Abstract
The invention provides an image sensor chip and a terminal device of a double-layer embedded biological recognition algorithm, wherein the image sensor chip comprises: the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer; the first dielectric layer is provided with a pixel module and a circuit module; the second medium layer is provided with a biological identification module; the pixel module is used for realizing image acquisition and converting an acquired optical signal into an electric signal; the circuit module comprises an analog circuit part and a digital circuit part, wherein the analog circuit part is used for converting an electric signal into a digital signal, and the digital circuit part is used for carrying out format processing on the converted digital signal so as to output a digital signal with a preset format requirement; the biological recognition module is at least provided with a biological recognition block, and the biological recognition block carries out biological feature recognition according to a built-in biological recognition algorithm. An image sensor chip of a double-layer embedded biometric algorithm, comprising: the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer; the first dielectric layer is provided with a pixel module and a circuit module, the circuit module is paved on the periphery of the pixel module, and the circuit module is electrically connected with the pixel module; the second medium layer is provided with a biological identification module, and the biological identification module on the second medium layer is electrically connected with the pixel module and the circuit module on the first medium layer;
the pixel module is used for realizing image acquisition and converting an acquired optical signal into an electric signal;
The circuit module comprises an analog circuit part and a digital circuit part, wherein the analog circuit part is used for converting the electric signal into a digital signal, and the digital circuit part is used for carrying out format processing on the converted digital signal so as to output a digital signal with a preset format requirement;
the biological recognition module is at least provided with a biological recognition block, a preset biological recognition algorithm is arranged in the biological recognition block, and the biological recognition block is used for carrying out corresponding biological feature recognition on the digital signal output by the circuit module according to the preset biological recognition algorithm arranged in the biological recognition block;
The biological recognition module is also provided with a safe encryption block which is used for carrying out safe encryption protection on the biological recognition module;
the secure encryption block comprises one or more functional areas of a password functional area, an identity number functional area and a preset specified reservation algorithm functional area;
The security encryption block is provided with a security encryption algorithm, and is used for realizing security encryption protection on the biological identification module according to the built-in security encryption algorithm.
2. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer are disposed opposite each other.
3. The image sensor chip according to claim 1, wherein the biometric block includes at least an image processing unit, a biometric unit, and a recognition result determination unit.
4. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the biometric module is further provided with a memory unit for providing storage space for the biometric block and the secure encryption block.
5. The image sensor chip according to claim 4, wherein the memory unit is provided with an external interface for connecting with an external device for the external device to use the memory unit, the external device comprising a module device and/or a terminal device.
6. The image sensor chip of claim 4, wherein the memory unit is configured to provide one or more of Flash memory storage, EEPROM electrically erasable programmable read-only memory storage, and SRAM static random access memory storage.
7. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein a plurality of I/O interfaces are provided on a periphery of the circuit module, and the circuit module is electrically connected to the outside through the I/O interfaces.
8. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the preset biometric algorithm built in the biometric block comprises: one or more of iris recognition algorithm, retina recognition algorithm, eye print recognition algorithm, face recognition algorithm, and vein recognition algorithm.
9. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the pre-set biometric algorithm built into the biometric block comprises a complete, partial, hybrid biometric software code, algorithm, or program.
10. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the pixel module comprises one or more of RGB, RGBW, RGBIR, RBGI, RWB and BW.
11. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the application scenario of the image sensor chip includes one or more of biometric identification, monitoring security, and financial payment.
12. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the burn-in location of the predetermined biometric algorithm comprises one or more of a chip factory, a packaging factory, and a terminal factory.
13. The image sensor chip of claim 1, wherein the burn-in site of the secure encryption algorithm comprises one or more of a chip factory, a packaging factory, and a terminal factory.
14. A terminal device, comprising: an image sensor chip of a dual-layer embedded biometric algorithm as in any one of claims 1-13.
15. The terminal device of claim 14, wherein the terminal device is one or more of a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a mobile handset, a smart home, a television, a gaming machine, and an AR/VR/MR device.
