In this embodiment, the valve body 10 disposed on the drain valve 300 is a two-position three-way valve, and the second chamber 4 is further provided with a water return port 11 to control the water inlet 1 of the valve body to be correspondingly communicated with the water outlet 2 or the water return port 11, respectively, so as to achieve the dual function of controlling the water outlet of the outer tub of the washing machine to flow back into the outer tub 100 of the washing machine from the water return port 11 or to be discharged outside through the water outlet 2; meanwhile, the water outlet 2 and the water return port 11 are both arranged in the second chamber 4, so that the water outlet of the washing machine flows through the filtering structure to remove the thread scraps and then flows back or is discharged outside, and the condition that the cleaning ball 600 flows out of the washing machine is avoided.

Claims (11)

1. A drain valve applied to a washing machine comprises a first cavity and a second cavity which are communicated, wherein the first cavity is provided with a water inlet, the second cavity is provided with a water outlet, and a valve body is arranged in the second cavity; the method is characterized in that: one side of the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity through a filtering structure, and the bottom of the first cavity is lower than the filtering structure, so that a cleaning ball and a certain amount of accumulated water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing machine are reserved at the bottom of the first cavity;
an opening communicated with the second chamber is formed in the upper part of one side of the first chamber, the bottom of the first chamber comprises a horizontal part, and the horizontal part is lower than the opening by a certain height, so that a certain amount of accumulated water for adsorbing the cleaning balls is reserved in the first chamber; the bottom of the first chamber also comprises a curved surface which gradually inclines upwards from the horizontal part to the opening so as to guide water in the first chamber to flow out from the opening;
the water inlet arranged on the first chamber is close to the filtering structure, at least part of the horizontal part arranged at the bottom of the first chamber is staggered with the water inlet, and the water inlet is arranged at the top of the first chamber vertically above the curved surface.
2. The drain valve of claim 1, wherein the opening is provided with a filter structure for preventing the cleaning ball from flowing out, the water inlet is higher than the top of the opening, and the bottom of the first chamber is lower than the bottom of the opening.
3. A drain valve for a washing machine according to claim 2, wherein the water inlet is provided at the top of the first chamber; the height difference between the bottom of the first chamber and the bottom of the opening is larger than the diameter of the cleaning ball.
4. A drain valve for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the filter structure comprises ribs arranged in a grid pattern, at least one end of each rib is fixedly connected to the inner periphery of the opening, and the gap between adjacent ribs is smaller than the diameter of the cleaning ball.
5. A drain valve for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the valve body is disposed within the second chamber parallel to or coaxial with the axis of the filter structure, and the outlet extends downwardly and perpendicularly to the axis of the valve body.
6. The drain valve of claim 5, wherein the valve body is a two-position three-way valve, and the second chamber further comprises a water return port, the water return port is perpendicular to the axis of the valve body and extends horizontally to one side, so as to control the valve body to communicate the water inlet with the water outlet or the water return port respectively.
7. A drain valve for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the inlet axis is perpendicular to the axis of the filter structure.
8. A drain valve for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the first chamber is provided with a drain port at the lowermost part of the first chamber, the drain port being in open and closed communication with the exterior of the washing machine via a conduit provided with a control means.
9. The drain valve of claim 8, wherein the drain opening is formed at a portion where the horizontal portion of the bottom of the first chamber is connected to the curved surface.
10. A washing machine comprises an inner barrel and an outer barrel, wherein the bottom of the outer barrel is provided with a water outlet which is communicated with the outside through a drain pipe; the method is characterized in that: the drain pipe is provided with the drain valve according to any one of claims 1 to 9, a water inlet of the drain valve is communicated with a water outlet of the outer barrel, and a water outlet of the drain valve is communicated with the outside.
11. A washing machine as claimed in claim 10 wherein a plurality of cleaning balls are provided between the inner and outer drums to clean the walls of the inner and outer drums, each cleaning ball flowing into the first chamber of the drain valve with the flow of water discharged from the washing machine, being blocked by the filter structure from collecting at the bottom of the first chamber, and accumulating a volume of water in the first chamber below the filter structure.
