本发明涉及一种活尾翼风力的发电机尾翼结构,所述上壳体下设有下壳体;所述上壳体和下壳体之间镶嵌设有尾舵轴承镶件;所述尾舵轴承镶件上套设有尾舵;所述尾舵固定轴穿过上壳体、尾舵和尾舵轴承镶件与下壳体相连;所述尾舵根部两侧均设有橡胶减震块。本发明通过石墨轴承镶件来实现固态自润滑的结构,在尾舵旋转过程中,可以大大降低磨损和减少噪音。

本发明涉及一种尾翼结构,尤其涉及一种活尾翼风力的发电机尾翼结构。
背景技术
风力发电机是将风能转化为电能的装置,主要由叶片,发电机,机械部件和电气部件组成,根据旋转轴的不同,风力发电机主要分为水平轴风力发电机和垂直轴风力发电机两类,目前市场上水平轴风力发电机占主流位置,现有的风力发电机的尾舵大部分无法密封安装,这样尾舵旋转过程中会产生噪音。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种尾舵可以活动的一种活尾翼风力的发电机尾翼结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括:上壳体、下壳体、尾舵固定轴、橡胶减震块、尾舵、尾舵轴承镶件;所述上壳体下设有下壳体;所述上壳体和下壳体之间镶嵌设有尾舵轴承镶件;所述尾舵轴承镶件上套设有尾舵;所述尾舵固定轴穿过上壳体、尾舵和尾舵轴承镶件与下壳体相连;所述尾舵根部两侧均设有橡胶减震块。
优选的,所述尾舵轴承镶件由黄铜和石墨制成。
优选的,所述尾舵固定轴由不锈钢制成。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明通过石墨轴承镶件来实现固态自润滑的结构,在尾舵旋转过程中,可以大大降低磨损和减少噪音。

如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种活尾翼风力的发电机尾翼结构,包括:上壳体1、下壳体2、尾舵固定轴3、橡胶减震块4、尾舵5、尾舵轴承镶件6;所述上壳体1下设有下壳体2;所述上壳体1和下壳体2之间镶嵌设有尾舵轴承镶件6;所述尾舵轴承镶件6上套设有尾舵5;所述尾舵固定轴3穿过上壳体1、尾舵5和尾舵轴承镶件6与下壳体2相连;所述尾舵5根部两侧均设有橡胶减震块4。
所述尾舵5轴承镶件6由黄铜和石墨制成,用于构成固态自润滑的结构,降低噪音;所述尾舵固定轴3由不锈钢制成。
在使用本装置时,尾舵可旋转连接于尾舵轴承镶件上实现了固态自润滑结构,并且通过由石墨制成的尾舵轴承镶件使尾舵在旋转的过程中大大降低磨损并且减少了噪音。
本发明通过石墨轴承镶件来实现固态自润滑的结构,在尾舵旋转过程中,可以大大降低磨损和减少噪音。

1.一种活尾翼风力的发电机尾翼结构,其特征在于,包括:上壳体、下壳体、尾舵固定轴、橡胶减震块、尾舵、尾舵轴承镶件;所述上壳体下设有下壳体;所述上壳体和下壳体之间镶嵌设有尾舵轴承镶件;所述尾舵轴承镶件上套设有尾舵;所述尾舵固定轴穿过上壳体、尾舵和尾舵轴承镶件与下壳体相连;所述尾舵根部两侧均设有橡胶减震块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活尾翼风力的发电机尾翼结构,其特征在于:所述尾舵轴承镶件由黄铜和石墨制成。
