Abstract

The application discloses an end face contact type charging module and a touch control pen thereof, wherein the charging module is used for being in contact with the end face of the touch control pen to charge and comprises a seat body, a first electrode, a second electrode and a circuit board, the seat body is hollow and is provided with a jack, the first electrode and the second electrode are both arranged in the seat body, the first electrode is provided with a first contact part facing the jack, the second electrode is provided with an elastic piece and a second contact part supported by the elastic piece, the second contact part faces the jack, the circuit board is provided with a charging loop and is in electrical contact with the first electrode and the second electrode; therefore, when the end face of the touch pen is electrically contacted with the first contact part and the second contact part through the jack, the charging module can charge the touch pen. The invention utilizes the tail end of the touch pen as the requirement of contact type charging so as to avoid the influence of the charging structure on the overall appearance of the touch pen.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a device for charging a touch tool, and more particularly, to an end-contact charging module and a touch pen thereof.
Background
According to the current active touch pen in the market, structures such as charging jacks and the like are required to be arranged due to the requirement of power supply. Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a touch pen, which has two end surfaces and a pen body extending between the two end surfaces, wherein a pressing portion is disposed on one end surface, a first conductive member is disposed through the other end surface, the first conductive member has a first conductive surface exposed on the other end surface, the other end surface is further disposed with at least one second conductive member surrounding the first conductive member at intervals, and the second conductive member has a second conductive surface exposed on the other end surface; the first conductive surface is used for electrically connecting with the first contact part, and the second conductive surface is used for electrically contacting with the second contact part.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the first electrode 21 is disposed in the base 20 corresponding to the insertion hole 202, may be a positive electrode, and may be formed by a rod-shaped conductor, and a needle-shaped first contact portion 210 extends from a front end of the rod-shaped conductor, and the first contact portion 210 faces the insertion hole 202; the second electrode 22 is also disposed in the base 20 corresponding to the insertion hole 202, can be a negative electrode, and has an elastic member 220 and a second contact portion 221 abutted by the elastic member 220, wherein the second contact portion 221 faces the insertion hole 202. As mentioned above, the charging unit 23 mainly comprises a charging circuit board 230 having a charging circuit (not shown), and a connector 231 electrically connected to the charging circuit board 230, wherein the connector 231 can be a female connector or a socket of any specification, such as micro USB, etc., so as to utilize a power supply device, such as an external room power, etc., to transmit power to the charging unit 23 through a transmission line (not shown), and electrically contact the charging circuit board 230 through the first and second electrodes 21, 22 (i.e., the positive and negative electrodes of the charging circuit are respectively conducted with the first and second electrodes 21, 22), so as to charge the stylus 1. In the illustrated embodiment of the present invention, the housing 20 has a hole 203 on the outer wall of the accommodating portion 200, corresponding to the connector 231; furthermore, a carrying case 204 is disposed below the accommodating portion 200, the charging circuit board 230 of the charging unit 23 is stacked on the carrying case 204 and is assembled together at the lower portion inside the accommodating portion 200, and the first and second electrodes 21, 22 are vertically disposed on the charging circuit board 230 and face the insertion hole 202. In addition, the accommodating portion 200 may also be provided with a limiting structure 205, the limiting structure 205 is abutted against the second contact portion 221 to limit the distance pushed by the elastic member 220, and the configuration of the components in the accommodating portion 200 is also required.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the stylus 1 of the present invention has a conductive structure configuration formed on an end surface 11 thereof for making electrical contact during charging. As shown in fig. 3, an end cap 110 may be installed at a position of the pen body 12 of the stylus pen 1 opposite to the end face 11, the end face 11 is formed on the end cap 110, a control circuit board 120 and an electric power unit 121 electrically connected to the control circuit board 120 are installed in the pen body 12, and the electric power unit 121 may be a storage battery or a rechargeable battery, and on one hand, the electric power unit can supply power to the control circuit board 120 to provide the function of the stylus pen 1, and on the other hand, the electric power unit can be charged through the control circuit board 120. The control circuit board 120 is electrically connected to the charging module 2 through the end surface 11, so that the power unit 121 can be charged by external power.
As shown in fig. 4, the end cap 110 is provided with a first conductive member 111 at the center of the end surface 11, the first conductive member 111 has a first conductive surface 111a exposed on the end surface 11, and the end cap 110 is further provided with at least one second conductive member 112 surrounding the first conductive member 111 at intervals (i.e., there is a space between the first conductive member 111 and the second conductive member 112 surrounding the first conductive member), and may have a second conductive surface 112a formed in a continuous ring shape exposed on the end surface 11 (as shown in fig. 5). The end cap 110 is made of an insulating material, and the first conductive surface 111a corresponds to and provides electrical contact with the first contact portion 210 of the first electrode 21, and the second conductive surface 112a corresponds to and provides electrical contact with the second contact portion 221 of the second electrode 22; accordingly, when the stylus 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 202 of the charging module 2 through the end surface 11 thereof, the electrical contact can be achieved, so that the charging module 2 can charge the stylus 1. It is worth mentioning that: in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second conductive surface 112a protrudes from the first conductive surface 111 a; furthermore, the first conductive surface 111a is recessed into the end surface 11, and the second conductive surface 112a protrudes from the end surface 11.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, in order to provide a proper positioning effect when the stylus 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 202, the stylus 1 may be annularly provided with an annular groove 113 on the periphery of the end cap 110, the charging module 2 is provided with at least one positioning structure 24 at a corresponding position corresponding to the inner wall of the insertion hole 202, and the limiting structure 205 is assembled from the accommodating portion 200 toward the insertion hole 202, so that the positioning structure 24 can be limited by the limiting structure 205 and fixed at a position on the penetrating portion 201 corresponding to the annular groove 113, and includes a compression element 240 and a flange element 241 pushed by the compression element 240 toward the insertion hole 202, the flange element 241 has a body 242 partially having a semi-arc shape corresponding to the annular groove 113 and a protruding ring 243 protruding from the body 242 having a semi-arc-shaped surface; when the stylus 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 202, the compressing element 240 of the positioning structure 24 can push against the flange 241, so that the protruding ring 243 of the positioning structure cooperates with the annular groove 113 of the stylus 1 to provide a clamping function, so that the stylus 1 can be positioned in the insertion hole 202 of the charging module 2 to maintain the electrical contact state during charging.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in other possible application embodiments of the present invention, the charging module 2 may also be disposed on an electronic product 3, and the electronic product 3 may be a tablet computer or a notebook computer, or a similar device such as a mobile phone having a touch function or requiring a touch pen. The charging module 2 is disposed inside the electronic product 3, and the base 20 of the charging module 2 can be integrated with the housing or any part of the electronic product 3, and the insertion hole 202 is exposed on any surface of the electronic product 3 for the insertion of the touch pen 1.
