Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for editing a presentation, and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the browser view mode, when a selection instruction from a user is received, judging that an editing mode in the browser view mode is started, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction; when an operation instruction from a user is received, performing an operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the objects in the slide are selected when the editing mode in the browser view mode is started in the browser view mode, so that the operation on the selected objects is realized, and the editing efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to terminal technologies, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for editing a presentation, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
Presentations typically contain multiple pages of slides, it is common practice to switch between different slides to modify content, or to copy content directly on different slides. Currently, slides can be edited under normal views, but only for one slide operation. If multiple slides need to be edited, the slides need to be switched back and forth, and the editing efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for editing a presentation file and a computer readable storage medium, which can edit a slide under a view of a viewer, thereby improving editing efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for editing a presentation, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the browser view mode, when a selection instruction from a user is received, judging that an editing mode in the browser view mode is started, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction;
when an operation instruction from a user is received, performing an operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and after the object in the slide corresponding to the selection instruction is selected, judging that the selected object belongs to the same slide, changing the state of a control which is in a function area and is unavailable and allows the selected object to operate into an available state, and changing the state of a menu item which is in a right key menu and is unavailable and allows the selected object to operate into an available state.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
after the object in the slide corresponding to the selected instruction is selected, when the selected object is judged to belong to different slides, the corresponding relation between the selected object and the slide is saved, the state of the control in the functional area which is unavailable and allows at least one selected object to operate is changed into an available state, and the state of the menu item in the right key menu which is unavailable and allows at least one selected object to operate is changed into an available state.

changing the current selected state into all selected objects in one slide according to the corresponding relation, and performing operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all selected objects in the one slide;
and continuing to execute the step of changing the current selected state into the selected objects in the other slide according to the corresponding relation, and performing the operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all the selected objects in the other slide until the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is performed on all the selected objects in the slide in the corresponding relation.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and when the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is not a deletion operation, restoring the current selected state to be selected for all the selected objects.

Compared with the related art, the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: in the browser view mode, when a selection instruction from a user is received, judging that an editing mode in the browser view mode is started, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction; when an operation instruction from a user is received, performing an operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the objects in the slide are selected when the editing mode in the browser view mode is started in the browser view mode, so that the operation on the selected objects is realized, and the editing efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with each other.
The steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figures may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is depicted in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps depicted or described may be performed in a different order than presented herein.
As shown in fig. 1, the current viewer view is only able to view thumbnail images of slides, but is not able to modify the contents of slides (e.g., insert pictures, insert self-selected graphics, enter text, move object positions, etc.), and many buttons are in gray state, i.e., not available.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for editing a presentation, including:
step 200, in the browser view mode, when receiving a selection instruction from a user, determining that an editing mode in the browser view mode is started, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction.
In this step, the user may input a selection instruction by clicking the mouse, that is, clicking the object to be selected by the mouse, and then the object in the slide corresponding to the selection instruction is the object in which the mouse is located in the slide in which the mouse is located.
The user can also input a selection instruction in a mouse dragging mode, and then the object in the slide corresponding to the selection instruction is the object in the range of the mouse dragging in the slide. The range of the mouse dragging is a rectangle or a circle formed by the starting position and the ending position of the mouse dragging.
In this step, the selected object may be one or more objects in the same slide or may be a plurality of objects in a plurality of slides.
When the selected objects are two or more, the user can input the selection instruction in a way of adding a ctrl key of the keyboard and clicking a mouse, namely, long pressing the ctrl key, and clicking the objects to be selected one by one through the mouse, so that the objects in the slide corresponding to the selection instruction comprise the objects in the slide in which the mouse is positioned when clicking each time.
In this step, after selecting the object in the slide corresponding to the selection instruction, when it is determined that the selected object belongs to the same slide, the state of the control in the function area that is unavailable and allows the selected object to operate is changed to the available state, and the state of the menu item in the right key menu that is unavailable and allows the selected object to operate is changed to the available state.
When the selected object is judged to belong to different slides, the corresponding relation between the selected object and the slides is saved, the state of the control which is in the functional area and is not available and allows at least one selected object to operate is changed into an available state, and the state of the control which is in the right key menu and is not available and allows at least one selected object to operate is changed into an available state.
In this way, the user may operate on the selected object by clicking on the control whose status is available.
For example, when the user selects the text box object 1 and the text box object 2 in the slide 1, the picture object 3 and the picture object 4 in the slide 2, and the table object 5 and the table object 6 in the slide 3, the state of the control in the function area that is not available and allows the text box object or the picture object or the table object to operate is changed to the available state, and the state of the menu item in the right key menu that is not available and allows the text box object or the picture object or the table object to operate is changed to the available state.

When the selected object belongs to different slides, the operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object comprises the following steps:
changing the current selected state into all selected objects in one of the slides according to the corresponding relation, and performing operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all selected objects in one of the slides;
and continuing to execute the step of changing the current selected state into the selected objects in the other slide according to the corresponding relation, and performing the operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all the selected objects in the other slide until the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is performed on all the selected objects in the slide in the corresponding relation.
For example, when the user selects the text box object 1 and the text box object 2 in the slide 1, the picture object 3 and the picture object 4 in the slide 2, and the table object 5 and the table object 6 in the slide 3, if an operation instruction from the user is received, the current selected state is changed to the selected text box object 1 and the text box object 2, and an operation corresponding to the operation instruction is performed on the text box object 1 and the text box object 2;
changing the current selected state into a selected picture object 3 and a selected picture object 4, and performing operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the picture object 3 and the picture object 4;
changing the current selected state into a selected table object 5 and a selected table object 6, and performing operations corresponding to the operation instructions on the table object 5 and the table object 6.
Wherein any operation performed on a plurality of selected objects in a single slide is the same as the operation performed on a single slide under a normal view.
In this step, the user may input an operation instruction by operating the control whose state is available, and the operation of the control whose state is available may be clicking the control whose state is available, or the like. Then, the selected object is subjected to the operation corresponding to the control with the available operation state. For example, if the user clicks the copy control, the selected object is copied; for another example, if the user clicks the delete control, the selected object is deleted; etc.
The user may also input an operation instruction through a shortcut key. Then, an operation corresponding to the shortcut key is performed on the selected object. For example, if the user presses ctrl key and C key simultaneously, copying the selected object; for another example, when the user presses ctrl key and X key simultaneously, the selected object is cut; etc.
The user may input an operation instruction by an operation on a menu item of the right-click menu, the operation on the menu item of the right-click menu may be a click menu item, or the like. Then an operation corresponding to the operated menu item is performed on the selected object. For example, the user clicks on a copy menu item of a right-click menu, copies a selected object, and so on.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and when the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is not the deletion operation, restoring the current selected state to the state of selecting all the selected objects.
Optionally, when the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is a delete operation, the present flow is ended.
Optionally, when it is determined that the editing mode in the browser view mode has been closed, the present flow is ended.
Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for editing a presentation, including:
the selection module is used for judging that the editing mode in the view mode of the browser is started when a selection instruction from a user is received in the view mode of the browser, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction;
and the operation module is used for carrying out operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object when the operation instruction from the user is received.
Optionally, the method further comprises:

Optionally, the operation module is further configured to:
and when the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is not a deletion operation, restoring the current selected state to be selected for all the selected objects.
Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment of the invention further provides a terminal, which includes a processor and a computer readable storage medium, wherein instructions are stored in the computer readable storage medium, and when the instructions are executed by the processor, any one of the methods for editing a presentation is implemented.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program realizing the steps of any one of the methods for editing the presentation when being executed by a processor.

Claims (8)
1. A method of editing a presentation, comprising:
in the browser view mode, when a selection instruction from a user is received, judging that an editing mode in the browser view mode is started, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction;
when judging that the selected object belongs to different slides, storing the corresponding relation between the selected object and the slides, changing the state of a control which is in a functional area and is operated by at least one selected object into an available state, and changing the state of a menu item which is in a right key menu and is not available and is operated by at least one selected object into an available state;
when an operation instruction from a user is received, performing an operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object;
wherein the controls or menu items that allow the selected object to operate are consistent with the normal view.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and after the object in the slide corresponding to the selection instruction is selected, judging that the selected object belongs to the same slide, changing the state of a control which is in a function area and is unavailable and allows the selected object to operate into an available state, and changing the state of a menu item which is in a right key menu and is unavailable and allows the selected object to operate into an available state.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein performing an operation on the selected object corresponding to an operation instruction comprises:
changing the current selected state into all selected objects in one slide according to the corresponding relation, and performing operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all selected objects in the one slide;
and continuously executing the step of changing the current selected state into the selected objects in the other slide according to the corresponding relation, and performing the operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all the selected objects in the other slide until the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is performed on all the selected objects in the slide in the corresponding relation.
4. An apparatus for editing a presentation, comprising:
the selection module is used for judging that the editing mode in the view mode of the browser is started when a selection instruction from a user is received in the view mode of the browser, and selecting an object in a slide corresponding to the selection instruction;
the setting module is used for storing the corresponding relation between the selected object and the slide to which the selected object belongs when judging that the selected object belongs to different slides, changing the state of a control which is in a functional area and allows at least one selected object to operate into an available state, and changing the state of a menu item which is in a right key menu and allows at least one selected object to operate into an available state;
the operation module is used for carrying out operation corresponding to the operation instruction on the selected object when receiving the operation instruction from the user;

and continuously executing the step of changing the current selected state into the selected objects in the other slide according to the corresponding relation, and performing the operation corresponding to the operation instruction on all the selected objects in the other slide until the operation corresponding to the operation instruction is performed on all the selected objects in the slide in the corresponding relation.
7. A terminal comprising a processor and a computer readable storage medium having instructions stored therein, which when executed by the processor, implement a method of editing a presentation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
8. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of editing a presentation according to any of claims 1 to 3.
