Abstract
本发明公开了一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,包括底座,所述底座顶部的中间固定安装有挡板,所述底座顶部的前后两侧且位于挡板的左侧均固定安装有侧板,所述底座的顶部且位于挡板的右侧转动连接有第一拉杆,所述第一拉杆的顶端转动连接有第二拉杆,所述底座的顶部且位于第一拉杆的右侧从上到下依次固定安装有消毒液桶和储物仓,本发明涉及养殖设备技术领域。该养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,通过拉动第二拉杆,进而使第一拉杆的上端向右移,第一拉杆拉动钢丝绳,钢丝绳通过支架拉动粪铲顺时针转动,把粪便铲到粪桶内,然后粪铲在自重下落回原处,简单方便的将粪便收集到粪桶内,省时省力,且有挡板的遮挡,使粪便不会落到挡板的右侧。

本发明涉及养殖设备技术领域,具体为一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备。
背景技术
畜禽指可供发展畜牧业的牲畜,家禽等,是人类主要的动物蛋白来源,畜禽养殖具有较高的经济价值,一直以来都是农民实现农业梦,致富的重要途径,畜牧是指采用畜、禽等已经被我们人类人工饲养驯化的动物,或者鹿、麝、狐、貂、水獭、鹌鹑等野生动物的生理机能,通过人工饲养、繁殖,使其将牧草和饲料等植物能转变为动物能,以取得肉、蛋、奶、羊毛、山羊绒、皮张、蚕丝和药材等畜产品的生产过程,禽也通称鸟类,禽分飞禽和家禽两大类。
养殖场养殖有大量畜禽,每天都会产生大量的粪便,如果不及时处理,粪便堆积,会衍生大量病菌,从而影响畜禽的健康,严重时会引起疫情,造成畜禽大批量死亡,为养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。
目前养殖场内的畜禽粪便,基本为人工清扫,粪便较多时,清扫费时费力,且清扫过后的地面仍存有病菌,还需单独进行消毒,增加了工人工作量,影响工作效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,解决了人工清扫,费时费力,且清扫过后的地面仍存有病菌,还需单独进行消毒,增加了工人工作量,影响工作效率的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,包括底座,所述底座顶部的中间固定安装有挡板,所述底座顶部的前后两侧且位于挡板的左侧均固定安装有侧板,所述底座的顶部且位于挡板的右侧转动连接有第一拉杆,所述第一拉杆的顶端转动连接有第二拉杆,所述底座的顶部且位于第一拉杆的右侧从上到下依次固定安装有消毒液桶和储物仓,所述底座的顶部且位于挡板的左侧设置有粪桶,两个所述的侧板的内壁之间转动连接有支架,所述支架的左侧固定安装有粪铲,所述支架的中间固定连接有横梁,所述侧板顶部的左侧转动连接有滑轮,所述支架的前后两侧均通过钢丝绳与第一拉杆的前后两侧固定连接。
优选的,所述消毒液桶的顶部固定安装有活塞缸,所述活塞缸的内部滑动连接有活塞,所述活塞的左端固定连接有活塞杆,所述活塞杆的左端贯穿活塞缸的左端并延伸至活塞缸的左侧,所述活塞杆的左端转动连接有滑套,且滑套套设在第一拉杆的表面。
优选的,所述活塞缸的右端从上到下依次连通有进水管和出水管,所述进水管和出水管上分别固定安装有第一单向阀和第二单向阀,且第一单向阀和第二单向阀的方向相反。
优选的,所述底座底部的左侧固定安装有高压喷头,所述进水管远离活塞缸的一端贯穿消毒液桶的顶部并延伸至消毒液桶内腔的底部,所述出水管远离活塞缸的一端与高压喷头的进水口连通。
优选的,所述消毒液桶右侧的上端连通有加料管,两个所述的侧板上贯穿有挡杆。
优选的,所述底座顶部的右侧固定连接有推杆,所述底座底部的四角均固定安装有万向轮。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备。具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,通过拉动第二拉杆,进而使第一拉杆的上端向右移,第一拉杆拉动钢丝绳,钢丝绳通过支架拉动粪铲顺时针转动,把粪便铲到粪桶内,然后粪铲在自重下落回原处,简单方便的将粪便收集到粪桶内,省时省力,且有挡板的遮挡,使粪便不会落到挡板的右侧。
(2)、该养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,通过第二拉杆的上端向右移动,利用滑套推动活塞杆,把活塞缸内消毒液通过出水管挤出,从高压喷头喷出,对地面消毒,在铲粪便的同时进行消毒,避免了后期单独消毒而浪费时间,提高了效率。
(3)、该养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,通过活塞杆推动活塞,对活塞缸内消毒液进行加压,使消毒液喷出时带有冲力,对地面有一定的冲刷效果。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,包括底座1,底座1顶部的右侧固定连接有推杆25,底座1底部的四角均固定安装有万向轮,底座1底部的左侧固定安装有高压喷头22,进水管18远离活塞缸14的一端贯穿消毒液桶6的顶部并延伸至消毒液桶6内腔的底部,出水管19远离活塞缸14的一端与高压喷头22的进水口连通,底座1顶部的中间固定安装有挡板2,挡板2的顶部呈弧形,能更好的起到遮挡作用,底座1顶部的前后两侧且位于挡板2的左侧均固定安装有侧板3,底座1的顶部且位于挡板2的右侧转动连接有第一拉杆4,第一拉杆4的顶端转动连接有第二拉杆5,通过拉动第二拉杆5,进而使第一拉杆4的上端向右移,第一拉杆4拉动钢丝绳13,钢丝绳13通过支架9拉动粪铲10顺时针转动,把粪便铲到粪桶8内,然后粪铲10在自重下落回原处,简单方便的将粪便收集到粪桶8内,省时省力,且有挡板2的遮挡,使粪便不会落到挡板2的右侧,通过第二拉杆5的上端向右移动,利用滑套17推动活塞杆16,把活塞缸14内消毒液通过出水管19挤出,从高压喷头22喷出,对地面消毒,在铲粪便的同时进行消毒,避免了后期单独消毒而浪费时间,提高了效率,底座1的顶部且位于第一拉杆4的右侧从上到下依次固定安装有消毒液桶6和储物仓7,储物仓7可放置清理工具,消毒液桶6右侧的上端连通有加料管23,两个侧板3上贯穿有挡杆24,挡杆24位于粪桶8的左侧,从装置前方插入,依次贯穿两个侧板3并延伸至后方侧板3的后面,起到阻挡粪桶8的作用,防止其从左侧滑出,消毒液桶6的顶部固定安装有活塞缸14,活塞缸14的右端从上到下依次连通有进水管18和出水管19,进水管18和出水管19上分别固定安装有第一单向阀20和第二单向阀21,且第一单向阀20和第二单向阀21的方向相反,第一单向阀20使进水管18内的水流只能从右向左,第二单向阀21使出水管19内的水流只能从左向右,活塞缸14的内部滑动连接有活塞15,活塞15的左端固定连接有活塞杆16,通过活塞杆16推动活塞15,对活塞缸14内消毒液进行加压,使消毒液喷出时带有冲力,对地面有一定的冲刷效果,活塞杆16的左端贯穿活塞缸14的左端并延伸至活塞缸14的左侧,活塞杆16的左端转动连接有滑套17,且滑套17套设在第一拉杆4的表面,底座1的顶部且位于挡板2的左侧设置有粪桶8,粪桶8放置在挡板2与两个侧板3之间,两个侧板3的内壁之间转动连接有支架9,两个侧板3相对一侧的左下角与支架9的右侧转动连接,支架9的左侧固定安装有粪铲10,支架9的中间固定连接有横梁11,当支架9顺指针转动时,横梁11可挡住粪桶8,从而限制支架9转动极限的位置,侧板3顶部的左侧转动连接有滑轮12,支架9的前后两侧均通过钢丝绳13与第一拉杆4的前后两侧固定连接,钢丝绳13远离支架9的一端通过滑轮12再与第一拉杆4固定连接。
工作时,从加料管向23消毒液桶6内加入消毒液,将设备推到粪便处,将粪便铲进粪铲10内,拉动第二拉杆5,进而使第一拉杆4的上端向右移,第一拉杆4拉动钢丝绳13,钢丝绳13通过支架9拉动粪铲10顺时针转动,把粪便铲到粪桶8内,同时第一拉杆4利用滑套17推动活塞杆16,活塞杆16内压强增大,第一单向阀20关闭,第二单向阀21打开,把活塞缸14内消毒液通过出水管19挤出,从高压喷头22喷出,对地面消毒,然后将第二拉杆5向左推,第一拉杆4带动活塞杆16和活塞15左移,活塞缸14内压强减小,第一单向阀20打开,第二单向阀21关闭,消毒液桶6内的消毒液从进水管18进入活塞缸14内,而粪铲10在自重下落回原处,当打扫结束,抽出挡杆24,推出粪桶8处理粪便。

1.一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部的中间固定安装有挡板(2),所述底座(1)顶部的前后两侧且位于挡板(2)的左侧均固定安装有侧板(3),所述底座(1)的顶部且位于挡板(2)的右侧转动连接有第一拉杆(4),所述第一拉杆(4)的顶端转动连接有第二拉杆(5),所述底座(1)的顶部且位于第一拉杆(4)的右侧从上到下依次固定安装有消毒液桶(6)和储物仓(7),所述底座(1)的顶部且位于挡板(2)的左侧设置有粪桶(8),两个所述的侧板(3)的内壁之间转动连接有支架(9),所述支架(9)的左侧固定安装有粪铲(10),所述支架(9)的中间固定连接有横梁(11),所述侧板(3)顶部的左侧转动连接有滑轮(12),所述支架(9)的前后两侧均通过钢丝绳(13)与第一拉杆(4)的前后两侧固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,其特征在于:所述消毒液桶(6)的顶部固定安装有活塞缸(14),所述活塞缸(14)的内部滑动连接有活塞(15),所述活塞(15)的左端固定连接有活塞杆(16),所述活塞杆(16)的左端贯穿活塞缸(14)的左端并延伸至活塞缸(14)的左侧,所述活塞杆(16)的左端转动连接有滑套(17),且滑套(17)套设在第一拉杆(4)的表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,其特征在于:所述活塞缸(14)的右端从上到下依次连通有进水管(18)和出水管(19),所述进水管(18)和出水管(19)上分别固定安装有第一单向阀(20)和第二单向阀(21),且第一单向阀(20)和第二单向阀(21)的方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,其特征在于:所述底座(1)底部的左侧固定安装有高压喷头(22),所述进水管(18)远离活塞缸(14)的一端贯穿消毒液桶(6)的顶部并延伸至消毒液桶(6)内腔的底部,所述出水管(19)远离活塞缸(14)的一端与高压喷头(22)的进水口连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,其特征在于:所述消毒液桶(6)右侧的上端连通有加料管(23),两个所述的侧板(3)上贯穿有挡杆(24)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种养殖场畜禽粪污处理设备,其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部的右侧固定连接有推杆(25),所述底座(1)底部的四角均固定安装有万向轮。
