Abstract
The present invention relates to a display device having a true depth image. The device comprises a plurality of element plates, wherein the element plates are respectively decomposed into independent scenery elements according to the far, near, level and color elements of each scenery constituting the image, and each pattern formed by the independent scenery elements is correspondingly processed on a scenery carrier formed by a transparent material with a set shape; the element plates are arranged in parallel along the direction perpendicular to the surface of the pattern according to the sequence of the near and far layers and color elements to be represented in the image, the relative positions of the patterns are aligned, the thickness of each layer of element plate, the processing depth of the patterns and the distance between the element plates are determined according to the requirement of depth of field representation, transparent medium layers are filled between the element plates, and the material refractive index of the transparent medium layers is smaller than that of the element plates. The invention can directly see the stereoscopic image with real front and back layers without any instrument or tool. Through illumination, the picture is more lifelike and has strong layering sense.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an image display device, in particular to a display device with a real depth image.
Background
Stereoscopic pictures or movies are a type of planar image from which a person can feel a stereoscopic effect. The traditional stereograph is displayed on a plane by using special optical materials (commonly called grating materials), which changes the traditional plane image and brings new visual feeling for people. The hands feel flat, the eyes look three-dimensional, the front view and the deep back view are prominent, and the scenery is lifelike. However, the manufacture of such stereograms involves stereoscopic image synthesis techniques and is costly to manufacture.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a display device with a real depth image, which has simple manufacturing process, can directly see the front and back layers of a scene by human eyes, can be used for night lamp illumination, and has strong decorative effect.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a display device with true depth image includes multiple element plates, which are separated into independent scene elements according to the distance, level and color elements of each scene forming the image, each pattern formed by independent scene elements is processed on a transparent material with a set shape; the element plates are arranged in parallel along the direction perpendicular to the pattern surface according to the distance, the level and the color elements to be expressed in the image, the relative positions of the patterns are aligned, the thickness of each layer of element plate, the processing depth of the patterns and the distance between the element plates are determined according to the requirement of depth of field expression, transparent medium layers are filled between the element plates, and the material refractive index of the transparent medium layers is smaller than that of the element plates; each element plate is provided with a group of matched light sources, the light sources are incident on the end face perpendicular to the pattern face of the element plate, and the wavelength, the color temperature and the luminous flux of the light sources are matched according to the color and the illumination of scenery elements; the multi-layer element plate and the transparent medium layer are laminated to form an image with a real depth of field.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the beneficial effects that:
the stereoscopic effect can be seen without any instrument or tool for observation, and the stereoscopic image with real front and rear layers of scenery can be directly seen at a glance without adjusting eyeballs as in the prior art for viewing the three-dimensional stereoscopic image. Through illumination, the picture color is more vivid, the layering sense is strong, and the night lamp can be used as a night lamp.

the element plate is an organic or inorganic transparent material.
The transparent medium layer is an organic, inorganic transparent material or colorless transparent gas layer.
The pattern on the element plate is processed by carving, laser projection, corrosion and printing modes.
The adjacent element plates are connected by bonding through a backing plate arranged at the periphery of the element plate.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a display device with a real depth image includes 3 element plates 1, wherein the main body part is elliptical and made of transparent organic glass (PMMA); the scenery on the image is decomposed into 3 parts of scenery elements according to the difference of depth of field, the patterns of the scenery elements are engraved on the surfaces of 3 element plates 1 respectively, the 3 element plates 1 are arranged in parallel according to the sequence from back to front of depth of field, the relative positions of the patterns are aligned, adjacent element plates 1 are bonded and connected into a whole through an annular base plate 2 arranged on the periphery of the element plate 1, an air layer between the adjacent element plates 1 is an intermediate medium layer 3, the refractive index of the air layer is smaller than that of the element plates 1 of the glass plate, and the thickness of the element plates 1, the engraving depth of the patterns and the inter-plate spacing distance are set according to the depth of field requirement.
The element board 1 in this embodiment is provided with a light source irradiation part 6, the light source irradiation part 6 is a part with an arc notch extending out from the outer edge of the bottom end of the element board 1, the bottom of the light source irradiation part 6 is provided with a circuit board 4 with LED light sources 5, a group of LED light sources 5 are arranged corresponding to the light source irradiation part 6 of one element board, light irradiates on the end face of the arc notch, and irradiates into the element board 1 through the arc notch, so that the image elements on the element board 1 are clearly visible, the spectrum wavelength, color temperature and luminous flux of the LED light sources are required to match the color, illumination and other requirements of scenery elements, and the three-dimensional image effect with excellent color fidelity and strong layering is reflected by superposition and recombination of the image elements with different depth of field on 3 element boards 1.
The display device can be used as an ornamental ornament and a night lamp.
