Description

Invoice issuing method and system based on webservice interface
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tax control, in particular to an invoice issuing method and system based on a webservice interface.
Background
The increase of marketing changes greatly increases the number of invoices issued by enterprises. Meanwhile, the implementation of the gold tax system requires that enterprises must use traditional invoicing software to invoice value-added tax invoices. Therefore, the management of value-added tax income and sale invoices by enterprises faces a great problem.
First, the number of invoices made by the enterprise increases, increasing financial workload. Today, 80% of businesses manually enter invoice information into invoicing software, which takes approximately two minutes to enter. If the daily invoice amount of the enterprise is small, the finance can be coped with. However, if the daily invoice amount is hundreds or even hundreds, a special group is required to be established to take charge of manually printing the invoice, which greatly increases the financial burden.
Second, manual transfer of data results in data inconsistencies. At present, the traditional invoicing software and the entry and sale systems of enterprises are mutually independent and lack effective interfaces, so that the tax flow involves a large amount of manual work and manual data transmission among multiple systems. The manual data transmission is difficult to ensure the accuracy, and the inconsistency of the data of the tax system and the financial system is inevitable.
Most of the existing invoice issuing technical means depend on hardware, the implementation cost is high, and the existing invoice issuing technical means cannot be in butt joint with an invoice management system used by an enterprise.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that in the background technology, a large amount of data is introduced manually, errors exist, an existing invoicing system is mostly dependent on hardware, the cost is high, and the existing invoicing system cannot be in butt joint with an invoice management system used by an enterprise, the invention provides an invoice issuing method and system based on a webservice interface; according to the method and the system, an invoice issuing plug-in is added in an invoice issuing management system used by an enterprise, an http request is directly sent to an invoice issuing server through a webservice, and invoice issuing is completed in real time in the conventional business processing process of the enterprise, and the invoice issuing method based on the webservice interface comprises the following steps:

the invoicing server finishes corresponding invoicing on the http request passing the data verification; and returning the invoice issuing information to an invoice management system through a webservice interface.
Further, the invoice management system comprises an incoming invoice management system and a sales invoice management system.
Further, if the authentication is abnormal or the data check is abnormal, the method includes:
returning the invoice data and the error description corresponding to the abnormity to an invoice management system through a webservice interface;
and the invoice management system displays the abnormal condition of the invoice data.
Further, the http request comprises a invoicing authorization certificate of the invoice management system; and the invoicing server carries out identity verification on the http request, and the identity verification comprises the steps of decrypting the invoicing authorization certificate according to an agreed decryption algorithm, and verifying whether the invoicing authorization information is legal or not and whether an invoice management system corresponding to the invoicing authorization information is consistent with the invoice data.
Further, the invoice data comprises an invoice code, an invoice number, an amount, a tax amount and invoice drawing information; and the data verification is used for comparing and confirming invoice data with corresponding information in the invoicing server.
Further, the http request is transmitted through a SOAP protocol.
The invoicing system based on the webservice interface comprises:
the invoice issuing plug-in is arranged on the invoice management system and sends an http request comprising invoice data generated by the invoice management system to an invoice issuing server through a webservice interface; the invoice data is generated according to business requirements;
the billing server is used for performing identity verification on the http request and performing data verification on the http request passing the identity verification;
the invoicing server is used for completing corresponding invoicing on the http request passing the data verification; and returning the invoice issuing information to an invoice management system through a webservice interface.
Further, the invoice management system comprises an incoming invoice management system and a sales invoice management system.
Further, the invoicing server is used for returning the invoice data and the error description corresponding to the exception to an invoicing plug-in of the invoice management system through a webservice interface;
the invoice issuing plug-in is used for displaying the abnormal condition of the invoice data on the invoice management system.
Further, the http request sent by the invoicing plug-in comprises an invoicing authorization certificate of the invoice management system; and the invoicing server carries out identity verification on the http request, and the identity verification comprises the steps of decrypting the invoicing authorization certificate according to an agreed decryption algorithm, and verifying whether the invoicing authorization information is legal or not and whether an invoice management system corresponding to the invoicing authorization information is consistent with the invoice data.
Further, the invoice data comprises an invoice code, an invoice number, an amount, a tax amount and invoice drawing information; and the billing server performs data verification to compare and confirm the invoice data and the corresponding information in the billing server.
Further, the http request sent by the invoicing plug-in is transmitted through a SOAP protocol.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the technical scheme of the invention provides an invoice issuing method and system based on a webservice interface, wherein an invoice issuing plug-in is added in an invoice issuing management system used by an enterprise, and an http request is directly sent to an invoice issuing server through the webservice, so that the invoice issuing can be completed in real time in the conventional business processing process of the enterprise, such as the operation of an entry invoice management system or a sales invoice management system.
