The invention is practically used: turning the switch plate 106 along the hinge axis to expose the first opening 107, turning the top cover 105 to overlap the first opening 107 with the second opening 507, and allowing lime to enter the inner filter cartridge 202 through the first opening 107 and the second opening 507; opening the pipe plug 103, and allowing water to enter the cylinder 1 from the water inlet pipe 101;
starting a driving motor, and enabling a third bevel gear 603 to rotate along with the motor so as to drive a first bevel gear 601 and a second bevel gear 602 which are respectively meshed with the driving motor to rotate in opposite directions at the same time;
the second bevel gear 602 drives the curing filter cartridge 2 to rotate, water penetrating into the curing filter cartridge 2 and part of lime in the water react with each other in a curing mode, the water enters the cylinder 1 under the action of centrifugal force and is combined with the water in the cylinder 1 into emulsion, the scraping plate 8 and the inner wall of the curing filter cartridge 2 slide relatively to prevent the lime from being silted on the inner filter cartridge 202 after being combined with the water, the brush 7 and the inner filter cartridge 202 and the outer filter cartridge 201 move relatively to prevent silting between the walls of the inner filter cartridge 202 and the outer filter cartridge 201;
the first bevel gear 601 drives the stirring rod 4 and the rotating sleeve 5 to synchronously rotate in the same direction, a push rod at one end of the top crank 9 slides along the guide chute 203 to drive the top crank 9 to rotate back and forth in the second through hole 505, and simultaneously, other cranks also rotate back and forth in the second through hole 505 under the drive of the connecting rod 10 to drive the stirring blade 3 to overturn back and forth, and simultaneously, the stirring blade 3 and the stirring rod 4 stir emulsion at the upper part and the lower part in the cylinder respectively;
when the amount of slaked lime is large, the pipe plug 103 and/or the switch plate 106 can be opened to discharge heat; when the amount of lime slaked is small or slaked proceeds more thoroughly, the plug 103 can be covered and the switch plate 106 can be closed, preventing carbon dioxide from entering the cylinder 1.

Claims (5)
1. The lime milk stirring device for the lime disinfection equipment is characterized by comprising a barrel (1), a stirring component, a cylindrical curing filter cartridge (2) and a plurality of scraping plates (8), wherein the axis of the stirring component is coincident with that of the barrel (1) and penetrates through the bottom wall of the barrel (1), the cylindrical curing filter cartridge (2) is arranged in the stirring component, the scraping plates are arranged on the stirring component and are in sliding fit with the inner side of the barrel wall of the curing filter cartridge (2), and a driving mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the bottom wall of the barrel (1);
a water inlet pipe (101) penetrating through the water inlet pipe is arranged at one side of the top of the cylinder body (1), and a disinfection drainage tube (102) penetrating through the cylinder body (1) is arranged at the bottom of the other side of the cylinder body (1) opposite to the water inlet pipe (101);
a pipe plug (103) is arranged on the water inlet pipe (101);
the stirring component comprises a first stirring component arranged at the inner upper part of the cylinder (1) and a second stirring component arranged below the first stirring component and penetrating through the bottom wall of the cylinder (1);
the first stirring component comprises a rotating sleeve (5) with the axis coincident with the axis of the curing filter cartridge (2), a plurality of groups of stirring blades (3) which are uniformly arranged around the rotating sleeve (5) along the circumferential direction, a plurality of cranks (9) with one end penetrating through the side wall of the rotating sleeve (5) and in rotating fit with the rotating sleeve and fixedly connected with one end of each stirring blade (3), and a connecting rod (10) in rotating fit with the driving end of each crank (9) connected with each group of stirring blades (3);
the driving end of the crank (9) connected with the stirring blades (3) at the top of each group of stirring blades (3) is connected with a turnover driving mechanism;
the lower end part of the rotating sleeve (5) is connected with the second stirring part;
the second stirring part is a stirring rod (4) with the axis coincident with the axis of the rotating sleeve (5), the upper end part of the second stirring part is connected with the rotating sleeve (5), and the lower end part of the second stirring part is connected with a stirring driving mechanism;
the rotating sleeve (5) comprises a cover plate (501), a plurality of vertical plates (502) which are arranged on the bottom surface of the cover plate (501) and uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the cover plate, a connecting plate (503) which is connected with the ends of the vertical plates (502), a first through hole (504) which is arranged at the center of the connecting plate (503), a plurality of second through holes (505) which are arranged on each vertical plate (502) and are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating sleeve (5), a second rotating shaft (506) which is arranged at the center of the top surface of the cover plate (501), and a second opening (507) which is arranged in the middle of the cover plate (501) and is positioned at one side of the second rotating shaft (506);
the first through hole (504) is fixedly connected with the shaft of the stirring rod (4);
each second through hole (505) is rotationally connected with one crank (9);
the second rotating shaft (506) is in rotating fit with the top of the cylinder (1);
the scraping plates (8) are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the cover plate (501) along the circumferential direction of the cover plate;
the overturning driving mechanism is a cylindrical cam mechanism and comprises a guide chute (203) arranged on the outer wall of the curing filter cartridge (2) and a plurality of push rods in sliding fit with the guide chute (203); each of said push rods being connected to one of said cranks (9);
the curing filter cartridge (2) comprises an outer filter cartridge (201) and an inner filter cartridge (202) which are connected with each other by a bottom wall and are overlapped in axis, and the outer side wall of the outer filter cartridge (201) is provided with the guide chute (203);
a plurality of brushes (7) are uniformly arranged between the outer filter cartridge (201) and the inner filter cartridge (202) along the circumferential direction, and one ends of the brushes (7) are fixed at the top of the rotating sleeve (5);
one end of the brush (7) is fixed on the bottom surface of the cover plate (501);
a shaft hole is formed along the axis of the stirring rod (4), a first rotating shaft (204) penetrates through the shaft hole and the first through hole (504), one end of the first rotating shaft (204) is fixed at the bottom of the curing filter cartridge (2), and the other end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a rotating driving mechanism.

Lime milk stirring device for lime disinfection apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the stirring drive mechanism is a bevel gear mechanism comprising a first bevel gear (601) fixed at the shaft end of the stirring rod (4), and a third bevel gear (603) intermeshed with the first bevel gear (601);
the shaft of the third bevel gear (603) is coaxial with the output shaft of the driving motor.

Lime milk stirring device for lime disinfection apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the rotary drive mechanism is a bevel gear mechanism comprising a second bevel gear (602) fixed at the end of the first rotary shaft (204) and a third bevel gear (603) intermeshed with the second bevel gear (602).

A lime milk stirring device for lime disinfection equipment according to claim 3, characterized in that a top cover (105) in threaded connection with the top wall center of the cylinder (1) is arranged in the top wall center, one side of the top surface of the top cover (105) is provided with a first opening (107) which penetrates the top cover and corresponds to the second opening (507), and the top cover (105) is provided with a switch board (106) which can be opened and closed;
the second rotating shaft (506) is in rotating fit with the top cover (105).
5. Lime milk stirring device for lime disinfection apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the outside of the drive mechanism is provided with a mechanism box (104).
