The invention aims to provide an electric connection device of a circuit board, which can realize stable and quick connection between the circuit board and a terminal, can prevent metal fatigue of the terminal, and can prevent the terminal from generating poor contact with the circuit board due to the weakening of elasticity after long-time use.

Under the electric connection state, the electric connection device not only clamps the circuit board by the first clamp body and the second clamp body except the acting force of the terminal on the circuit board, thereby increasing the stability of the circuit board and preventing the circuit board from being separated due to vibration and other reasons.
