Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
The existing refrigerator door has two kinds of handles, namely an exposed handle and a hidden handle. The exposed handle is easier to find than the concealed handle, but generally protrudes from the outer shell of the door. For example, when the refrigerator protrudes from the front panel, the refrigerator is easy to pass through in the transportation process in the situation of limited width.
The invention provides a novel refrigerator which can meet the requirements of users on an exposed handle and a hidden handle and can overcome the defects.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved refrigerator, particularly a refrigerator which is convenient to use.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a refrigerator including:
a door comprising a first handle having a handle slot adapted to receive a finger of a user to open the door;
wherein the door further comprises a second handle in a rod shape, the second handle being switchable between a storage state in the handle groove and a use state outside the handle groove. The first handle can be used as a hidden handle, the second handle can be used as an exposed handle, and the second handle is arranged in a structure capable of switching the using state, so that the handle can be contained in the first handle when a user needs to hide the handle, and can be exposed out of the first handle when the user needs to expose the handle. Because the first in command, the second in command can satisfy respectively and be used for the demand to hidden handle and exposed handle, and the second in command can be accomodate in the first in command, therefore, can not protrusion in the shell body of door, the little space when can adapt to the transportation.
Optionally, the first handle and the second handle are used alternatively. When the second handle is exposed outside the first handle, the first handle and the second handle can be used at the same time, or only the second handle can be used. The first handle can be used when the second handle is received within the first handle.
Optionally, the second handle a) slides in the handle groove of the first handle after being turned over to realize the switching from the use state to the storage state; or b) the switching from the use state to the storage state is realized only by sliding in the handle groove of the first handle. As for the alternative of a), in the process of turning over the rod-shaped handle by a user, the height of the rod-shaped part protruding out of the door shell is gradually reduced until the rod-shaped part is positioned behind the door shell, and then the rod-shaped part is pushed into the handle groove of the first handle to realize storage. For the alternative of b), the rotating rod-shaped handle is only pushed into the handle groove of the first handle without turning over, so that the storage can be realized.
Optionally, the second handle in the stowed state is not visible. When the second handle is located within the first handle, a) some or all of the structure may not be obscured by structure on the door, and b) may be entirely obscured by structure on the door, for example by the front panel. The various schemes can meet different visual requirements of users.
Optionally, the handle slot has a slide way, and a fixing seat of the second handle is supported in the slide way. The slide can restrict the movement track of second handle for the second handle is pushed in and is pulled out the process smoothly. The second handle is abutted to the first handle in the mounting mode, so that the second handle can be detached from the first handle, and the detachable structure can improve the convenience of the second handle in mounting and maintaining.
Optionally, the two ends of the second handle are connected with connecting pieces, and the connecting pieces are abutted to the fixing seat through mounting pieces. The rod-shaped second handle and the connecting piece can be connected by a folding line or integrally formed, in the mode, no matter the second handle is in a storage state or a use state, the connecting piece is always positioned in the handle groove, and the connecting piece is arranged on the first handle, so that the second handle and the first handle can be installed. The mounting mode between connecting piece and the fixing base is for holding, for fixed connection modes such as screw, also can make things convenient for second handle installation, maintenance.
Optionally, the second handle is turned over to drive the connecting piece and the mounting piece to rotate integrally. The mounting part comprises a mounting seat, and the abutting surfaces of the mounting seat and the fixing seat are provided with stop structures for limiting the second handle to be in a storage state and a use state. The stopping position before and after the second handle is turned over can be realized by a) the mounting part and the fixing seat, and can also be realized by b) the connecting part and the mounting part. For the scheme a), the connecting piece rotates integrally with the mounting piece, and for the scheme b), the connecting piece does not rotate integrally with the mounting piece.
Optionally, the mounting member includes an elastic member, and the stop structure is a concave portion and a convex portion which are engaged by relative rotation. The stopper structure a) may be a stopper projection, and b) may be a recessed portion and a protruding portion that are fitted to each other by relative rotation. For the scheme b), two abutting surfaces, for example, the abutting surfaces of the mounting part and the fixing seat are provided with a concave part and a convex part, the convex part on one of the mounting part and the fixing seat can be embedded into the concave part on the other one, and in the relative rotation process of the mounting part and the fixing seat, the convex part is rotated out from one concave part, abutted to the convex part formed between the concave part and the adjacent concave part, and then enters the adjacent concave part. In the process, the relative distance between the mounting part and the fixed seat is changed, so that the changed distance needs to be buffered by an elastic part.
Optionally, the storage state and the use state of the second handle may be achieved by a) manually operating the second handle mechanical structure by a user, or b) by touching the display screen or pressing a button by the user, so as to control the movement of the mechanical structure through the integrated circuit.
Optionally, the door includes a front panel having control buttons thereon, the control buttons being electrically connected to the integrated circuit. The display screen or the button is arranged on the front panel, and is convenient and easy to operate relative to the side panel or the top shell.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the second handle in fig. 1 in a use state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a refrigerator 1 includes:
a door 2, the door 2 including a first handle 3, the first handle 3 having a handle slot 31 adapted to receive a finger of a user to open the door 2;
wherein the door 2 further includes a rod-shaped second handle 4, and the second handle 4 is switchable between a storage state in the handle groove 31 and a use state outside the handle groove 31.
In fig. 1 and 2, the second handle 4 is turned and then slides in the handle groove 31 of the first handle 3 to switch from the use state to the storage state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the door 2 has a door housing including a front panel 5 and side panels (not shown). The door housing has an opening partially in the front panel 5 and partially in the side panels, with the first handle 3 located in the opening.
Fig. 3 is a structural view of the first handle in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 3, the first handle 3 has a slide 31a therein. The slide ways 31a may be provided on the upper and lower inner surfaces of the first handle 3.
Fig. 4 is an exploded view of the first handle and the second handle of fig. 2. Fig. 5 is an enlarged view of the fixing base and the mounting base in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, the second handle 4 has connecting members 41 connected to both ends thereof, and the connecting members 41 may be integrally formed with the second handle 4. The connecting piece 41 is supported against the fixed seat 43 through the mounting piece 42.
The fixing seat 43 abuts against the slide 31a shown in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 5, the fixing base 43 has a tip 43a, and accordingly, the slide way 31a has a receiving notch for receiving the tip at the end located behind the front panel 5, so as to prevent the fixing base 43 from rebounding at the end of the slide way 31 a.
Referring to fig. 4, the mounting member 42 includes a mounting seat 42 a. Referring to fig. 5, the abutting surfaces of the mounting seat 42a and the fixing seat 43 have a convex portion 4a and a concave portion 4 b. The projection 4a of the mounting seat 42a is fitted into the recess 4b of the latter by rotating relative to the fixing seat 43, and at the same time, the projection 4a of the latter is fitted into the recess 4b of the former. The protrusion 4a and the recess 4b of the abutting surface of the mounting seat 42a and the fixing seat 43 correspond to a stop structure. In fig. 4, the protrusion 4a of the mounting seat 42a enters a recess 4b of the fixing seat 43, defining the second handle 4 in the use state. The mounting seat 42a is rotated 90 degrees towards the left surface paper under the driving of the second handle 4, the convex part 4a of the mounting seat 42a comes out of one concave part 4b of the fixing seat 43 and enters into the other concave part 4b adjacent to the concave part 4b, and the second handle 4 is in a storage state. The second handle 4 is switched from the storage state to the use state.
To keep the mounting seat 42a coaxial with the fixed seat 43 during rotation, the centers of the two can extend through the rotating shaft 44.
In the process that the mounting seat 42a rotates relative to the fixing seat 43, the relative distance between the mounting seat 42a and the fixing seat 43 changes, and the changed distance is buffered by an elastic piece. The elastic member may be a spring 42 b. To keep the spring 42b from shifting during rotation of the mounting block 42a, the spring 42b extends centrally through a positioning shaft. The positioning shaft may be part of the coupling seat 42 c. The connecting member 41 connected to the second handle 4 is a hollow cylinder, and the connecting seat 42c is fitted in the hollow cylinder. In order to realize the integral rotation with the second handle 4, the cross section of the nesting surface of the connecting seat 42c and the connecting piece 41 can be a non-smooth closed figure, such as a triangle, a quadrangle, a hexagon and the like with an angular structure. Since the second handle 4 has only two stopping positions, when the second handle is hexagonal, at least one corner can be changed into a smooth transition, so that the force for rotating the second handle 4 is saved.
In order to ensure that the mounting seat 42a and the connecting seat 42c rotate integrally, the positioning shaft on the connecting seat 42c can penetrate through the inner part of the mounting seat 42a to a certain depth, and the cross section of the nesting surface of the mounting seat and the connecting seat can be a non-smooth closed figure, such as a triangle, a quadrangle, a hexagon and the like with an edge angle.
In other alternatives, the resilient member may be a rubber gasket in addition to the spring 42 b.
It can be understood that the using state and the storage state of the second handle 4 are stopped by an elastic mode, so that the second handle 4 is convenient to detach.
In addition, instead of rotating the protrusion 4a and the recess 4b which are engaged with each other, two protrusions may be provided on the fixing base 43, and accordingly, the mounting base 42a has two notches. At this time, the mounting seat 42a is directly inserted into the hollow cylinder of the connector 41, and both rotate integrally.
It can be seen that during the turning process of the second handle 4, the height of the rod-shaped part protruding from the front panel 5 gradually decreases until the rod-shaped part is retracted behind the front panel 5.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the second handle in fig. 1 in a storage state.
After the second handle 4 is turned over, the second handle 4 can be pushed to slide in the slide way 31a shown in fig. 3 until the end of the slide way 31a stops. At this time, as shown in fig. 6, the second handle 4 is hidden behind the front panel 5 and is invisible to the user.
In other alternatives, the second handle 4 may be partially or completely visible when it is located at the end of the slideway 31 a.
The switching of the second handle 4 from the storage state to the use state is reverse to the above-described process, that is, the second handle 4 is slid in the handle groove 31 of the first handle 3 and then turned over.
The second handle 4 slides in the handle groove 31 of the first handle 3 except for being turned over to realize the switching from the use state to the storage state; the method can also comprise the following steps: the switching from the use state to the storage state is effected only by sliding in the handle groove 31 of the first handle 3. At this time, the second handle 4 does not need to be turned over, and the second handle 4 is only pushed backward to enter the handle groove 31 of the first handle 3 to be stored.
The first handle 3 can be used as a hidden handle, the second handle 4 can be used as an exposed handle, and the second handle 4 can be switched to be used, so that the handle 4 can be contained in the first handle 3 when the user needs to hide the handle 4, and can be exposed out of the first handle 3 when the user needs to expose the handle. Because the first in command 3, the second in command can 4 satisfy respectively and be used for the demand to hidden handle and exposed handle, and the second in command 4 can be accomodate in the first in command 3, therefore, can not protrusion in the shell body of door, the little space when can adapt to the transportation.
When the second handle 4 is exposed from the first handle 3, the first handle 3 and the second handle 4 may be used at the same time, or only the second handle 4 may be used. When the second handle 4 is housed in the first handle 3, the first handle 3 can be used.
In addition, in the above process, the storage and the use state of the second handle 4 are both realized by a mechanical structure manually operated by a user, and in other alternatives, the second handle 4 may also be operated by the user touching the display screen or pressing a button, and then the movement of the mechanical structure is controlled by the button or an integrated circuit electrically connected to the display screen. The display screen or the buttons are arranged on the front panel 5, and are convenient and easy to operate relative to the side panel or the top shell and arranged on the front panel 5.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
