Background
The electric kettle adopts intelligent steam induction temperature control and has the functions of automatic power off after water is boiled and dry heating power off. Along with the needs of life, the existing electric kettle is developing towards multifunctional directions, such as leakage prevention, scald prevention, water locking and the like. The electric kettle has the advantages of high heating speed, good heat preservation effect, strong filtering function, various styles and the like.
When the water in the kettle is heated through the electric heating pipe, a layer of scale can be remained on the surface of the electric heating pipe, the scale wrapped on the electric heating pipe can not only influence the heating efficiency of the electric heating pipe, but also increase the power consumption of the electric heating pipe.
To this end, we propose a hot water kettle with an automatic descaling function to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a hot water kettle with an automatic descaling function, which can automatically descale an electric heating pipe when in use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a hot water kettle with automatic scale removing function, which comprises a kettle body, a kettle cover matched with the kettle body is arranged at a kettle opening of the kettle body, the bottom of the kettle body is fixedly connected with a supporting rod, the upper end of the supporting rod is vertically provided with an electric heating pipe, a plurality of scraping rings for descaling are coaxially sleeved on the electric heating pipe, a plurality of vertical rods are vertically arranged between every two adjacent scraping rings, a fixed rod is vertically arranged on the upper end surface of the electric heating pipe, a lantern ring is fixedly sleeved on the fixed rod, a plurality of blades driven by boiling water bubbles to rotate are vertically arranged on the annular side wall of the lantern ring, a lifting mechanism used for driving the scraping rings to lift is arranged between the lantern ring and the scraping ring at the uppermost end, the support rod is sleeved with a spring, the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the scraping ring at the lowest end, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the kettle body.

Compared with the prior art, this thermos with automatic scale removal function's advantage lies in:
1. when the electric heating pipe heats water in the kettle body to a boiling state, the turning water flow drives the blades to rotate, so that the roller rotates and can drive the scraping rings to synchronously move downwards, the scraping rings synchronously move upwards under the action of the spring when the roller is positioned between the two wedge-shaped blocks, reciprocating motion of the scraping rings on the electric heating pipe can be realized, water scale on the electric heating pipe can be removed, the heating efficiency of the electric heating pipe is ensured, the power consumption of the electric heating pipe can be ensured, and the hot water kettle is more energy-saving.
2. The invention can collect the bubbles generated on the electric heating pipe through the bubble collecting pipe, so that the bubbles are discharged instantly, sufficient power is provided for the blades, the low-power electric heating pipe can be descaled effectively, the application range of the descaling mechanism is favorably improved, and the descaling effect of low-power electric heating can be ensured.
