Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the platform control with lifting function provided by the present invention includes: a power mechanism 100, one end of which is a lifting part 110; the console body 200 is detachably connected to the lifting portion 110, and a knob 210 is disposed at one end of the console body 200, wherein the knob 210 can move up and down along the installation plane 300 of the console. I.e. when the console is in an unused state, the upper end surface of the knob 210 is flush with the installation plane 300 of the console; when the console is in the working state, the upper end surface of the knob 210 protrudes from the installation plane 300 of the console.
According to the bench control with the lifting function, the power mechanism 100 is used for changing the height difference between the knob 210 on the bench control main body 200 and the installation position of the bench control, and when the bench control is in a use state, the upper end face of the knob 210 is flush with the installation plane 300 of the bench control; when the platform control is in a working state, the upper end surface of the knob 210 protrudes out of the installation plane 300 of the platform control, so that the collision phenomenon of the platform control in an unused state is avoided, the signal transmission of the platform control in use is further improved, and the service life of the platform control is prolonged.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a fixing sleeve 400 is inserted into the console body 200 at one end of the knob 210, wherein a fixing connecting sleeve 500 is inserted into the fixing sleeve 400, and the fixing connecting sleeve 500 is detachably connected to the power mechanism 100 to fix the relative position of the power mechanism 100. In this embodiment, when the console main body 200 moves up and down through the fixing sleeve 400, the vertical guiding function is achieved, so that deviation of the console main body 200 in the moving process is avoided, and the knob 210 of the console main body 200 can smoothly extend out of the end of the fixing sleeve 400 and smoothly retract into the end of the fixing sleeve 400. Further preferably, when the console is in the unused state, the upper end surface of the knob 210 is flush with the upper end surface of the fixing sleeve 400; when the console is in use, there is a height difference between the upper end surface of the knob 210 and the upper end surface of the fixing sleeve 400, i.e. the upper end surface of the knob 210 protrudes from the upper end surface of the fixing sleeve 400.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fixed connection sleeve 500 is provided in a figure 8-shaped structure, wherein the fixed connection sleeve 500 includes a first through hole 510 which is nested with the fixed connection sleeve 400, and a second through hole 520 which is nested with the power mechanism 100, and a connection part 530 is provided between the first through hole 510 and the second through hole 520, and the positions of the fixed connection sleeve 400 and the power mechanism 100 on the fixed connection sleeve 500 are respectively locked by the connection part 530. Further preferably, the connecting portion 530 is locked by a threaded fastener, which is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the console main body 200 further includes a console spindle 220 nested with the knob 210, a console lower seat 230 nested with the console spindle 220, and a console housing 240 nested with the console lower seat 230, wherein the console spindle 220, the console lower seat 230, and the console housing 240 are nested with each other from inside to outside, and the knob 210 and the console lower seat 230 are respectively nested at two ends of the console spindle 220. Further preferably, the knob 210 is nested inside one end of the console shaft 220, and the console lower seat 230 is nested outside the other end of the console shaft 220. In this embodiment, the knob 210, the console spindle 220, the console lower seat 230 and the console housing 240 are all nested and connected, on one hand, the four components are integrated into a "modularized" whole, so that the connection between the four components is more accurate; on the other hand, the whole body of the modularization has higher controllability of moving distance when moving, and does not move relatively with each other, thus improving the reliability of the station control.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the knob 210 includes a rotating portion 211, and a socket portion 212 nested with the console shaft 220 is provided at a lower end of the rotating portion 211. Further preferably, the plug portion 212 is in a concave-convex plug fit with the console spindle 220, so as to avoid relative rotation between the knob 210 and the console spindle 220 after the knob 210 is connected with the console spindle 220 in a nested manner, i.e. the console spindle 220 rotates synchronously when the knob 210 rotates. Further preferably, the plugging portion 212 is in a solid-of-revolution structure, wherein a plurality of ribs 213 are provided along the axial direction of the plugging portion 212, and each rib 213 is matched with a groove 221 on the console spindle 220, so as to realize nested plugging between the knob 210 and the console spindle 220, and the installation and positioning are accurate and reliable.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a spiral track 222 is disposed on the bench control rotating shaft 220 at one end nested with the bench control lower seat 230, wherein at least one connecting rod 250 is disposed on the spiral track 222, one end of the connecting rod 250 is provided with a wire interface, and the bench control rotating shaft 220 is driven to rotate by rotating the knob 210, so that the connecting rod 250 moves up or down along the spiral track 222, and further, the whole bench control is turned on and off. Further preferably, the number of the two connecting rods 250 is two, and the two connecting rods are arranged side by side left and right, and by rotating the platform control rotating shaft 220, the synchronous ascending and descending of the two connecting rods 250 are realized, so that the reliability of platform control use is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the lower bench control seat 230 is provided with a hollow structure, wherein two connecting holes 231 are provided at the bottom of the lower bench control seat 230 as fixing positions between the lower bench control seat 230 and the power mechanism 100, two hollow protruding columns 232 are protruded on the side wall of the lower bench control seat 230, and the two hollow protruding columns 232 are mutually communicated with the hollow part of the lower bench control seat 230 as nesting positions of the two connecting rods 250. Further preferably, the connecting rod 250 is provided in an inverted "L" structure, wherein a short arm of the connecting rod 250 cooperates with the spiral track 222, and a long arm of the connecting rod 250 is embedded in the hollow boss 232 to guide the connecting rod 250 to move up and down in the hollow boss 232.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an external structure of one end of the console housing 240 nested with the console lower seat 230 is matched with an external structure of the console lower seat 230, wherein a notch 241 is provided on the console housing 240 of the end, and the notch 241 is matched with a bump 233 on a side wall of the console lower seat 230 to realize relative locking between the console housing 240 and the console lower seat 230, so that a "modularized" whole is formed among the knob 210, the console spindle 220, the console lower seat 230 and the console housing 240.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the other end of the console housing 240 is provided with a plurality of bar-shaped protrusions 242, which cooperate with bar-shaped notches on the inner side of the fixing sleeve 400 to serve as guides for the "modular" whole to move up and down.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the power mechanism 100 is an electric telescopic rod, wherein the housing 120 of the electric telescopic rod is embedded in the second through hole 520 in the fixed connection sleeve 500 and is locked by a threaded fastener, the lifting part 110 of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the lower stand 230 by the threaded fastener, and in the powered state of the electric telescopic rod, the lifting part 110 drives the "modularized" whole to move up and down, so that the knob 210 extends out of the mounting plane 300 of the stand (the upper end surface of the fixed sleeve 400) or retracts into the mounting plane 300 of the stand (the upper end surface of the fixed sleeve 400).
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention further provides a water tank, which comprises a tank body 600, on which a washing plane 610 is disposed, and a washing tank 620 is formed by recessing, wherein the stage control is mounted on the washing plane 610, and is fixedly connected with the washing plane by a sealing ring and a locking nut.
