背景技术
空气清新剂产品在日常生活中的应用越来越广泛,可以改善汽车内的空气质量,增加人们的愉悦感。目前的空气清新剂有以下几种:固体空气清新剂、挥发性液体空气清新剂、喷雾型空气清新剂以及气雾型空气清新剂等。
固体空气清新剂最早出现在国外70年代初,主要使用于轿车、家居卧室或客厅、宾馆饭店以及其它公共娱乐场所。近年来,随着我国百姓生活水平的提高,国内市场需求量增加很快。该产品的基本配制原理是将香精、除臭剂及杀菌消毒剂与水、增稠剂、防腐剂、乳化剂等组分混合,水与增稠剂形成固体胶状物,此胶状物将香精、除臭剂及杀菌消毒剂包藏其中,之后香精、除臭剂以及杀菌消毒剂缓慢散发到空气中,从而达到使空气芳香、清新的目的。然而,目前市场上的空气清新剂质量参差不齐。早在2005年,欧洲消费者组织就对76种家用空气清新剂进行了测试,结果发现多种空气清新剂中均含有众所周知的有毒物质:如乙醛或苯乙烯类刺激呼吸道、诱发过敏甚至具有潜在致癌性的物质,另一类产品中甚至还含有甲醛和苯。
精油是从植物的花、叶、茎、根或果实中,通过水蒸气蒸馏法、挤压法、冷浸法或溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质。日常生活中使用,可以起到净化空气、消毒、杀菌的功效,同时可以预防一些传染性疾病。不同种类的精油功效不同,对于一些疾病有舒缓和减轻症状的功能。精油对许多的疾病都很有帮助,配合药物的治疗,可以让疾病恢复的更快。精油对于内分泌、新陈代谢、泌尿系统、性病、免疫系统、妇科疾病、肌肉、骨骼疾病、皮肤疾病、身体的症状与疾病、神经系统与精神疾病、眼、耳、鼻、口腔、牙齿疾病、呼吸系统方面的疾病、血液循环系统方面的疾病、消化系统方面的疾病有很不错的疗效。
沸石分子筛是一种无机晶体材料,因具有规整的孔道结构、较强的酸性和高的水热稳定性而广泛应用于催化、吸附和离子交换等领域中,并起着不可替代的作用。其沸石分子筛的吸附是一种物理变化过程。产生吸附的原因主要是分子引力作用在固体表面产生的一种“表面力”,当流体流过时,流体中的一些分子由于做不规则运动而碰撞到吸附剂表面,在表面产生分子浓聚,使流体中的这种分子数目减少,达到分离、清除的目的。由于沸石分子筛晶穴内还有着较强的极性,能与含极性基团的分子在沸石分子筛表面发生强的作用,或是通过诱导使可极化的分子极化从而产生强吸附。这种极性或易极化的分子易被极性沸石分子筛吸附的特性体现出沸石分子筛的又一种吸附选择性,可以达到净化空气的作用。例如装饰装修所造成的室内污染,其污染源挥发甲醛、苯、甲苯、氨气、氡等是一个缓慢释放过程,甚至将会持续3-15年,开窗通风法、化学喷除法、花卉去除法等只是迅速遮盖或驱散已挥发的有害气体,而不能根本去除缓慢释放的有害气体,而沸石分子筛的吸附过程是一个长效稳定过程,基本与有害气体的释放过程相吻合,从而达到完全去除的效果。
发明内容
基于上述背景技术,本发明提供一种固体空气清新剂,该固体空气清新剂能够有效吸附空气中的有害物质、有效净化空气。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种固体空气清新剂,由以下重量份原料制备而成:卡拉胶7-11份、复方精油2-4份、沸石分子筛3-5份、乙醇1-2份、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯1-3份、香精0.5-1份、去离子水100份。
所述固体空气清新剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水放入三口烧瓶中,加入卡拉胶和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,边搅拌边加热使体系温度逐渐升高,至固体溶解及混合物沸腾,停止加热,形成澄清透明的液体;
(2)待步骤(1)中的混合液体冷却至65-75℃,然后逐渐加入复方精油、乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀;
(3)待混合液体降温至45-50℃,加入沸石分子筛,将体系置于超声波分散仪中超声7-10min;
(4)将分散后的混合液倒入模具中,自然冷却凝固后,制得固体空气清新剂。
所述复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油,薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油按照重量比为4-6:2-3:1-2:1:3-5复配而成。
所述沸石分子筛为A型沸石分子筛,粒径为70-80nm。
所述香精为花香、果香、木香或者草香型水溶性液体香精。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明通过在空气清新剂中加入沸石分子筛,使得本发明的固体空气清新剂能吸附空气中的甲醛、硫化氢、氨气、苯等有毒有害气体;
(2)本发明采用天然的复方精油,由薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油复配而成,该复方精油具有优异的杀菌以及驱蚊效果,添加该复方精油的固体空气清新剂具有杀菌和驱蚊的作用;
(3)本发明通过严格控制原料的安全性、无毒性,真正提供了一种安全高效的固体空气清新剂;
(4)本发明的固体空气清新剂制作工艺简单、安全低耗;能够适应工业化大规模生产的需要。

所述空气清新剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水放入三口烧瓶中,加入卡拉胶和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,边搅拌边加热使体系温度逐渐升高,至固体溶解及混合物沸腾,停止加热,形成澄清透明的液体;
(2)待步骤(1)中的混合液体冷却至65℃,然后逐渐加入复方精油、乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀;
(3)待混合液体降温至45℃,加入沸石分子筛,将体系置于超声波分散仪中超声7min;
(4)将分散后的混合液倒入模具中,自然冷却凝固后,制得固体空气清新剂。
所述复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油,薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油按照重量比为4:2:1:1:3复配而成。
所述沸石分子筛为A型沸石分子筛,粒径为70nm。
所述香精为茉莉花香型水溶性液体香精。
实施例2
一种固体空气清新剂,由以下重量份原料制备而成:卡拉胶8份、复方精油3份、沸石分子筛4份、乙醇1.5份、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯2份、香精0.6份、去离子水100份;
所述空气清新剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水放入三口烧瓶中,加入卡拉胶和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,边搅拌边加热使体系温度逐渐升高,至固体溶解及混合物沸腾,停止加热,形成澄清透明的液体;
(2)待步骤(1)中的混合液体冷却至67℃,然后逐渐加入复方精油、乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀;
(3)待混合液体降温至47℃,加入沸石分子筛,将体系置于超声波分散仪中超声8min;
(4)将分散后的混合液倒入模具中,自然冷却凝固后,制得固体空气清新剂。
所述复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油,薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油按照重量比为5:2.5:1.5:1:4复配而成。
所述沸石分子筛为A型沸石分子筛,粒径为72nm。
所述香精为苹果香型水溶性液体香精。
实施例3
一种固体空气清新剂,由以下重量份原料制备而成:卡拉胶9份、复方精油3份、沸石分子筛4份、乙醇1.8份、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯2.5份、香精0.8份、去离子水100份;
所述空气清新剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水放入三口烧瓶中,加入卡拉胶和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,边搅拌边加热使体系温度逐渐升高,至固体溶解及混合物沸腾,停止加热,形成澄清透明的液体;
(2)待步骤(1)中的混合液体冷却至70℃,然后逐渐加入复方精油、乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀;
(3)待混合液体降温至48℃,加入沸石分子筛,将体系置于超声波分散仪中超声9min;
(4)将分散后的混合液倒入模具中,自然冷却凝固后,制得固体空气清新剂。
所述复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油,薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油按照重量比为5.5:2.8:1.7:1:4.5复配而成。
所述沸石分子筛为A型沸石分子筛,粒径为76nm。
所述香精为檀木香型水溶性液体香精。
实施例4
一种固体空气清新剂,由以下重量份原料制备而成:卡拉胶11份、复方精油4份、沸石分子筛5份、乙醇2份、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3份、香精1份、去离子水100份;
所述空气清新剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水放入三口烧瓶中,加入卡拉胶和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,边搅拌边加热使体系温度逐渐升高,至固体溶解及混合物沸腾,停止加热,形成澄清透明的液体;
(2)待步骤(1)中的混合液体冷却至75℃,然后逐渐加入复方精油、乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀;
(3)待混合液体降温至50℃,加入沸石分子筛,将体系置于超声波分散仪中超声10min;
(4)将分散后的混合液倒入模具中,自然冷却凝固后,制得固体空气清新剂。
所述复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油,薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油按照重量比为6:3:2:1:5复配而成。
所述沸石分子筛为A型沸石分子筛,粒径为80nm。
所述香精为青草香型水溶性液体香精。
本发明在原料中选择使用复方精油,复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油,薄荷精油的挥发物能杀死空气中的芽胞杆菌、脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌等,薰衣草精油具有提神醒脑、沁人心脾的作用,迷迭香精油被人体吸收后能够利肝胆、助排毒,大蒜精油能杀死室内的结核杆菌、溶血性球菌、白喉杆菌、百日咳杆菌等,夜来香挥发油中含有亚麻油酸,其具有驱蚊作用,该复方精油的添加使得本发明的固体空气清新剂具有杀菌及驱蚊的作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种固体空气清新剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备而成:卡拉胶7份、复方精油2份、沸石分子筛3份、乙醇1份、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯1份、香精0.5份、去离子水100份;所述复方精油包括薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油;
所述固体空气清新剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水放入三口烧瓶中,加入卡拉胶和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,边搅拌边加热使体系温度逐渐升高,至固体溶解及混合物沸腾,停止加热,形成澄清透明的液体;
(2)待步骤(1)中的混合液体冷却至65℃,然后逐渐加入复方精油、乙醇和香精,搅拌均匀;
(3)待混合液体降温至45℃,加入沸石分子筛,将体系置于超声波分散仪中超声7min;
(4)将分散后的混合液倒入模具中,自然冷却凝固后,制得固体空气清新剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的固体空气清新剂,其特征在于,所述薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、大蒜素油和夜来香挥发油按照重量比为4:2:1:1:3复配而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的固体空气清新剂,其特征在于,所述沸石分子筛为A型沸石分子筛,粒径为70nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的固体空气清新剂,其特征在于,所述香精为茉莉花香型水溶性液体香精。
