Abstract
The application relates to the field of plastic shell installation of complex molded surfaces, in particular to a plastic shell installation structure of a via connector. Technical Field
The application relates to the field of plastic shell installation of complex molded surfaces, in particular to a plastic shell installation structure of a via connector.
Background
The new energy automobile currently has a connection mode of a via connector shown in fig. 1, and an operator needs to attach a plastic shell 2 of a high-voltage connector to a shell mounting surface 1 of high-voltage equipment, then pre-tighten a circle of fastening bolts 4 in a mounting hole 3, and then torque the fastening bolts to complete assembly. The plastic shell is provided with a sealing ring which needs to be in interference fit with the equipment through hole of the shell mounting surface 1, and the sealing ring needs to be pressed into the equipment through hole of the equipment shell to enable the plastic shell 2 to be attached to the equipment shell mounting surface 1. The mounting surface of the plastic shell is usually not a plane, the stress direction is complex, if the sealing ring is not completely pressed into the equipment shell, the connector plastic shell cannot be completely attached to the equipment shell, and if the torque is applied to the fastening bolt 4, the plastic shell is cracked due to uneven stress on the surface of the plastic shell, waste products are easily generated, and the production cost is increased; although this problem can be controlled to some extent by the constraints of the assembly instructions, the level of operators varies widely from production to after sales, and it is difficult to fully train, so that it is difficult to avoid such problems with existing mounting structures.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the technical problem of providing a through hole connector plastic shell mounting structure, which eliminates the technical requirements on operators and reduces the rejection rate during mounting by arranging a turning plate and a boss which are matched with each other so as to solve the defects that the assembly personnel level difference of each stage of the product in the prior art is large and the mounting quality cannot be ensured.

The boss is clung to the top surface of the periphery of the bolt hole.
The holding cavity is a triangular cavity with side walls communicated with the mounting holes and an opening at the bottom, the turning plate is arranged at the opening at the bottom of the holding cavity, and the top of the turning plate stretches into the mounting holes so that the fastening bolts cannot enter the bolt holes through the mounting holes.
The boss is a triangular pyramid body formed by naturally extending the outer wall of the bolt hole upwards.
The top of the turning plate slightly stretches into the mounting hole to block the fastening bolt.
According to the through hole connector plastic shell mounting structure, the turning plate and the boss are matched with each other, when the shell mounting surface is not attached to the plastic shell, the turning plate can block the mounting hole to prevent the fastening bolt from extending into the bolt hole, when the sealing ring is completely pressed into the equipment through hole to enable the shell mounting surface to be completely attached to the plastic shell, the boss can squeeze the turning plate to enable the mounting hole to be communicated with the bolt hole, at the moment, the fastening bolt can be smoothly inserted, the technical requirement on an operator is eliminated, the rejection rate in mounting is reduced, and further the production cost is reduced.

In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the boss 10 can correctly push the flap 9 open and press into the cavity 8, the boss 10 is tightly attached to the top surface of the outer circumference of the bolt hole 6.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the space required by the cavity 8, the cavity 8 is a triangular cavity with a side wall communicated with the mounting hole 3 and an opening at the bottom, the flap 9 is disposed at the opening at the bottom of the cavity 8, the top of the flap 9 stretches into the mounting hole 3 to prevent the fastening bolt 4 from entering the bolt hole 6 through the mounting hole 3, and the boss 10 is a triangular pyramid formed by naturally extending upward the outer wall of the bolt hole 6;
