the stapler may be of a conventional stapler construction, i.e., without the extension arm 42, the stapler body 41 is directly connected to the staple plate holder 43; the nail plate seat 43 may also be provided with a paper folding positioning protrusion and a binding positioning protrusion instead of a paper folding positioning line and a binding positioning line.
When paper folding is needed, the handle 21 rotates towards the direction of the paper folding mechanism, so that the paper folding pressing rod 22 extrudes the paper folding plate 32 to move downwards, and the paper folding plate 32 extrudes the paper folding knife 31, thereby realizing indentation on paper. When the binding is needed, the handle 21 rotates towards the stapler to drive the binding pressure rod 23 to press down the stapler, thereby realizing the binding of the paper. The paper can be bound and folded, is convenient to use and can be used independently; the integration on one device is not required to be finished by two devices, so that the cost can be saved.
