The method can also be applied to the manufacture of other plate parts needing to be provided with smaller apertures.

As can be seen from the above table, the average burr length of the hole-opening part of the plate with the hole-opening by using the scheme of the invention is 0.0038mm, and some burrs are even not present; the average burr length of the hole-opening part of the plate which is opened by using the traditional method is 0.08mm, and the difference between the burr length and the hole-opening part is at least one order of magnitude.
In summary, the above-mentioned method for opening holes in a plate has at least the following advantages:
(1) according to the plate opening method, the plastic cushion block is filled at one side of the second surface of the preset opening part, the binding surface of the plastic cushion block and the second surface of the preset opening part are tightly adhered to form a whole, so that burrs at the bottom edge of the through hole are necessarily transferred to the plastic cushion block integrated with the preset opening part by using the traditional opening method, and the plate burrs formed by using the method are short, and some burrs are even absent.
(2) Because the plate burrs processed by the method meet the process requirements, the burrs are removed without using dry ice in the subsequent process, the hole opening process of the plate can be simplified, and the production efficiency and the product yield are improved.

providing a plastic cushion block, wherein the plastic cushion block is provided with a binding surface, the plastic cushion block and the preset opening part are laminated, so that the binding surface is tightly bound with the second surface of the preset opening part, and the difference between the surface roughness of the second surface of the preset opening part and the surface roughness of the binding surface of the plastic cushion block is less than 0.2 mu m; and
using a drilling piece to drill the plate to be drilled from the first surface of the preset drilling part, so that the drilling piece sequentially penetrates through the first surface, the second surface and the joint surface of the plastic cushion block, and a through hole is formed in the preset drilling part; the aperture of the through hole is less than 0.5 mm.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said step of laminating said plastic spacer to said predetermined opening portion and said abutting surface to said second surface of said predetermined opening portion comprises:
providing a fixed seat, wherein the fixed seat is provided with an accommodating groove;
placing the plastic cushion block in the accommodating groove;
and installing the plate to be perforated on the fixed seat, and enabling the second surface of the preset perforated part to be tightly attached to the attaching surface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the plastic cushion block is placed in the receiving groove, a plane of a notch of the receiving groove is flush with the abutting surface of the plastic cushion block.
