In one embodiment, when the equivalent device is connected, it can be set to be unable to be queried, so that the query is free without looking at the state of the equivalent device as long as the equivalent device that can be queried is free.
Step 303, in response to querying the equivalent device of the second device, sending an activation instruction and first information to the equivalent device;
and when the equivalent device of the second device is inquired, sending an activation instruction and first information to the equivalent device. The activation instruction is used for enabling the equivalent device to send a bluetooth broadcast signal to wait for connection of the user equipment, and the first information may be a key value or a key or a token calculated by a bluetooth gateway and is used for connection authentication between the user equipment and the equivalent device.
Step 304, sending the device information of the equivalent device and the first information to the first device.
The bluetooth gateway sends the device information of the equivalent device, such as the MAC address of the equivalent device, and the first information, such as a key value or a key or a token, to the user equipment, so that the user equipment uses the device information of the equivalent device and the first information to connect the equivalent device.
In this embodiment, after step S304, the method may further include:
step S305, scanning a second broadcast, wherein the second broadcast is sent by a first device, and the second broadcast has device information of the equivalent device and an identifier indicating that the equivalent device is idle;
step S306, responding to the scanning of the second broadcast, and updating the state of the equivalent device to be idle.
When the communication between the user equipment and the equivalent equipment is finished, a second broadcast is sent, the Bluetooth gateway scans the second broadcast, the second broadcast carries the equipment information of the equivalent equipment and the identification which indicates that the equivalent equipment is idle, and indicates that the equivalent equipment is idle and can be connected by other equipment. When the bluetooth gateway scans the second broadcast, the status of the equivalent device is updated to be idle according to the device information of the equivalent device in the broadcast, such as the MAC address of the equivalent device, and when the user device queries the equivalent device next time, the equivalent device can be queried.
In this embodiment, after step S302, the method may further include:
connecting the first equipment and receiving user information of the first equipment;
and authenticating the user information, and if the user information passes the authentication, continuing to execute the step S303.
Here, an authentication step is added, which needs to receive the user information of the first device, such as the user ID, from the first device, and perform authentication at the bluetooth gateway to determine that the user of the first device has the right to connect to the equivalent device.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, where the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to this embodiment may be executed by a gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus may be implemented as software, or implemented as a combination of software and hardware, and the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus may be integrated in a device in a communication system, such as a bluetooth device. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the steps of:
step S401, in response to receiving the activation instruction and the first information, creating a second service;
in this step, the bluetooth device receives the activation command sent by the bluetooth gateway and the first information for connection authentication, and immediately creates a second service, such as gatt server, locally.
Step S402, a third broadcast is sent through a second service, and the third broadcast is provided with an identification of an equivalent device activation state;
the bluetooth device sends a third broadcast by using the second service, wherein the third broadcast has an identifier that the bluetooth device is in an active state, and the third broadcast may further include a MAC address of the bluetooth device.
Step S403, receiving a connection request sent by a first device;
the first device scans the third broadcast after receiving the device information and the first information of the equivalent device sent by the Bluetooth gateway, sends a Bluetooth connection request by using the first information after scanning the third broadcast with the equivalent device information, and receives the connection request sent by the first device after sending the third broadcast.
Step S404, in response to the connection request including the first information, establishing a bluetooth connection with the first device.
And when the connection request is detected to include the first information, determining to establish Bluetooth connection with a plurality of first devices, processing data requests of the first devices, and the like.
In this embodiment, after step S404, the method may further include:
step S405, in response to the disconnection of the Bluetooth connection with the first device, deleting the activation instruction and the first information.
In this step, after the bluetooth device disconnects from the first device, the received activation command and the first information are deleted, so as to receive the next activation command and the first information.
Through the technical scheme in the embodiment, when the user equipment is connected with the Bluetooth equipment, the user equipment finds that the Bluetooth equipment needing to be connected is occupied or breaks down, and can request the Bluetooth gateway to inquire the equivalent equipment of the Bluetooth equipment so as to solve the problem that the Bluetooth equipment cannot be connected when occupied.
Fig. 5 is an overall flowchart of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication system provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, the overall system includes a user equipment, a bluetooth gateway, and a bluetooth device 3. Wherein bluetooth device refers to the equivalent device in the above embodiments. In the communication system, when a user device wants to connect a bluetooth device, and finds that the bluetooth device has been connected by other devices or the bluetooth device has a failure, it creates a gatt server locally, sends a first broadcast with the MAC address, device type and instruction of inquiring the equivalent device of the bluetooth device, after the surrounding bluetooth gateways scan the broadcast, inquires the equivalent device of the bluetooth device according to the MAC address, device type and so on of the bluetooth device, when finding the equivalent device, can perform an authentication operation (not shown in the figure) on the user device, then sends the device information and first information of the equivalent device to the user device, and sends an activation instruction and first information to the equivalent device, when the equivalent device receives the activation instruction, creates a gatt server on the equivalent device, sending a third broadcast, wherein the broadcast comprises an activation identifier of the equivalent device and an MAC address of the equivalent device; and after receiving the equipment information and the first information of the equivalent equipment, the user equipment scans the third broadcast, and after the third broadcast is scanned, the user equipment uses the first information as authentication information to connect the equivalent equipment and performs data transmission. When the data transmission is finished or the time limit of the connection is reached, the connection is disconnected, the user equipment sends a second broadcast, the second broadcast is provided with the equipment information of the equivalent equipment and the identification which represents the idle state of the equivalent equipment, and after the Bluetooth gateway scans the second broadcast, the state of the equivalent equipment is updated to be idle, so that other user equipment can inquire and be connected to the equivalent equipment.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of a gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 60 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes: a first creation module 61, a first broadcasting module 62, a first receiving module 63, a second receiving module 64, a first connection module 65. a first broadcast module 62, configured to send a first broadcast through the first service, where the first broadcast includes device information of a second device and an instruction for querying an equivalent device of the second device;

a first disconnection module 66 for disconnecting the equivalent device;
a second broadcast module 67, configured to send a second broadcast through the first service, where the second broadcast includes the device information of the equivalent device and an identifier indicating that the equivalent device is idle.
Further, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 60 further includes:
a connection sending module 68, configured to send a connection request, where the connection request is used to request a connection to a second device using bluetooth;
a determining module 69 for determining that the connection request has not received a response or has been rejected.
Further, the second receiving module 64 is configured to receive, from the bluetooth gateway, the MAC address of the equivalent device and a key value in response to connecting to the bluetooth gateway, where the key value is used for authenticating with the second device.
The apparatus shown in fig. 6 can perform the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and reference may be made to the related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 for a part of this embodiment that is not described in detail. The implementation process and technical effect of the technical solution refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
In a second embodiment of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 70 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 70 includes: a first scanning module 71, an inquiring module 72, a first sending module 73, and a second sending module 74. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a first scanning module 71, configured to scan a first broadcast, where the first broadcast is sent by a first device, and the first broadcast includes device information of a second device and an instruction for querying an equivalent device of the second device;
an inquiry module 72 for inquiring an equivalent device of the second device in response to scanning the first broadcast;
a first sending module 73, configured to send, in response to querying an equivalent device of the second device, an activation instruction and first information to the equivalent device;

a second scanning module 75, configured to scan a second broadcast, where the second broadcast is sent by a first device, and the second broadcast has device information of the equivalent device and an identifier indicating that the equivalent device is idle;
an update module 76 for updating the state of the equivalent device to idle in response to scanning the second broadcast.
Further, the query module 72 is configured to query a device of the same device type as the second device with the device type ID of the second device in the first broadcast in response to scanning the first broadcast.
Further, the first sending module 73 is configured to find an equivalent device that is the same as the second device in type and is idle according to the device type ID of the second device, and send an activation instruction and a key value to the equivalent device.
The apparatus in the second embodiment shown in fig. 7 can perform the method of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and reference may be made to the related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 3 for a part not described in detail in this embodiment. The implementation process and technical effect of the technical solution refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and are not described herein again.
In a third embodiment of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 80 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 80 includes: a second creation module 81, a third broadcast module 82, a third receiving module 83, and a second connection module 84. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a second creating module 81 for creating a second service in response to receiving the activation instruction and the first information;
a third broadcasting module 82, configured to send a third broadcast through a second service, where the third broadcast has an identifier of an equivalent device activation status;
a third receiving module 83, configured to receive a connection request sent by the first device;
a second connection module 84, configured to establish a bluetooth connection with the first device in response to the connection request including the first information.
Further, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus 80 further includes:
a deleting module 85, configured to delete the activation instruction and the first information in response to disconnecting the bluetooth connection with the first device.
The apparatus in the second embodiment shown in fig. 8 can perform the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and reference may be made to the related description of the embodiment shown in fig. 4 for a part not described in detail in this embodiment. The implementation process and technical effect of the technical solution refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a hardware block diagram illustrating an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, an electronic device 90 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a memory 91 and a processor 92.
The memory 91 is used to store non-transitory computer readable instructions. In particular, memory 91 may include one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. The volatile memory may include, for example, Random Access Memory (RAM), cache memory (cache), and/or the like. The non-volatile memory may include, for example, Read Only Memory (ROM), hard disk, flash memory, etc.
The processor 92 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities and/or instruction execution capabilities, and may control other components in the electronic device 90 to perform desired functions. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor 92 is configured to execute the computer readable instructions stored in the memory 91, so that the electronic device 90 performs all or part of the aforementioned steps of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Those skilled in the art should understand that, in order to solve the technical problem of how to obtain a good user experience, the present embodiment may also include well-known structures such as a communication bus, an interface, and the like, and these well-known structures should also be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

The non-transitory computer readable instructions 101, when executed by a processor, perform all or a portion of the steps of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication methods of the various embodiments of the present disclosure described above.
The computer-readable storage medium 100 includes, but is not limited to: optical storage media (e.g., CD-ROMs and DVDs), magneto-optical storage media (e.g., MOs), magnetic storage media (e.g., magnetic tapes or removable disks), media with built-in rewritable non-volatile memory (e.g., memory cards), and media with built-in ROMs (e.g., ROM cartridges).

Fig. 11 is a diagram illustrating a hardware structure of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 11, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication terminal 110 includes the above-mentioned gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus embodiment.
The terminal device may be implemented in various forms, and the terminal device in the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, mobile terminal devices such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a navigation apparatus, a vehicle-mounted terminal device, a vehicle-mounted display terminal, a vehicle-mounted electronic rear view mirror, and the like, and fixed terminal devices such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like.
The terminal may also include other components as equivalent alternative embodiments. As shown in fig. 11, the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication terminal 110 may include a power supply unit 111, a wireless communication unit 112, an a/V (audio/video) input unit 113, a user input unit 114, a sensing unit 115, an interface unit 116, a controller 117, an output unit 118, and a storage unit 119, and the like. Fig. 11 shows a terminal having various components, but it is to be understood that not all of the shown components are required to be implemented, and that more or fewer components may alternatively be implemented.
The wireless communication unit 112 allows, among other things, radio communication between the terminal 110 and a wireless communication system or network. The a/V input unit 113 is for receiving an audio or video signal. The user input unit 114 may generate key input data to control various operations of the terminal device according to a command input by a user. The sensing unit 115 detects a current state of the terminal 110, a position of the terminal 110, presence or absence of a touch input of the terminal 110 by a user, an orientation of the terminal 110, acceleration or deceleration movement and direction of the terminal 110, and the like, and generates a command or signal for controlling an operation of the terminal 110. The interface unit 116 serves as an interface through which at least one external device is connected to the terminal 110. The output unit 118 is configured to provide output signals in a visual, audio, and/or tactile manner. The storage unit 119 may store software programs or the like for processing and controlling operations performed by the controller 117, or may temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output. The storage unit 119 may include at least one type of storage medium. Also, the terminal 110 may cooperate with a network storage device that performs a storage function of the storage unit 119 through a network connection. The controller 117 generally controls the overall operation of the terminal device. In addition, the controller 117 may include a multimedia module for reproducing or playing back multimedia data. The controller 117 may perform a pattern recognition process to recognize a handwriting input or a picture drawing input performed on the touch screen as a character or an image. The power supply unit 111 receives external power or internal power and supplies appropriate power required to operate the respective elements and components under the control of the controller 117.
Various embodiments of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method presented in this disclosure may be implemented using a computer-readable medium, such as computer software, hardware, or any combination thereof. For a hardware implementation, various embodiments of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method proposed by the present disclosure may be implemented by using at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a processor, a controller, a microcontroller, a microprocessor, an electronic unit designed to perform the functions described herein, and in some cases, various embodiments of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method proposed by the present disclosure may be implemented in the controller 77. For software implementation, various embodiments of the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method presented in this disclosure may be implemented with a separate software module that allows at least one function or operation to be performed. The software codes may be implemented by software applications (or programs) written in any suitable programming language, which may be stored in the memory unit 119 and executed by the controller 117.

Claims (20)

1. A gateway-based equivalent device Bluetooth communication method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
creating a first service;
sending a first broadcast through the first service, wherein the first broadcast is provided with equipment information of second equipment and an instruction for inquiring equivalent equipment of the second equipment;
receiving a connection request of a Bluetooth gateway;
receiving device information of an equivalent device and first information from the Bluetooth gateway in response to connecting to the Bluetooth gateway; wherein the device information of the equivalent device is different from the device information of the second device;
connecting the equivalent device using the device information of the equivalent device and the first information.
2. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 1, wherein said method further comprises:
disconnecting the equivalent device;
and sending a second broadcast through the first service, wherein the second broadcast is provided with the equipment information of the equivalent equipment and an identifier which indicates that the equivalent equipment is idle.
3. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 1, further comprising, before said creating the first service:
sending a connection request for requesting connection of a second device using Bluetooth;
determining that the connection request received no response or was denied.
4. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 1, wherein said receiving device information of the equivalent device and the first information from the bluetooth gateway in response to the connection to the bluetooth gateway comprises:
in response to connecting to the Bluetooth gateway, receiving from the Bluetooth gateway a MAC address of the equivalent device and a key value, the key value for authenticating with the equivalent device.
5. A gateway-based equivalent device Bluetooth communication method is characterized by comprising the steps of scanning a first broadcast, wherein the first broadcast is sent by a first device, the first broadcast is provided with device information of a second device and an instruction for inquiring an equivalent device of the second device;
querying an equivalent device of a second device in response to scanning the first broadcast;
responding to the equivalent device of the second device, and sending an activation instruction and first information to the equivalent device;
sending the device information of the equivalent device and the first information to the first device; wherein the device information of the equivalent device is different from the device information of the second device.
6. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 5, wherein said method further comprises:
scanning a second broadcast, wherein the second broadcast is sent by a first device, and the second broadcast is provided with device information of the equivalent device and an identifier indicating that the equivalent device is idle;
updating the state of the equivalent device to idle in response to scanning the second broadcast.
7. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 5, wherein the device information of the second device comprises: the MAC address of the second device and the device type ID.
8. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 7, wherein said querying the equivalent device of the second device in response to scanning the first broadcast comprises:
in response to scanning the first broadcast, querying a device of the same device type as the second device with a device type ID of the second device included in the first broadcast.
9. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 7, wherein said sending the activation instruction and the first information to the equivalent device in response to querying the equivalent device of the second device comprises:
and searching the idle equivalent equipment with the same type as the second equipment according to the equipment type ID of the second equipment, and sending an activation instruction and a key value to the equivalent equipment.
10. A gateway-based equivalent device Bluetooth communication method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in response to receiving the activation instruction and the first information, creating a second service;
sending a third broadcast through a second service, wherein the third broadcast is provided with an identification of an equivalent device activation state;
receiving a connection request sent by first equipment;
and responding to the first information included in the connection request, and establishing Bluetooth connection with the first equipment.
11. The gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to claim 10, wherein said method further comprises:
deleting the activation instruction and the first information in response to disconnecting the Bluetooth connection with the first device.
12. An equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus based on gateway, comprising:
a first creation module for creating a first service;
a first broadcast module, configured to send a first broadcast through the first service, where the first broadcast includes device information of a second device and an instruction for querying an equivalent device of the second device;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a connection request of the Bluetooth gateway;
a second receiving module, configured to receive, in response to being connected to the bluetooth gateway, device information of an equivalent device and the first information from the bluetooth gateway; wherein the device information of the equivalent device is different from the device information of the second device;
and the first connection module is used for connecting the equivalent equipment by using the equipment information of the equivalent equipment and the first information.
13. An equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus based on gateway, comprising:
the device comprises a first scanning module, a second scanning module and a third scanning module, wherein the first scanning module is used for scanning a first broadcast, the first broadcast is sent by first equipment, and the first broadcast is provided with equipment information of second equipment and an instruction for inquiring equivalent equipment of the second equipment;
a query module for querying an equivalent device of a second device in response to scanning the first broadcast;
the first sending module is used for responding to the equivalent equipment of the second equipment, and sending an activation instruction and first information to the equivalent equipment;
a second sending module, configured to send the device information of the equivalent device and the first information to the first device; wherein the device information of the equivalent device is different from the device information of the second device.
14. An equivalent device bluetooth communication apparatus based on gateway, comprising:
a second creation module for creating a second service in response to receiving the activation instruction and the first information;
a third broadcast module, configured to send a third broadcast through a second service, where the third broadcast has an identifier of an equivalent device activation state;
a third receiving module, configured to receive a connection request sent by the first device;
and the second connection module is used for responding to the first information included in the connection request and establishing Bluetooth connection with the first equipment.
15. A gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication device, comprising:
a memory for storing non-transitory computer readable instructions; and
a processor for executing the computer readable instructions such that the processor when executing implements the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method according to any of claims 1-4.
16. A gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication device, comprising:

18. A computer readable storage medium storing non-transitory computer readable instructions which, when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the gateway-based equivalent device bluetooth communication method of any one of claims 1-4.
