Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of air conditioners, and particularly relates to a control method for freezing protection of an air conditioner.
Background
When the air conditioner is in refrigeration or dehumidification operation, the heat exchanger of the indoor unit is always in a low-temperature state, so that the freezing phenomenon is easily generated, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is further influenced, and the refrigeration capacity of the air conditioner is weaker and weaker. Therefore, when the air conditioner is in refrigeration or dehumidification operation, the indoor unit heat exchanger of the air conditioner needs to be ensured not to be frozen.
In order to monitor the freezing phenomenon of the indoor unit coil, the conventional air conditioner usually installs a temperature sensor on the coil of the indoor unit, so that the air conditioner can judge the freezing condition of the indoor unit coil through the temperature of the coil of the indoor unit, and when the freezing phenomenon of the coil of the indoor unit occurs, the air conditioner can timely treat the freezing.
However, the existing monitoring method has monitoring limitations, and firstly, the accuracy of the monitoring method needs to depend on the shunting condition of the heat exchanger, that is, when the shunting condition of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit is not good, the freezing condition of the whole indoor unit coil pipe is difficult to be accurately judged only by one shunt circuit provided with the temperature sensor; secondly, when the freezing occurs at the position behind the setting point of the coil (the thick pipe end), the freezing condition of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit cannot be monitored in time. Therefore, the air conditioner is difficult to effectively judge the integral freezing condition of the indoor unit only by depending on the temperature of the inner coil; therefore, the air conditioner can not process the icing of the indoor unit in time, and then the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner is seriously affected, so that the user experience is reduced.

step three, judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is lower than the first temperature preset value by 2 ℃ or more; when the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is lower than the first temperature preset value by 2 ℃ or above, the press recovers to the operating frequency before frequency reduction in the first step according to a set rate, and then the next step is executed; otherwise, directly executing the next step.
Preferably, the step a3 is performed according to the following steps:
judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a second preset value or not and the duration time reaches B;
when the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a second preset value and the duration time reaches B, judging whether the freezing phenomenon occurs to an inlet side or an outlet side and starting a corresponding freezing protection mechanism; otherwise, the step A2 is executed.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, a control method for air conditioner freezing protection is performed according to the following steps:
a1, acquiring temperature values of an inlet and an outlet of a heat exchanger of the indoor unit when the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration or dehumidification mode;
a2, comparing the absolute value of the difference between the temperature values at the inlet and the outlet with a first preset temperature value, and controlling the frequency of the press according to the comparison result; the method comprises the following steps:
continuously judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the temperature values at the inlet and the outlet is greater than a first temperature preset value for N times; when the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is continuously greater than a first temperature preset value for N times, the frequency of the press machine continuously decreases according to a set rate; otherwise, the press keeps running at the current frequency; n is a positive integer.
Step two, judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a first temperature preset value, and when the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than the first temperature preset value, keeping the current frequency running of the press; otherwise, the frequency of the press machine continuously decreases according to the set rate;
step three, judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is lower than the first temperature preset value by 2 ℃ or more; when the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is lower than the first temperature preset value by 2 ℃ or above, the press recovers to the operating frequency before the frequency reduction in the step one according to a set rate, and then the step A3 is executed; otherwise, step a3 is executed directly.
A3, comparing the absolute value of the difference between the temperature values at the inlet and outlet with a second preset temperature value, judging a freezing area according to the comparison result and starting a corresponding freezing protection mechanism; the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a second preset value or not and the duration time reaches B; b > 0.
When the duration that the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a second preset value reaches B, judging whether the freezing phenomenon occurs to an inlet side or an outlet side and starting a corresponding freezing protection mechanism; otherwise, it is normal, and return to execute step a 2.
If the inlet temperature is lower than the outlet temperature (namely the temperature difference value is a negative value), the inlet side is frozen, and an inlet side freezing protection mechanism is started; the freezing reason and mechanism are mainly caused by two conditions of excessive throttling or reduction of refrigerant quantity due to leakage and the like, so that the evaporation pressure in the throttled thin tube section and the evaporator section is reduced, the evaporation temperature under the evaporation pressure is reduced, and the situation that the thin tube side of the evaporator is frozen firstly occurs.
If the inlet temperature is higher than the outlet temperature (namely the temperature difference value is a positive value), the outlet side is frozen, and an outlet side freezing protection mechanism is started; the freezing reason and mechanism are mainly freezing caused by low evaporation pressure of a certain group of pipelines due to poor flow distribution, and freezing caused by subsequent evaporation pressure reduction due to overlarge local pressure loss caused by unsmooth bending or deformation of the pipelines or elbows due to manufacturing and external force intervention.
The inlet side freeze protection mechanism in this embodiment is: opening the electronic expansion valve to a preset opening degree, and reducing throttling; meanwhile, the frequency of the press is reduced to a preset frequency for low-frequency operation; the evaporation pressure is increased, and the evaporation temperature is increased to perform deicing treatment. The inlet side freeze protection mechanism is run for time t1, t1> 0.
In this embodiment, the exit-side freeze protection mechanism is: stopping the operation of the press, and carrying out deicing treatment by using room-temperature wind; the exit side freeze protection mechanism operates for time t2, t2> 0.
A4, comparing the absolute value of the difference between the temperature values at the inlet and the outlet with a third preset temperature value, and exiting the freezing protection mechanism according to the comparison result:
judging whether the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a third preset value; when the absolute value of the difference value of the inlet temperature value and the outlet temperature value is smaller than a third preset value, the freezing protection mechanism is quitted, and the press is started; otherwise, continuing to execute step A4 until the absolute value of the difference between the inlet and outlet temperature values is less than a third preset value.
The invention can definitely judge the freezing of the thin pipe side caused by the reduction of the evaporating pressure and the evaporating temperature caused by excessive throttling or insufficient refrigerant quantity through collecting the inlet and outlet temperatures (the temperatures of the thin pipe and the thick pipe) of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and comparing the temperature difference value of the inlet and the outlet with the preset temperature, can definitely judge the freezing of the thick pipe side caused by poor pipeline shunting or large pressure loss caused by flow path structure deformation, and judges whether to enter the freezing protection state or not and finish the freezing protection state through the time setting of reaching the preset temperature.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
